Saw a post where someone made fun of another persons atypical way of typing and when they were then told that the person in question type like that because of a disability, they went “how was I supposed to just know that?” - and in case anyone wasn’t aware the answer to that kind of fuckery is: 
“You’re not supposed to know that, you’re just supposed to not make fun of anyone’s harmless differences regardless of whether they’re disabled or not. You’re not supposed to be able to tell “weird” abled neurotypicals and disabled/mentally ill people apart, you’re just supposed to treat people with respect generally speaking. It’s not that hard. “I didn’t know they were disabled” is just not the excuse you think it is cause you’re not supposed to make fun of anyone for completely harmless differences regardless of whether said differences are related to a disability or not.

Finally found out why my proactive hasn’t shipped. Apparently the toner has been on back order for well over a month and won’t be available until mid OCTOBER. Like. The least they could’ve done was sent me an email trying to fix the problem???? Instead I had to go and talk to support TWICE, the first time I was lied to bc they said it would ship in ten days and it’s been more like eighteen at this point. I did get it resolved, they’re gonna send a different toner with this shipment and resume normal stuff in three months which. Fine. But now I’m braking out like a motherfucker. I even have those spots that they tell you not to pop bc it just makes them worse??? I’ve never gotten them before??? Second puberty sucks.

I guess one of the things that fucked me up as a kid in reference to my sexuality is that I got like, pigeon holed into everyone thinking I was a butch lesbian. Which like. I understand that’s what it looks like bc I dress in exclusively men’s clothes and don’t exactly care about my appearance the way a more fem aligned person would but. It’s just so invalidating as a trans masc afab person to be shoved into the lesbian box bc I am decidedly Not™️. Like I identify more with the gay/bi man feeling that anything else and to be equated with lesbianism really yanks my chain something hard bc I spent most of my life as a “tomboy” who totally still liked boys and not girls. Like. I do like women. But in a decidedly male way.

Yo uh so. I’ve noticed an uptick in followers and I check bc I’m nosy af and. I’m not a weight loss blog. This is a trans centered blog for my transition. I talk about working out and shit bc that’s part of what’s helping me through my dysphoria. I’m actually really triggered by weight loss and talk surrounding it, and while I’m not gonna remove you from my follower list, please understand my boundaries in regards to that. I’ve mentioned the weight loss bc it’s a big struggle for me that my endo has placed this impossible goal as a gate before I can get top surgery. It’s not to promote losing weight, or that weight loss is necessarily my goal. Thank you for understanding and don’t feel bad if you want to unfollow.
Also. My pronouns are he/him/his or they/them/theirs.

Also thought I should mention: according to my PT you should stretch after engaging in working out, not before. The reasoning behind it being that stretching tells your muscles to relax, whereas working out wakes them up. I kinda said that up there but now there’s context.
Y’all tho for real, I cannot emphasize how much stretching has helped my chronic aches. Like. I have the whole shit posture bc phone and laptop syndrome right. But doing some basic stretches, I do my hamstrings, some back shit, and a neck one, has done wonders for my pain levels. Like. I know we all go “my posture isn’t that bad” but I bet you 100% if you did some stretching and tried to have better posture you will feel better.
And like. It’s even more important now that I’m working out on the reg. You put your muscles through a lot of shit when you’re building muscle. Stretching them out after you’re done working out does wonders for how much soreness you have later in the day. 1000% recommend doing them.

I will say tho, men’s briefs are waaaaaaaaay more comfy than women’s. Like. I’m a trans guy so that plays into what I buy but. Women’s briefs tend to be tight and not have enough coverage while my experience with men’s briefs is that they....fit? Like I expect them to?? Like I know it’s a big dysphoria thing for a lot of trans guy to wear “women’s” style underwear but you gotta give men’s briefs a try before knocking them completely. (Also; if you’re a fem aligned person fed up with “women’s” underwear I cannot stress enough how nice “men’s” briefs are. And they work when you’re on your period! Full coverage and space for a pad!!)
Had to explain to a grown woman what briefs are because she kept asking me why all the toddler boys underwear was “panties”

We really have harmed a whole generation of trans and gnc children by failing to communicate how serious a decision binding actually is, how there’s no ACTUALLY safe way to bind, how it permeneantly damages the body, how it can make top surgery more difficult in the future. I don’t think we should be keeping trans kids from binding (we let kids do all sorts of things they’re really not old enough to understand the potential consequences of) but we owe them the ability to make informed decisions at LEAST

See like. I’m not working out to lose weight. That’s why my cardio is only fifteen minutes. (That and my asthma) I want to get ripped. Be built like a brick shit house. I wanna be that friend that you ask to go to the sketchy bar with bc I’m scary. And testosterone is helping my finally achieve that goal.
