been a moment! today for my meals i had:
breakfast: homemade blended black bean soup (which i used as a sauce) topped with a fried egg, and two pieces of toast 440 cals
snack 1: handful of potato chip crumbs and tablespoon of greek yogurt onion dip (no idea what the calories were for this)
snack 2: tablespoon of peanut butter 80 cals
dinner: everything chopped salad & lasagna noodles with tomato sauce, sausage, and parmesan 560 cals
TOTAL: about 1080
i NEED to do better. i feel so bloated and chunky all the time. i want to feel empty and weightless.
