Decided to download douyin so i can follow Chinese makeup trends. so disappointed to find that new updates require you have to have a Chinese phone number to create an account. I still use the app and I’m genuinely enjoying all the cooking videos on my for you page but i’d love to be able to tune my feed a little bit.
If anyone has a spare douyin login I would absolutely pay you to be able to use it.
If anyone has any ideas on how i could circumvent this new login requirement i’d love to hear your thoughts.

Does anyone have any tips on being less chronically online.
It’s hard for me to move away from my 7+ hours of daily screen time. I say it’s because I don’t have any irl friends but I don’t have any friends online either so it may be a poor excuse. So, I guess I don’t quite know why I spend all my time on my phone but I do know that I’d like to stop. My brain feel like soup most of the time, I’ve reached my limit.
I’d love any recommendations for hobbies or activities that I can do by myself that don’t involve being plugged in.
