CC Bosch! CC Bosch! CC Bosch! Every time I think of CC Bosch it's always sad. also had to take some creative liberties when writing this so please don't judge too hard.

After JP muddied the Resistance's image, they've been getting a lot of criticism from people in Nayshall and even more around the world. A country of criminals, he said. How pitiful, a place rich in people and culture reduced to nothing but a place for illegal gambling and money laundering.

And a Resistance born out of forced modernization, with NGOs sucking Nayshall dry of all their resources for their own benefit.

Many shared their sentiment of not wanting these big companies taking over, but Kalima had to make sure JP and Amnesia weren't snooping around to pry more information out of them, so they had to be careful.

Because of that, she knew every single person that came in and out of the caves of Mt. Vashal. It wasn't until she came across an all-too-familiar face in the crowd. His wide green eyes peered up at her as she led another group to protest in front of the business district.

He popped up a few times after their initial encounter and even managed to sneak his way into their meetings. And every time, Kalima told him to go home, that this wasn't something for kids to be playing around by.

But he was in awe of her and the way she spoke about their independence. To be free from the clutches of big corporations trying to use Nayshall as a cover for their nefarious schemes.

Time and time again he came back to show his loyalty, not only for Kalima, but for the Resistance.

"Then how far are you willing to go, Bosch?"

Kalima listened to the trickling water and winds that passed through the cave systems. She stayed in a meditative state as she kneeled in front of the altar. A variety of fruits were placed in a basket on the steps and candles were lit in honor to signify the memory of Nayshall's founding fathers.

She didn't need to look behind her to know who was dragging their feet along the floors with metal chains clanking against each other.

He's battered and broken, but his mental state is the true liability if he is left unchecked.

Monsters. All of them.

JP is the foundation of the cruelty the world will experience.

Not the boogie-man that lived in the closet. Or the shadow you saw in the corner of the room. But a real breathing monster is worming his way into Nayshall this very second. And he will stop at nothing until this country is a shell of what it used to be.

And to bring in a kid, who's barely able to contain himself, to be used as a spectacle to garner views is the lowest form of depravity.

JP is the root of all evil.

"You just missed it. Your friend gave Rewancha a run for his money after they found out about the Championship belt." Kalima said rising to her feet, dusting the particles of dirt that managed to stick to her clothes.

"A real piece of work, if you ask me." She glanced at Bosch, taking in his appearance once more. He has moments when he's more primal in nature, with a hunched back and heavy breathing. Her eyes shot down to his pants, which were splattered with god knows what. Scars littered his body with a purple tinge seeping from the open wounds. And the chains held firm against his wrists, rattling at the slightest movement.

But the most obvious feature about him was the box on his head. A crude way to conceal his identity that Bosch picked up in Metro City.

"Are you going to wear that thing all day?" she said, motioning to it.

He hesitantly reached up to remove his headwear, giving Kalima a view of his face. The bags under his eyes served as a reminder of restless nights and the constant mental load weighing on him.

"Got anything to say?" she said, crossing her arms across her chest.

He remained quiet for the most part, despite his huffing and puffing.

"I...wanted them to know about the Resistance, if something happened to me. To know what I- ... what we've been fighting for. That's why I gave them the Data card." he replied, hoping Kalima would see his side.

"And now, look where it got us." She aimlessly gestured to the space around them. "We have someone with no business with the Resistance snooping around JP's faction. Do you have any idea the position it can put us in, especially the day before the tournament?"

"I know, I'm responsible for everything they've done leading up to this." Bosch said gruffly. Telling you was a gamble on his part, but he couldn't have that card on him for their enemy to use against the group, so he needed to get rid of it.

Well, that and for personal reasons that Kalima wouldn't want to hear.

"Then I hope you know what you're doing by dragging them into our affairs. In Nayshall's affairs."

"Right..." he muttered, holding his tongue.

He claimed he wanted to get stronger, not for himself, but for the Resistance. And he could only find true strength outside of here.

Kalima did take into consideration the bonds he would eventually form with the people of Metro City, but, there was one person Bosch was close to during his stay according to her contacts.

And that's when he became a liability. Not when he fell in the enemy's clutches, or when Bosch escaped with his modified body. It was when he met you.

You're making Bosch second-guess himself and the motives rooted in their core beliefs. He even went against her orders to not return to Metro City, when collecting the raw materials for their next big plan.

He said he had unfinished business he needed to attend to, before forcing his way on the next flight back to Metro City. Kalima knew Bosch was going to find a way to see you again one way or another, but now the Resistance is treading on dangerous territory. And they can't afford any more outside casualties to their already hostile image.

"So what now? Are you going to stop them? You know they're trying to deactivate the belt as we speak."

"Do you think they'll get far?" Bosch's brows furrowed, focusing his attention on the tunnel you entered.

"Best case scenario, Your friend gets stopped by security before they even have a chance to reach the belt." Kalima shrugged.

"And worse?" his grip tightened on the box, crumbling its edges.

"You better hope they get stopped by security." Nothing escaped her scrutiny, especially when he referred to you in a way that had underlying connotations. So that's what it was, puppy love.

"Look, I don't care what you two had before all this." she sighed in frustration. "But you better tie up all of your loose ends by the start of the Suval'hal tournament. Because I won't let the Resistance falter because you decided to bring an outsider into our fight." Kalima said, giving him one last look before leaving with the rest of the group.

When the space was void of people, Bosch sat in his thoughts, gritting his teeth at what was to come.

But all he could do was stare at the statue of Nayshall's first founding father for guidance, as the burning sensation of his skin resurfaced once more.

You’ve probably seen Poison in the background of street fights or seen her staying close to the Mad Gear Gang.

When you ask to train under her, she’ll laugh in your face and tell you to keep walking. She’s in it for the big leagues and doesn’t have time to babysit you.

But you kept coming back every time she shooed you off, so Poison would ask for you to spar against Hugo to see what you got.

Turns out, you have a lot of potential. Perfect for her Pro Wrestling organization.

She'll be your promoter alongside with Hugo.

So you better be ready, because she’ll whip you into shape. Literally.

Speaking about the big guy, you don't have to be best friends with him but you do have to play nice. Or else, you wouldn't work out for her down the line.

When teaching you some of her moves, she actually gifts you a whip of your own. Of course, it's nothing too extravagant, but it'll get the job done.

She’s not only smart, but she’s street smart. So she knows her way around the underground scene.

Poison runs on her own time, so she’s busy planning the next big thing for her and Hugo’s wrestling career.

She has the mentality that if you drag her down, she’ll leave you behind. So as her pupil, you need to keep up.

What? Do you like her? Maybe she'll give you a chance if you can give her publicity and make her a butt load of money.

If you try to kiss her when she’s chewing gum, she blows a bubble in your face to stop you.

If you smoke cigarettes, she’ll lean in close to you with an unlit cigar and light hers with the end of yours.

Don’t piss her off though, or else you’ll get a cloud of smoke blown in your face.

When Poison flirts with people, it’s usually meant as a taunt to tell them they’re beneath her. And she’ll do the same to you when you first get to know her.

Do you wear makeup? Because she would touch it up after she gets too rough with you when sparring. Poison would pull your face close with one hand and apply your lipstick with the other. Then give you a smooch for good luck.~

She’s also the type to move around at night. So she is more accustomed to the nightlife.

She’ll even take you to the club and chat with you over a drink.

No? You don’t drink? Boo. She’ll still get you a virgin mojito and call it a day.

She can get quite handsy when she’s drunk, but it's more affectionate than anything else.

She will pull you to the dance floor and dance with you all night long.

You asked her once if she’s ever fallen in love. And after a moment of silence, she told you there was this one guy, but he already had his heart set on someone else.

Poison didn't talk to you for the rest of the night.

She's a woman that comes with a high price, so how far are you willing to go for her?

When she kisses you, she pulls you closer by wrapping her arms around your neck.

And no, she has no shame if anyone sees her with you. They need to mind their business if they don't want to be wheeled out on a stretcher.

She's stronger than she looks, so she doesn't need you to stick up for her. Actually, she may take that as an insult. She's had her fair share of creeps so she knows how to deal with them.

Poison gives you small items that would benefit her in the long run. Hey isn't this jacket nice? Well, it also has the logo of her organization on it, cool right? Aw, don't be like that, she thought it would look cute on you. Plus, it's free advertising.

She would also invite you to hang out around a 24-hour diner to share milkshakes and burgers with you like they do in the movies. It's not an everyday thing, she does it after you make her a lot of money after collecting bets on your fight.

What's your deal anyway? You obviously know how to fight, so why come to her?

Huh? You want to learn about true strength? Well if you ask her, it's about squashing your opponents and coming out on top.

Poison also likes rock music, so if you didn't know. Now you do.

Her ideal date is to get tickets and watch the band members from the side of the stage.

The loud music and the energetic crowd are like ecstasy to her. And when you get her a matching band shirt with you, she'll play it off as you acting like a loyal dog. But you could tell she felt differently when you caught her playing with the hems of the shirt all night long.

Maybe you weren't so bad hot stuff.

Cuddling with Bosch is a bit strange. His body temperature constantly changes due to his new power. He's hot and then cold and then hot all over again. Oddly enough, he doesn't sweat at all. Not when he's hot or cold. Laying with him, he's kind of stiff. It'll take him a while to melt into you. He'll lay on his back while you're cuddling up against his arm. After awhile, he'll turn towards you, resting his chin on the top of your head, trying his best to not accidentally hurt you. His left hand would be lightly finger combing your hair. The right hand would be holding you gently.

Your hands would be gently running up and down his back, letting him know you aren't going anywhere. Your legs would be tangled together, feet always finding each other. His steady heartbeat is always a comforting sound, a reminder that he's still here with you, even with the impending doom of the tournament on the horizon.

The smell he has is surprising. Not because he has a smell, but because he smells good. He smells of tree and honey. He must've been hiding in a tree before coming over. Even with the shower he took, the smell of that sweet honey still lingers in the air.

Sometimes his hands would wander down your body, poking your sides or tickling the crook of your neck to get a reaction out of you. If you're ticklish, he won't let you live it down.

"So you are ticklish, ____! Hah! I knew it!"

Other times, he'll be awfully quiet, seeking validation. He's nervous that he'll hurt you. He doesn't want to, but he can't control his psycho power. With him not being able to fully control it, he is constantly risking your life when he's with you. During these moments of vulnerability and weakness, he tries his best to be gentle with you.

"Is this okay, ____? I'm not hurting you, am I?"

You and Bosch have a very weird relationship. One minute he's here cuddling you, whispering sweet nothings, and holding you close. The next minute he's clutching his chest, begging you to not get closer. During those sweet times, you both hold each other close with no intention of letting go, knowing that the moment will end soon. During the times with Bosch is going through a episode due to his Psycho Power, you always tell him that he can always come home to you. He could always talk and you'll always listen. Nevertheless, the two of you would have each other's backs, not matter how hot or cold it gets.

Ohh! Avatar/Ed is such an interesting ship. and srry for the wait! I didn't forget about you I swear! I honestly thought he would have more fics on tumblr because of how popular he is. And here I thought Bosch was the underappreciated one. Dude barely has 5 fics to his name. Also I didn’t know if this was a statement or a request, so I present you with some headcanons. Enjoy!

Ed doesn't want civilians getting caught in his fight to free people from Shadaloo's experiments. So he tells you that if you stay with him you may regret it.

He’s quite distant and cocky when he talks to people, so expect some push back when you try to get close to him.

That’s kind of expected when he tells you to get lost after you reached your full mastery with him.

He doesn't care about who you used to be or if you have regrets about the past, he only cares about the version of you in front of him. The You now.

His friends are important to him, they're like his family, so he would want you to be on good terms with them before he continues the relationship.

He hides most of his feelings behind a wall, but when he finds people he cares about Ed will develop a soft spot for them.

He's one of those people who can take a punch better than he can take a hug.

But that doesn't mean he'll push you away if you decide to be affectionate with him. He'll tense up at first, then he'll relax once he realizes you aren’t a threat.

Ed would want you to meet Balrog someday, and meet the man that shaped him to be who he is. Well...he'll bring you to him whenever Ed decides to reach out to him.

Every person who wields Physco Power uses it in a way to enhance their own individual skill. So he'll work with you to help you find your unique style to the best of his ability.

As your master and potentially your future bf, he wants to make sure you're not using Physco Power all willy-nilly. It's dangerous and he doesn't want you to get seriously hurt, despite you telling him you can handle yourself.

His observation skills are sharp so he can pick up small things about you that you probably haven't noticed about yourself. Like habits or certain mannerisms.

So he can tell when you really want something when your eyes linger on it for a split second longer. Which he ends up getting for you because he likes to see you smile.

Ed can also see when you want to be affectionate with him in public. He saw you catching glances at his hands when walking beside him. But you tucked your hands in your pockets after a while of contemplating. He reluctantly offered his hand to you, because as much as he hates PDA he likes you more.

He still has nightmares every so often that makes him wake up in a cold sweat, so please hug him and tell him everything's fine.

In SF6 there are hints of corruption in his KO win pose where he laughs manically. He snaps out of it fairly quickly when you point it out and gets ashamed for letting his emotions get the best of him.

As much as a hard ass he is, he appreciates it if you check up on him just like he does with you.

Like that fortune teller said, Ed is scared of losing himself and turning into something else. Would you even recognize him?

He does get concerned if he hasn’t heard from you in a while, which prompts him to go on a full-blown search. Even if you don’t think it isn’t a big deal, he does. So he wants to make sure you’re okay.

If you’re not feeling well mentally, he’ll lend his ear to you. He has his fair share of rough days, but if there’s anything he can do to relieve some of your stress he’ll do it.

On the flip side, he doesn’t want to pick fights with you but it sometimes happens when he gets frustrated. Ed has a lot of burden on his shoulders and it doesn’t help if you’re always sticking your nose in dangerous situations all the time.

He cares, he really does. It’s just that he doesn’t want anything bad to happen to you.

Falke would knock some sense into him if he ever goes too far and forces him to apologize to you. Makes him get on his knees and everything.

Balrog was his unofficial official father figure so Ed picked up on some of his habits later on in life. Good and bad. And his inability to show his emotions without it turning into frustration is one of them.

He’ll try to tone it down for you in the future, but it is something he’s going to have a hard time with, especially since he’s already having an internal conflict with himself on a daily basis.

There are 2 types of kisses I can see him giving: short and abrupt or long and passionate. It depends on his mood and if he’s in public. He would hate to be seen as that couple who can’t stop locking lips at the train station. He’ll get embarrassed.

He would also want to spar against you and help you fix your form when you’re off balance. As mean as it sounds, he’ll make you fall on your ass and tell you to do it again. In his head, he’s teaching you how to be a better fighter. But if it gets too much, tell him. And he’ll adjust his demeanor towards you.

Like those cheesy romcoms. Ed would give you his oversized jacket when it got too cold outside. But don’t tease him too much about it because he’ll threaten to take it back. He won’t.

Ed roams freely at night, so most of your dates will consist of street food and fighting. He also likes to go to the movies with you and watch those shitty horror movies whenever he has downtime.

But ultimately, he’s never in one place for too long. And if you want to keep in contact with him, you better like long-distance relationships.

Because of the distance, he’ll call you at least once a day no matter where he is, because he wants to hear your voice. How’s it been? Are you doing okay? Any assholes giving you shit? Etc.

But similar to his father, if things get too dangerous on his end, he’ll contemplate cutting you off from his life.

He's the type of lover who genuinely wants the best for you, with or without him.

so because bosch DIDN'T die at the end of the world tour campaign, i took it upon myself to design some fun looks for him, for when hes added as a DLC character and such :)

due to the explosion, he's covered in burn scars and prefers to keep most of his skin covered - the damage to his right arm was particularly bad, and needs to be kept tightly bound to avoid Psycho Power from seeping out and giving him away. being recovered by Neo Shadaloo, its not certain if his actions are his own, or if somebody else is pulling the strings...
