A Different Approach: Continuing from GOT Season 6
Jon Snow, one of the show's central characters, was introduced as the illegitimate son of Ned Stark, eventually revealed to be Aegon Targaryen and an heir to the Iron Throne. As the "chosen one" destined to lead Westeros out of darkness and confront the Night King, his ultimate purpose was a pivotal aspect of the show's narrative. However, the final seasons failed to delve deeply into Jon's role, sidelining his significance and leaving his character arc unfulfilled.
Tumblr media
The Importance of Daenerys and Kit Harington's Limited Perspective:
Daenerys Targaryen was intended to be Jon Snow's other half, the love of his life, and a vital factor in his personal development. Regrettably, the hasty storytelling in the concluding seasons fell short in truly delving into the intricate and profound nature of their relationship. As the embodiment of Ice and Fire, they symbolize the profound impact a Targaryen presence can have in the world.
Tumblr media
Kit Harington, as the actor portraying Jon Snow, undoubtedly brought depth and charisma to the character. However, his recent comment about killing Daenerys being the right decision displayed a lack of understanding of the intricate dynamics and relationships established in the show. While the rushed romance between Jon and Daenerys have left fans dissatisfied, Kit Harington's comment ignored the significance of their connection as well as the fan base's sentiments. As an actor with influence, Kit Harington should have been more mindful of his words to avoid alienating the dedicated GOT fans. Considering the constraints imposed by the show's earlier seasons, it is crucial for Kit to approach the continuation of his character's journey with a wider understanding and a respectful appreciation for the established storylines. However, it is unclear how continuing Jon Snow's story, given the weakened and faded threads connecting his narrative, would be effective. Perhaps revisiting the past and reweaving the plot could fortify the story, offering a stronger and more engaging experience. If Kit Harington holds such passion for his portrayal of Jon Snow, this alternative approach should be seriously considered instead of pursuing a sequel. This would enhance the rewatch value of the series and encourage viewers to become fully invested in the world of Westeros once again.
A Better Project for Kit for Jon Snow's Journey:
Instead of a sequel, an alternative and potentially more satisfying approach would be to continue Jon Snow's story from Season 6's finale, where he was proclaimed the King in the North. This untold and retold story could delve into the intricacies of political maneuvering, the tensions between factions, and the response of the Northerners to Jon Snow's rule. It would provide an opportunity to explore the relationships between Jon, Sansa, the Northern lords, the Wildlings, and the Vale, shedding light on the consequences of their actions during Season 7. This alternative project would allow for a more in-depth exploration of Jon's character and the influence of those closest to him. It would serve as a more fulfilling narrative for fans who were left dissatisfied by the rushed and disjointed final seasons.

Is it possible that Drogon disregarded Dany's order in the same way that Vhagar did Aemond's? Maybe Dany decided against burning Kings Landing mid-flight, but Drogon disobeyed her.
D & D mentioned Dany wanted to take it personal, but if she truly did she would have flown straight to the Red Keep rather than target helpless women and children.
My theory is, she was powerless to stop Drogon, and as she helplessly watched him burn those defenceless civilians. Her mind snapped.
She was severely traumatised from witnessing Drogon burn Kings Landing before she made her descent as her Satanic Majesty and before Jon confronted her in the Throne Room.
We never saw Dany's face during Drogon's firestorm or heard her utter the word "Dracarys."

I agree, but all Aemond had to do was not be a jerk to Baela and Rhaena about claiming Vhagar and rudely remind them that their mother is dead.
That fight would have never happened.
The fact that Lucerys would probably still be alive if he’d just apologised at the family dinner and not laughed in Aemonds face 💁‍♀️
While we will never know what Aemond would do/how he would react in this situation, Lucerys should’ve at least tried to make amends.
It’s truly a testament to his character and what an entitled jerk he is they Lucerys never once felt shame or guilt for his actions. Like, he mutilated a fellow child after joining in on a gang assault on said child.
The very least he could have done is apologized. Owned up to his actions. Said he’s sorry for his bullying and for gouging out Aemond’s eye. But you can see in that toasting scene, Luc doesn’t give a shit about what he has done in the past. He thinks he’s perfectly right and did nothing wrong because “something something he called us bastards”. In fact, he finds his past bullying and torment funny still.
It’s gross but not surprising that one of “mommy’s special boys” wouldn’t think he’s wrong. Like mother like son. Even when you are without a shadow of a doubt wrong and committed a terrible act, you’re “exceptional” and therefor the rules don’t apply.
Once again, while we don’t know for certain how Aemond would react. There’s a chance an apology really could’ve gone a long way for helping Luc…survive. Especially if the apology was immediately after the incident. Imagine if Luc wasn’t protected by mommy and grandpa and instead was forced to say sorry. If literally anyone stood up for him other than Alicent and he was properly apologized to for having his eye gouged out, there would probably be way less animosity. Aemond probably would’ve held less anger and resentment if literally anyone defended him. Even later on, after they both matured. If Luc pulled him aside and genuinely apologized and said that he was a foolish and awful child who went too far, he could’ve saved a lot of grief for everyone.
But instead he’s a smug jerk who still giggles like he’s 5 over a pig because it reminds him of the one time he was being a bully and humiliating Aemond. What a sweet kid!
In the end, Luc is the one who never took accountability or apologized for mutilating a person, and he continued to rub salt in the wound by laughing at previous humiliations he contributed towards that same person. He should’ve expected at least some sort of consequence and built up rage from Aemond. Sometimes an apology goes a long way in helping people move on and let go. But if you are hellbent on never apologizing and sticking with the idea you were right to mutilate a child and then laugh in their face at their humiliation…you get what you get lol

My exact reaction after seeing ep. 10 of HOTD.
Aemond didn't mean to.
Vhagar was probably offended that Arrax, despite its insignificant size in comparison to hers, would dare to blast her.
Is it possible Vhagar will disobey another command from Aemond in Season 2?

The Cleaning Lady Season 2 Rant and Review
Five episodes into the second season of the cleaning lady, it is clear that this season is a step down from the first. It's almost as if the first season's writers aren't the same as the second season's.
The first season's major plotline was saving Luca and exploring difficult relationships and marriages through Arman and Nadia, Marco and Thony. But, for some reason, Marco is killed off far too early, providing no long-term function in Luca or Thony's lives.
Every decision she makes involves Arman. Her life revolves around Arman, although their desire seemed to have faded in season 2, only to reappear in episode 5 as she held his hand when he confessed, he didn't know who he is anymore.
Tumblr media
Arman cannot seem to make up his mind, he is jealous over Nadia’s involvement with other men yet he encourages Thony’s flirtations. I had thought that Arman and Nadia would come to an understand or an open marriage. This could have made the season better, having Nadia explore her potentially bisexuality.
And then there's this Kamdar guy, who isn't exactly a terrifying villain. I know the writers are attempting to give him a sex appeal, but it's not working. He isn't remarkable. He doesn't give off a menacing vibe. He is just a gnat. He is not a formidable foe for Arman. He's only one of the people Arman will kill by the conclusion of the season.
Tumblr media
Hyatt died unexpectedly, and the case was instantly closed. How about his daughter and son, Tarik? How do they feel about Arman killing their father? Are you saying there will be no retaliation for what Arman did? None of his contacts or loyalists are out for vengeance. Arman, despite being a rat, can simply walk out of prison and onto the streets.
Then there's the hilarious moment where he and Thony are apprehended by Garrett. First and foremost, why would Arman make such a novice mistake? How could Arman acquire such a large shipment and then store it at Thony's new business? Who in the world does that? You can’t be in the drug game and not have a stash house with security. Besides, how is Bosco able to transport the drugs and not even try to hide them cleverly in case their vehicle was stopped and searched. Let's even ignore that for a minute. How can Thony bring a drug dealer to her business place and show him all her drugs. It’s not like going to the grocery store and buying what your money can afford. When you show a drug dealer your stash, you know that person will either kill you at some time or rob you either right away or later. Thony cannot defend herself.

That drug dealer must have a heart of gold.

The worst part is that Arman and Thony are attempting to move the pills in broad daylight. Arman seems to be the target of the writers' projection of Thony's ignorance about illegal trade.
This is something that the Arman of season 1 would never do. Arman wouldn't let himself be caught off guard; he would either recruit soldiers or prepare a backup plan. They won't have been discovered by Garrett, and they are back to serving as his informants like they did in season one.
Tumblr media
This season better end with Arman killing Garrett.

If Daemon was in Rhaenys' position, he would was burned them all right there and then. Stop the war before it begins. I'd be upset that innocent Haelena died tho.

That's it. I'm done for the night. Sauron is in love with Galadriel. And obviously wants her by his side for all eternity. TAKE ME TO MY GRAVE. I AM READY.

I was expecting Lucerys to be fearsome, but he seemed kinda soft and afraid of Aemond.

Viserys's words are powerful and deeply moving. To ensure that his sons, grandkids, daughter, and brother got to know one another, he should have organised yearly family get-togethers if he had truly wanted The House of the Dragon United.
