Finally back to lifting heavy again but this time I have more drive then I ever have coming off a "WIN" from the @ocbfireandiceclassic and now I'm a #ocbpro. So now the game plan is to keep getting bigger and come in with better conditioning then my last show. I won't get back up to 200lbs again. That was a bit to much for me and I hated every moment of it��. So I might put on 10 to 15lbs max this year during off-season because I like to look good #naked🤣🤣🤣. It's nothing wrong with a #dadbod but I'm not into looking like that and I felt like shit....🤐😏 beside feeling like I can lift the roof off the gym. Anyways.....
