anyone try fat burning pills? if so, whatd you try and did they work????
i really need to lose at LEAST 30lbs by the time the weather starts to warm up
so thats like 3-4 months
i just wanna be able to wear all my old clothes again, its been so long
and no, i dont want the whole "just exercise and eat healthy" "just restrict"
i been doin all that. but the last few months, i been stuck in an endless binge cycle and im sick of it. ive already gained 10lbs

okay i went to the gym for an hour bc my dad was like mad that i wanted to go longer but i did these rly cool things on the treadmill and i think it’s good to share
i did the 12-3-30 workout
so you set it as 2.5 incline at 3mph for 15 minutes then you move it to an 8.5 incline for the next 15 minutes !
after that i added in a brief 5 minute 2.5 mph at 8 incline i think it was
next i did the elliptical for 15 minutes and leg press for 5 minutes
doing the 12-3-30 workout is supposed to really help with weight and body fat loss so i’m really excited to do this like 3-5x a week!

Relapse after 2 years
Hi.
Ive been clean for 2 years. Two hard years. I fixed my health problems, got better mentally. And here i am.
Im not back because i think i should be skinnier. Im arlready skinny.
Im back because the feeling gives me comfort. I like feeling hungry, i like the pains, i like feeling dizzy because of a long fast.
I relapsed after i didnt have time to eat lunch one day and the feeling came back.
I dont need thinspo, i dont need meanspo. I just need the feeling.

Scrolling on tiktok and now people are saying eds are fat phobic?????? Like don’t throw that term on a whole group of people???
And people are like the ones with restrictive eating disorders fear getting fat. umm… WHAT. That doesn’t mean we are fatphobic.
edit: i feel like most of us can say we don't have problems with fat people or feel any type of way with fat people. our eds are about having control over ourselves.
Maybe I’m wrong. Someone let me know if I’m in the wrong
