I use this speech and the underlying theories a lot in my PhD, but Stella Young honestly had one of those voices that needs to be heard by everyone, so I figured I’d post my favorite part of the speech here. If anyone remembers that time I threw myself onto the floor For The Vine, you’ll know that I also hate the quote: “The only disability in life is a bad attitude”. Stella just conveyed the message with less pain.

In light of recent events, I would like to remind everyone that the correct pro choice talking point that will actually pull people to our side is NOT whether a fetus is human or not because you'll never win. I finished Sailor Moon. It was quite the journey... I honestly did not expect myself to get so invested in it, but it was better than I imagined it would be. As my first “real” experience with Magical Girl anime after PMMM, my opinion on the genre is much more positive now. At some point I might share my thoughts about it at length.

Crystal will have to wait for now, I need to watch something else.
