Some Random additional facts about Eddie's tired brother 😂👍 (Some of my IRL friends asked me more info about Emmett so I wanna share this here too Hahaha) Emmett is around his mid to late 30s.

Emmett works as an all-around handyman in town (Eddie's hometown). He enjoys helping people around by offering repair services for free. He's a tired, calm, and laid-back dude that likes fixing things. Despite his rugged appearance, he's actually a sweet guy who enjoys telling dumb jokes to keep things lighthearted. Unlike his younger siblings, he is more reserved and finds it difficult to open up romantically with other people again.

After thinking more about his gender, I think Bicurious fits him better. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yes, this big boy has inherited his Mama's freckles, the only one in the family. He's also the only Dear sibling who didn't inherit the iconic round eyelashes and purple eyelids.

I headcanon that Eddie's postal hat, which he wears today, was originally his mom's hat that she gave him before he moved away from their hometown. (I like to imagine that Eddie's mom alternates between wearing skirts and pants as part of her uniform) Btw, this is my headcanon OC of Eddie's mother when she was younger! Her name is Elizabeth Dear (also known as Beth), and she is one strong, dedicated, and loving wife, mother, and mail carrier 💪😔
