March 2015 vs March 2016 | Over the course of a year, I’ve lost nearly 90 pounds. I changed what I ate, I became more active, and I stuck with it. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I was capable of something this. There are days where I still can’t believe that I’ve come this far. I wish I could hug the person I was a year ago and tell her how proud I am of her. “You are your problem, but you are also your solution.” I became my solution.
