im doing good and i actually started working on an entirely new wip lmao i was supposed to be working on my mingyu wip but the inspo for that isn't hitting so i started a different one.

do you have a break now that your big exam is done?

omg im so canceled i totally did not see the notif for this and then it got lost in all the other notifs <///3 yes i am feeling better!!! thank god LOL i have a full week of things and it would kill me if i was still sick!

yes i do have a break! i think this is the only break im gnna get in a hot minute unfortunately :( i was in new york two weeks ago, spent last week just relaxing, and now this week i'm catching up w all my friends :) school starts back up next week but i'll be in the hospital so hopefully it's more fun. how are you??? how was your week :)

cheol, dino, junhui: definitely would fight for the relationship. i feel like they are idealists and problem solvers in equal parts and will meet your concerns with solution after solution even if that’s not what you need. but at the same time, if you don’t see a future, they know when to put the gauntlet down. if you aren’t willing to fight for it with them, why fight at all?

mingyu, seungkwan, seokmin, soonyoung: love is not easy and you are something they don’t think they can live without. “just try.” they live by that even when it seems impossible. they say you guys can cross that bridge when you get there. it’ll all work itself out. and they’ll keep saying that, even when there’s nothing left to hold onto anymore. they don’t know how to let go—if you don’t see a way, they haven’t done a good enough job of convincing you otherwise.

jeonghan, joshua, minghao, vernon: definition of “if you love them, you have to know when to let them go.” you will always have a space in their hearts, but life isn’t fair sometimes and this is one of those times. you would have a few long conversations about it and you’d both come to the same conclusions. definitely a very amicable parting & i think they would actually still check on you and wish you happy bday, etc.

jihoon, wonwoo: on the fence, but not because they don’t care. i think they have a bit of a self-sacrificial streak that they keep hidden because they know it’ll hurt them. they want to make things work, and they’re willing to do so, but they also see the other side of things. is it fair to you? is it fair to them? they know they have the ability to go way overboard with the commitment, so i can see them sitting on the decision for a while and talking it out before coming to their own conclusions.
