Tara Carpenter/Fem!Reader She’s the Man AU
Summary: inspired by she’s the man, with a few changes
Warnings: Chad’s a bit of a jerk but nothing else really
WC: 9.3k
Author’s Note: sorry for any mistakes. Hope y’all enjoy:)
"What?!"
"Sorry girls but I can't really do anything about it."
"But we win more games than the boys do!!"
"Yea what the fuck why aren't they the ones getting cut."
"What?! No you don't, you guys just face other girls that don't know how to play."
You couldn't believe what you were hearing. You couldn't believe you dated him. To be fair you had been sexually confused for a long time. Battling your inner self to be true to who you were. Frankie was your ex boyfriend and you honestly wanted to slap yourself every time you looked back at that relationship. You honestly didn't know what you were thinking.
"Oh really you guys haven't won a game since like what freshman year?" You backfired. "Can't even win a game against the schools rivals, Woodsboro Panthers." The boys in front of you glared at you knowing that it was always a touchy subject. The team had always been sore losers.
"I'm sorry girls but we have to practice unlike some people." The couch and the boys laughed as they walked away.
The girls team was left standing on the field feeling a mix of emotions. You were beyond pissed and there was absolutely nothing you could do.
*
You had been walking home, your music blasting in your ears. You had been extremely bummed out, your dream had always been to play soccer in the big leagues. Wanting nothing more than to play with your idols. Couldn't really do that if your school doesn't have a girls team. You would have to transfer to another school that does have one but you'd doubt that your parents would let you. The closest school would be Woodsboros, but they also didn't have a girls team.
The sudden pull of your jacket had you stumbling back. "Ah what the hell!" You turned around taking off your headphones. Only to be faced with your brothers girlfriend.
"Anthony-Oh ew it's you."
"What do you want Sherrie."
"Where's your brother. When you see him tell him to call me."
"What's the number, 1-800-BIYATCH." You laughed to yourself.
"Whatever. Just tell him."
You laughed as she walked away and went into the house.
*
"Wait what do you mean you're leaving?" Your eyes followed your twin brother (although you didn't really look that much the same, there was similarities but you were a bit taller then he was. And the much better looking twin) he was moving back and forth from his bag and his closet.
"The band got booked to perform in fucking London. Can you believe that?"
"London?  As in London England? Wait, what about school. Don't you start next week?" You were sat on his bed strumming his acoustic guitar.
"Oh right, I wanted to ask if you can cover for me. You know, use that mom voice of yours and I don't know  make a call or something." He closed his bag and packed one of his many guitars. Once he was finished he looked at you with a smile.
"Wait, what about mom and dad?"
"One of the ups of having divorced parents. Mom thinks I'm with dad. Dad thinks I'm with mom. And they both hate each other too much to call each other." Throwing two of his bags out window, followed by his guitar.
"And what about your girlfriend? I don't even know why you date her."
"Cause she's hot, it's a guy thing. Well, I'll see you in like two months, maybe more." Anthony smiled and left through the window.
"Anthony!"
"Oh were you talking with your brother?" The sudden voice of your mother startled you.
"Uh yea, on the phone. What the hell is that?" You used the horrendous dress that your mom was carrying as a way out. If clearly worked when your mom beamed down at you.
"It's your dress. For the-Ugh mom." You groaned, knowing what she was going to go on about. "I said I'm not doing it. There's no way I'm putting on a dress. Literally the last time I wore one was when I was two. I'm not doing it." Standing up and putting your brother's guitar away.
"I don't know even know why I keep trying." She said as she walked away. You rolled your eyes and stood up. Looking into the mirror. Your brothers picture to the side. You picked it up and held it up. You never understood how you were related to him. Let alone a twin. You truly never looked alike. You were a bit taller than he was. And honestly stronger as well.
"Well if you can't beat them. Join them."
**
"Ha. You're funny." The hairdresser laughed. Kirby shook her head as she continued to cut her clients hair. Looking back at you, only to stop laughing. "Oh you're not kidding. Wait you're serious."
"Yea come on Kirb, I have a point to make. And I can't do it if you don't help me. Quinn, Anika back me up." You looked back at your best friends.
"Yea come on Kirby. The coach and the whole school in general think that girls can't do half of the things boys can do. They kept the stupid boys team and they don't even win!" Quinn spoke, she was still heated on the matter. Although she didn't have the same dreams as you, she still wanted to support you.
"Yea Kirby, they even got new uniforms and lockers for the boys team. A losing team might I add again." Anika voiced from your side.
"Come on Kirby please." The three of you spoke simultaneously.
The elderly client butting in. "Yea come on Kirby."
With a laugh Kirby laughed and nodded. "Fine."
*
"Damn. You make one fine ass man." Quinn whistled when you stepped out. You so badly wanted to scratch your head. The wig was something you'd have to get used to.
"Shut up. Do I really look like a man?"
"Yea one hot ass man." Anika joked as she stood next to you, reaching up to fix your wig. Quinn laughed from her seat as she ate her popcorn.
"Okay. Now we got the walk. The talk. Tomorrow you start. Remember be confident. You got this. We got all the paper work ready, oh and also. Remember to respond to the name Anthony. Anika literally tried to get your attention using your brothers name, and you didn't listen. Cause you have to get used to it." Kirby said as she got some of the popcorn from Quinn.
"Okay. I got this. I got this."
**
"I don't got this. Take me back. This was a stupid idea. Don't you ever let me come up with any more ridiculous ideas ever again. I can't believe you actually listened to me. You never listen. I can't believe I came this far. Well it's far enough. Take me back-Y/n stop!"
"Relax. You got this, now suck it up and get your shit together." Kirby handed you your bags and pushed you towards the entrance of the school.
You gulped and took a deep breath in trying to calm your nerves. With a look of encouragement from Kirby you made your way into the school.
*
Going into the boy side of the dorm rooms had been everything you expected and more. It was literally your worst nightmare come to life. The smell alone was enough for you to want to turn on your heels and leave. A mixture of body odor and a tone of axe spray. But you had to do this. You now had a point to make and you were going to make it.
You've never moved so fast to make it to your dorm. Slamming the door shut once, the relief of being in the safety of your room was washed away when you felt eyes on you. You were quick to straighten up and eyes wide as you looked at the three boys.
Clearing your throat, remembering to deepen your voice. "What up. Y'all must be my roommates." Nervously fumbling with your keys.
"Uh na I'm your roommate Chad. This is Ethan and that's Wes. They live next door."
You nodded as you put your bags down. Trying to swallow the anxiety that you felt coming up your throat.
"Yo what's your name?"
You turned around to look who was talking. Wes sat on the window seat playing with a ball.
"Anthony Y/ln, so you play the beautiful game bruhs, bros? Brothers?" You had tried to remember how boys talk but at the moment your mind was going blank.
"Yea, Ethan midfield and Wes plays defense and I'm a striker. What about you?"
"Center Midfield."
You cleared your throat as you got unpacked your bag. Taking out your boots, only remembering the tampons you shoved into the boot when Chad pointed them out.
"Dude why do you have tampons?!"
"Uh. I get really bad nose bleeds?"
After the horrifying and embarrassing display of you shoving a tampon up your nose. You were left with a big sense of regret. As the boys laughed and mocked you.
*
So far it's been alright.
That's a big fat lie. So far it's been hell. Things are horrible. The first try outs were today and man. You'd think it had been your first time playing. You had always thought you were great at soccer. It was a sport you loved. You had played it for the longest time. Now you wouldn't go and say you were horrible but you had a lot to learn. Especially since you made it on to the second string. That had been disappointing.
"Good job boys. Nice work, for the second strings don't feel discouraged. You are just as much on this team as the first stringers. Now go hit the shower. I'll see you guys tomorrow." Coach Loomis spoke before leaving to his office.
Showers?!
Crap! How could I forget about the freaking showers?!
You tried to think of any possible reason why you wouldn't be able to. You'd didn't really want to see anyone naked. Let alone a bunch of immature boys. But the closer you got to the boys locker the more you were starting to panic.
"Y/LN! Principal Riley wants to talk to you. So get a move on." Coach yelled from his office.
You had never felt so much relief like you did this moment. Never moving  so fast to get out of a room before.
*
The talk with the principal had been one of the weirdest and most awkward talks you had ever been in. As you walked out of the office you felt your body collide with a smaller body.
"Oh my god I'm so sorry. Are you alright?" The sudden action causing your voice to come out normal before you could even realize. Moving to help pick up the books the shorter girl dropped.
"It's okay."
You looked up, only for your breath to hitch in your throat. The girl in front of you was so, beautiful. Completely gorgeous. The faint freckles that littered her face, made you want to count every single one. Her dark brown eyes, were so mesmerizing that you could get lost in that pool of dark chocolate. Her small smile had your heart hammering in your chest. The dimples that appeared had to be the cutest things you had ever seen.
"Uh here's your books." You cleared your throat deepening your voice, the smile that she directed your way was enough for you to almost go weak to the knees.
"Thanks. You're the new transfer student, right? I'm Tara."
Tara. What a beautiful name. You returned the smile, "Y/-Uh Anthony. It's nice to meet you Tara." You held out your hand for her to shake, at the sound of her giggle, your smile grew just a tad bit. But the moment her soft, small, warm hand was in yours it was like your hand was made to hold hers. At the sight of her blushing cheeks, you pulled your hand away, clearing your throat.
"Well it was nice to meet ya Tara. I have to go and do some, guy stuff. Uh I'll see you around." With a nod you were quick to walk away. Part of you hoping you'd run into the Tara again.
*
"Dude this is not working. Who knew making friends as a dude could be so hard. Not to mention that I'm starting to smell. Kirby how could I forget about the showers. My roommate is a bit of jackass and-Alright take it easy. I can help you with the making friends situation and the shower problem. Let me just get the girls I've got a plan." Kirby cut you off before hanging up, not giving you a chance to respond.
"Kirby? Hello? Ugh, I hate when she does that." You mumbled. The past two days of being a 'man' have been a little bit harder than you had expected. Your roommates along with his friends are bit of jerks and clearly didn't want to be around you.
It wasn't long till, Kirby showed up with Quinn and Anika. Who had bright smiles on their faces. You hurried to get in the car. "Oh I've miss-oh wow you stink." Quinn cut herself off, pulling away from you.
"Don't remind me. Now what's your plan?"
*
With feeling fresh and clean, you walked into the restaurant with a new found confidence. You knew at least half of the students and soccer team were in the place at the moment. It was great for Kirby's plan, 'Make friends plan'. Her own way of making friends for you was well, "the boy way". That's why she had brought Quinn and Anika.
"Fuck here comes Anthony. Spread out so it looks like we don't got room." Chad nudged Ethan to the side as they spread out in the booth. It wasn't like he hated the guy but since the tampon moment in their room. He wasn't in a rush to make friends with his roommate.
"Oh my god Anthony Y/ln! Oh my god I've missed you so much."
Chad was pulled from his conversation with Ethan to see a red haired girl. She was hot.
"Quinn. Hey baby, how you doing?"
Chad couldn't understand how someone like Anthony could have girl like this one. The guy was weird. He acted completely strange. But here he was with this hot girl. Eyes widening a bit when the girl lightly kissed Anthony on the lips before leaving. He heard Ethan chocking on his soda when yet another girl, just as hot, called out to Anthony. The way this dark haired girl refused to let him go. Only leaving when Anthony slapped her butt.
"What the fuck? Did those two just talk to Anthony? Him?" Wes spoke in pure disbelief. There was no way. Seeing a hot brunette coming his way. He took his chance. "Hey there pretty lady."
"Ew. Are you talking to me?"
"I was just- Yea sure let me make it clear, girls with asses like mine don't talk to boys with faces like yours."
The two teammates shared a look, trying to hold in their laughter at the face Wes was making. The one of pure embarrassment.
"I'm looking for my boyfriend Anthony Y/ln."
The three boys jaw dropped in disbelief.
*
"Fuck it's your brothers girlfriend. Don't let her get too close or she'll recognize you." Kirby had spoken so quickly you barely had time to understand before you heard Sherries obnoxiously loud voice.
"Wait what?"
"Anthony!"
"Oh fuck uh be gone you craziest-" You felt a small sense of fear as you tried to dodge Sherries attempts to get to you. You had gone as far as using a stack of pizza boxes to cover your face. "Can't you take a hint. If I don't answer your phone calls or your texts. It could only mean one thing. We are done!"
Sherrie had acted like you expected. Leaving with scream of anger and most likely embarrassment. You were relieved on the other hand. Your cover was not blown. You heard the cheers and even felt the acceptance of your schoolmates.
"Dude that was awesome."
"You're officially my idol."
"Make room for the man."
*
Like Kirby had predicted. The plan had worked. You had the "respect" of your teammates and the school. Although you kinda felt a little bad for Sherrie. Even though she's been nothing but a bitch to you. You also didn't stink that was good. You had gotten used waking up super early in the morning. Getting the showers to yourself.
"Hey Anthony."
You turned at the sound of your brothers name. That was also something you kinda got used to. Being addressed as your brothers name and not yours.
At seeing who called for you, it had you smiling in a way you couldn't really control. "Tara hey. How are you doing?" You faced the shorter girl. She returned the smile as she looked up at you.
"I've been good. I haven't seen you around the past week. How's the school treating you." Tara had tried to see Anthony around the campus. But the campus was huge. She hasn't even got a glimpse of Anthony which was extremely disappointing.
"Oh it's been something else. I like the campus though." You looked down to what she was holding and it was stack of what you could clearly tell were heavy books. You reached for them without really realizing that you were. "Let me help you with those." You didn't really give her a chance to decline before taking most of the books.
"Thank you. But you didn't have to." Tara could feel the warmth coming from her cheeks. She could only hope that Anthony couldn't notice.
"It's okay, now what are you even studying that requires you to carry so many books." At sound of her laugh you smiled, her laugh was so sweet.
"Oh I've been transferred out of my class into another. Apparently I was too smart for that class."
"Nice, a smart girl." You teased smiling in satisfaction when you saw her blush. "No but seriously, aren't you running for class president?"
"Yes, I'm been elected to run. It's nothing." She looked away from his gaze. Her own mother had been dismissive of her achievements. She hated the feeling of being a disappointment. She's tried not to let her mother's words affect her but, it's her mother. The harsh words are bound to have an affect.
"Are you kidding? That's great, you were elected, which that alone is awesome. Don't sell yourself short. But don't worry future Ms.President. You have my vote." The smile you got in return was something you'd cherish. You hated how sad she had looked for a just a second before the look was gone.
"Thank you. That means a lot. Well this is me." Never had she felt so disappointed to arrive to her class. She had wanted to keep talking to Anthony. The way he acted around her was in a way no other boy has. He didn't treat her like she was just a piece of meat, like she was just some type of trophy he could show off to his friends. He was different from the other boys in school. "I'll see you later?" Hoping her voice didn't come off as hopeful.
"Of course. Later Ms.Future President." With a small bow you handed her books and walked away. Smiling when you heard her laugh.
*
Arriving into your biology class was something you weren't looking forward to. You hated cutting open any animals or anything that was once alive. Taking a seat as your roommate and his friends took a seat in front of you. The boys becoming your friends was also something new. Ever since that day at the pizza place your popularity had grown.
"Dude I keep forgetting to ask. But how long did you date that girl?" Chad asked as he took a seat in front of his roommate.
"Too long-Alright pick a name out of the bowl and who ever you have will be your lab partner for the rest of the year."
Taking one of the pieces of paper from the bowl you unfolded it. Smiling at the sight of the name. "Tara Carpenter." You looked up, searching for your brun-the brunette that was becoming your favorite. Eyes connecting with the beautiful chocolate eyes. Oh how you loved chocolate. Seeing the smile on her face as she looked at you. Sending a small wave.
"Dude you know Tara Carpenter? Switch with me." Chad couldn't help the small sense of jealousy at the way the girl he liked was looking at Anthony.
"Yea and no cause I said her name out loud." You gathered your things and moved to table Tara had moved to. Placing your bag on the table as you sat down. Leaning forward just bit.
"Hey Tara. I gotta be completely honest with you. The whole dissecting thing freaks me out, so I think you're gonna have to take the reins on this one." You whispered to her. Hoping no one else heard you.
"Wow I don't think any other guy would have admitted to that."
"Crap, you're right." Your eyes widen as you looked down at the paper with a cut open frog. The feeling of wanting to barf came strong.
"No no. It's okay. I got you. I'll take the lead." Tara wanted to wipe the frown on his face. It was such an adorable look but she also wanted to comfort him, so she reached for his hands, taking his hand into hers. His hands were so soft. Not like any other boy's hands she's touched. The warmth and softness of his hands made her want to hold on to them longer.
"Uh no papers from other classes on the table." A boy you e never seen before said, paper was pushed in between in your face and Tara's. Seeing the color of the paper. You quickly tried to grab it but Tara was quicker.
"Oh what's this poems?"
"Lyrics. They're hi-my my old stuff."
"You're the closest to heaven that I'll ever be. And I don't wanna go home right now."
You sighed in relief, realizing it was a song you wrote for your brother to sing. He wanted a romantic song and your were such a sucker for them.
"This is really good."
The way she was looking at you had your throat in a knot. Feeling like she could read your mind by the way she was staring intensely into your eyes.
*
As you walked out of the classroom you were pulled by the back of your shirt. "Dude what the fuck Chad!" Pulling your shirt from his grip.
"Anthony my guy. Did you tell her anything about me?"
"Who Tara? Was I supposed to?"
"Come on man. You could convince her to go out with me."
He looked so serious you couldn't help but laugh. "Dude you've been going to school together for, how long? I don't think she likes y-Come on! If you help me. I'll help you train to make first string for the rivalry game."
"Wait what? Seriously?" You were good, but apparently not good enough to make first string. And you had something to prove. You couldn't be distracted by anything. Not even a pretty brunette. It wasn't like Tara liked you.
"Okay, I'll tell her all about Chad Minks and how he's a great dude. But I won't force her."
"You're the man Anthony!" Chad cheered, this was going to work. He knew as much. He just needed someone to sweet talk him up to Tara. Then he would be the hottest guy dating the hottest girl in the school.
*
Training with Chad was fun. The more you trained with him. The more if felt like you were getting better than before. The love you had for game had always been big. Always trying to improve your self in how you play. With Chad's help you were a whole lot prepared and skilled during practices.
As for helping with Tara. It was coming along. Well the best it could without sounding pushy about the situation.
"So when can you let me read the rest of that poem?"
You were brought out of your thoughts at the sound of Tara's voice. You tried to avoid the frog that was cut open in front of you.
"Poem? What poem?" You teased, smiling when she squinted her eyes at you.
"Ugh you suck. I'm going to get you to read it to me one day. You just watch."
"Now, I heard from your friend Amber that you like someone."
"What?" Tara felt her eyes widen. She was going to kick Amber's ass when she sees her. Amber wouldn't tell him, that she liked him right? The feeling of her heart racing as she watched Anthony write down some notes before looking right at her with those soft y/ec eyes.
"Yea, is it by any chance Chad Minks? Cause I've seen what the way he looks at you. I mean I can see it."
Seeing the disbelief and was that disgust? You weren't sure. Reading people wasn't something you were really good at.
"Chad?"
"Yea."
"No."
"Yea."
"No! I mean he's good looking and all but he's just not the guy for me." Tara had tried to like Chad. He was what most girls wanted at the school. But every time she looked at him, she felt nothing. Chad was just like every other jock that has tried to get into her pants. Only wanting her for her body. She had seen how Chad was with Liv. Liv had been so in love with Chad. But the moment Chad got bored he left Liv. Liv had been left heart broken. Tara had gotten used to blocking out any guy that had tried to hit on her. Most of the guys (if not all of them) had always succeeded in making her extremely uncomfortable.
"Hmm I don't know maybe there's more to him than you think there is." You hated yourself for even bringing it up, you could tell this conversation was annoying Tara.
"So he's not just another dumb jock, who wants to get in my pants. So he could tell his friends but is too-Insecure to treat you as an equal?" You understood how she felt. It wasn't long you were also dating a dumb jock.
Tara looked at the taller boy in shock. Never had she met someone, let alone a boy, understand what she had felt. Seeing him agree had honestly left her feeling baffled.
"You know you are the first guy at this school who hasn't tried anything with me."
You felt you cheeks heat up as you cleared your throat, "Oh uh I'm not really looking for another relationship. Just got out of one that was a bit, hard I guess? You're a great friend Tara. You're actually the only person in this school I feel comfortable around."
Even if she felt a bit more that just disappointed that he only saw her as a friend. She offered him a smile. "I feel the same way about you." Her vocie coming out softer than usual. Looking into those beautiful y/ec eyes. It was enough for her to get lost in them. Even if he only saw her as a friend. She could work with that.
"Good, and just take my advice. Chad's a pretty cool dude, get to know the guy."
"I'll consider it." She was most certainly not going to. She watched as the soccer player tried to focus back on the task at hand. The cut open frog they still had to be dissected. The cute grossed out facial expression on his face was too cute for her to ignore.
"So what's that exactly?"
"Uh I think that's the spleen." A small noise of acknowledgment was all she got in response before she saw Anthony fainting and falling to his side. With a chocked laugh she was quick to check on him.
*
"I honestly thought you were joking about the dissecting thing freaking you out this bad." Tara couldn't hold back her giggles as he finally woke up. She had been worried at first. But the more she remembered the face the soccer player made, the more she couldn't help but to laugh.
"Ugh." You sat up, realizing you were now in the nurses room. You felt a little warm inside to see that Tara was sitting next your bed. Wondering if she was sitting there while you were out cold.
"How are you feeling? Down to dissect more frogs?" This time Tara couldn't help the full belly laugh.
As much as you tried to keep a straight face, a smile made its way to your face. You really liked the sound of her laugh. Her smile, the dimples you liked so much being on display. "You're so mean."
Tara brought up her hand to cover her mouth. Trying to control her laughter. "I'm sorry."
She looked utterly beautiful. The sun coming from the window shined on her like if she were an angel. All you wanted was to kis-Uh oh. No. No you couldn't be falling in love with Tara.
You couldn't.
*
"Yo! You okay? I can't believe you passed out over a cut open frog." The laugh that followed was nothing like Tara's.
"Yea whatever. But I've got you half way. She's considered going out with you." You flopped on your bed, looking up at the ceiling. Falling in love was not part of this plan. You couldn't for many reasons. One being the most obvious, YOU WERE A GIRL! For starters. You were a girl pretending to a boy, pretending to be your brother. Tara was obviously straight. And if you did show any signs of liking her, it would be misleading. You were a girl.
Tara was straight.
"Wait really? So should I go ask her out?"
"What? No!" Trying to ignore the jealousy you felt coursing through your body. "You don't want to freak her out."
"Ugh I hate the waiting game. I've been waiting for the past years. Since 6th grade. That’s five whole years. You have no idea how long I've wanted to, to date her. She's the hottest girl in the school."
You narrowed your eyebrows at your roommate. You won't deny that Chad is a great soccer player. He was outstanding on the field. And he was nice enough to help you out to make first string. But other than that you weren't really sure why he was so eager to be with someone who clearly didn't like him back.
*
"Wait what do you mean? You think he doesn't like you?"
Tara groaned into her pillow. As much as she enjoyed being with the taller soccer player. She couldn't ignore the small little voice in her head telling her that Anthony didn't like her back.
"I don't know Amber. He's not like any other boy I've ever met before. He hasn't even flirted with me. Not even once!" She chose to ignore the laugh coming from her best friend.
"What? There's no way. Every guy here has flirted with you at least once." Amber has watched for the past days how this guy had her best friend hooked with just his presence. She won't deny the guy was kinda good looking. But there was something about Anthony that was making her sexually confused? Amber was a proud lesbian. There was no denying that, but she had gone soooo long without finding any boy attractive. Not even when she was little. But now Anthony Y/Ln was a first. Now she didn't like him in that way like Tara did. But there was something about him that was familiar. She just couldn't seem to know what.
"Wait really?" Come to think about it, Amber has not seen Anthony flirt with any girl at all. Every time she saw him he it was always either during class (which he did really pay attention to) and then during the soccer practices. "Wait you don't think he's gay do you?"
That thought had never even crossed her mind. The thought of Anthony being gay had her sitting up straight to face Amber.
"What? No! There's no way-I mean, I don't know. Oh my god let it be me to fall for a guy who could possibly be gay." She groaned even louder as she covered her face with her hands. If Anthony was gay, she would have to move on. Or she could just ask. He did have those two girls at the pizza parlor. Not to mention that crazy ex. But if that were the case. Maybe he's bisexual. Or just now gave up on the girls and just wants boys now.
Ugh. It was just her luck.
*
"What's up Anthony."
You looked away from your open book. You had finally gotten away from Chad and his friends. A moment of peace away from those boys was what you desperately needed. They were rowdy and fun but you could only take so much before you wanted to pull your hair out.
"Sup Amber. How's it going?" Amber was Tara's best friend. You liked Amber. She was always putting Chad in his place when he tried to flirt with Tara. It was always a funny sight.
"Eh it's going but I gotta ask you something." She moved to sit next to Anthony.
You closed your book and looked at the shorter girl. "Sure what's up." You moved to grab your water bottle to take sip.
"Are you gay?"
The water burned as it went up your nose, you spluttered out wet coughs as you tried get your breathing back to normal. You took the napkins Amber offered you. "Jesus Amber. No I am not gay." Well you were. And as funny as it would be for these students to believe your brother Anthony was gay, you weren’t that mean of a sister.
"Really? Not even a little bit?" Amber did not feel convinced for the weirdest reason. She just couldn't put a finger on it.
"No not even a little bit. Why?" You let out a chuckle once you had your breathing under control and you were no longer chocking. Gay?
"Well can you blame a girl for asking." So he wasn't gay, Tara did have a chance. Amber couldn't help but to feel excitement. Mingling is something she was great at.
*
You hated being here, carnivals. Absolutely hated them. Clowns were literally your worst nightmare and those things were everywhere. Not only did you hate clowns. But you absolutely hated that you had to change from being you to your brother. So you opted to just staying as you for the remainder of the day.
"Wait they thought Anthony was gay?" Anika asked again once she was finished laughing.
"Anthony gay? Girl he is as straight as they come." Quinn laughed as well, the girls along with Kirby had arrived at carnival before you did. You mom had called the moment you arrived and said you were signed up for the kissing booth. Part of you had never felt so offended and angry. You were not going to be kissing no strangers. No matter the cause before hanging up.
"Any cute girls there?" Kirby nudged your shoulder as you walked around. Noticing the blush on her younger friend. "Oh so there is. What's her name?"
"Stop. There's no-Liar! Come on. Tell us." Your two best friend nudged and pleaded to know. You rolled your eyes although you were smiling.
"There is on-" You were cut off by someone bumping into your body. You were able to catch them before they fell. "Oh I'm sorry."
At the sound of the voice, the voice that sounded awfully familiar! Tara furrowed her eyebrows before looking up at the person. Only for her eyes to widen in shock. The girl standing in front of her looked exactly like Anthony. Almost like a spitting image. "Do I know you?" She couldn't help up to ask.
"Uh no. I don't think so. Sorry." You moved to walk around Tara. As much as you wanted to talk to her as you and not Anthony. You couldn't, not without blowing your cover. You were quick (but not too quick to make it weird) away.
Kirby and the girls were quick to follow you. Noticing Anika sharing a long stare with one of the girls. "Oh my god was that her!" Speaking once she was far away from the short girl.
"Would you shut up, and yes that's her." Your cheeks flushing at the teasing grins that were looking your way.
"Dude she's cute!" Quinn shook your shoulders in pure excitement.
"You should totally try to get w-No, she's straight. And I don't know if you know this but I'm a girl." You shook her head, continuing your walk only to see Chad and Frankie fighting. You were quick to run to the scuffle. Trying your best to pull the two dude's away from each other.
"Frankie stop!"
Chad turned around at the voice, opening his mouth to say something he had been momentarily distracted enough for Frankie to hit him. Making Chad stumble into you. You caught him right when the security showed up. Quinn and Anika pulling you away before you could get in trouble.
"Hey are you okay?"
You were standing to the side, after being yelled at by your mom. It wasn't even your fault but you let her yell at you. The girls had gone to get food while you waited. The sound of Tara's voice you looked towards her. She offering such cute shy smile.
"Uh yea I'm okay. Thanks for asking." You murmured, you weren't sure why you felt so shy now. Maybe it because you weren't sure if Tara would like you as Y/n and not as Anthony.
"Are you related to Anthony Y/Ln by any chance?"
"Yea he's my twin brother."
"Wow you guys are crazy alike. It's almost uncanny. How do you know Chad?" Tara couldn't get over how you looked so much like Anthony. Ever since she bumped into you earlier that day. She couldn't stop thinking about you and Anthony. She had always been comfortable with her sexuality. She had always said she was bisexual. And right now was a good example why. Anthony. He was so charming, so sweet and just so funny. Honest. You. You were honestly the most beautiful woman she's ever seen.
"Yea we get that a lot. I'm Y/n." Sticking out your hand for her to shake.
"Tara." Tara took your out stretched hand. Your hand taking hers in a gente but soft shake. She looked down at your hand, it was awfully the same as Anthony. Down to the same softness that she has grown to like.
"Damn that guy who beat up Frankie was kinda hot, wasn't that your brothers roommate." Quinn asked as she wrapped her arms around yours, interrupting whatever was happening between you and the short girl. From the corner of her she was able to see the same girl that had bumped into you looking right at you. Maybe that girl wasn't as straight as she seemed. "Hi I'm Quinn."
"Nice to meet you. I should go back to my friends. It was nice meeting you Y/n." She couldn't stop looking at you, she hoped that it wouldn't be the last time she saw you. A past of her also feeling a bit of disappointment seeing the red head being so close to you.
*
"Dude, what? What's on your face." You spluttered with your words at seeing the tampon up Chad's nose. Part of you wanted to laugh.
"Oh this? Yeah I grabbed one of your." He pointed to the tampon as he got up. "And they actually work." He took the bloody tampon out and threw it away.
"Dude what happened?"
"Well turns out the dude I fought was your sister's ex. And man she looks just like you. It's kinda scary. I mean I have a twin but we don't look that alike. She's kinda hot. Is she single?"
"Eh we get that all the time. And yea she is but she's gay."
Chad's shoulder visibly deflated. "Damn."
"I thought you liked Tara?" You narrowed your eyes slightly. Hoping it wasn't noticeable.
"I do. But I can admire another woman. And your sister is hot. Can't believe she dated a douche bag like Frankie." He didn't even do anything to the guy and Frankie had just lost his cool. And Chad wasn't one to back down.
"Yea, everyone gots at least one person they regret dating." You laid on your bed. Remembering how Tara finally met you as your true self.
*
"Hi Anthony." You looked away from your homework to see Tara sitting down in front of you. You were once again in the library.
"Hey Tara. How was the carnival yesterday?" You closed your book, focusing on the way Tara was looking at you. She had the same look of when she was studying something. In this case she was studying you. Which was making you quite nervous. "You okay tar?"
Seeming to be snapped back to reality. Tara nodded, "Yea sorry. It was fun. Why weren't you there?"
Shrugging in response, "Crazy ex showed up and wouldn't leave me alone so I just ended up leaving."
"Mmh, I didn't know you were a twin." Tara couldn't get over how much Anthony and his sister looked alike. It was truly uncanny. It was like she was looking at a man version of the girl she saw at the carnival.
"Oh you met Y/n? How was that?" You wanted to know what she thought of you.
"She was sweet. We didn't talk long, her girlfriend showed up."
"Girlfriend?"
"Yea this pretty red head."
You let out a laugh. She thought you were dating Quinn. You love Quinn she was one of your best friends. "Oh you mean Quinn. No that's just my sisters best friend."
Having a weird sense of relief, she wasn't even sure why. She had just met you. Why did she feel jealous. She had no reason to feel this type of jealousy. "Oh. They just seemed close."
"They've been friends since they were in diapers. They've just had a close bond since like forever."
"That's sweet..Wait didn't you kiss the red head?!" The memory had been shoved right to the front of her brain.
"Oh...yea. Uh.." Think faster!! "That was more of a friendly kiss? Quinn was just trying to help me break up with my girlfriend at the time. Sherrie was-is crazy. She was also kinda of a bitch to Y/n."
At the mention of that girl being mean to Y/n. It had her feeling, protective? You had looked so nice. Your soft y/ec eyes held some type of warmth. She wanted nothing more than to talk to you again.
*
"Y/LN!" You jumped up from the leg press machine. You had been working out with Chad for the past hour. The game against your school was less than a week away. And you have been training hard. The practices have been a lot more easier now that you knew how to play like a man. Chad had been a great help.
"Yes coach?"
A jersey being thrown at you. You looked down at the jersey. Your last name stitched on the back of the jersey along with a big number name below it. You felt your eyes widen in shock and excitement.
"You're first string for the rivalry game."
"Really?"
"No I was joking, you idiot." Coach Loomis said sarcastically before walking away.
You couldn't contain your excitement. Jumping up and down. "Yes!" Chad laughed as he shook his head.
"Congratulations man."
*
"Oh I know. Ask out Chad, like in a friend date. But don't let him know that, do it in front of Anthony. See how he reacts." Amber looked at Chad and Anthony from across the gym.
"But I don't like Chad."
"Which is why it will be a friend date. But you'll tell him that on the date."
Tara debated the plan. She really liked Anthony. His personality, his attitude, the way he was around her. It was so refreshing. So pure.
"Okay."
*
You couldn't stop smiling. All your hard work was finally paying off. Your point that you were trying to make was almost done. Wanting finish your workout before calling the girls.
"Hey Chad."
You both looked up to see Tara in all her glory standing there. Looking at Chad.
"Tara! Hi."
You could tell that he was nervous. With a quick look from Tara. You sent her an awkward thin lipped smile. Hoping Tara couldn't tell how jealous and dejected as you seemed.
"How about we go out on Friday."
But she did. She could see how the happy glint in his eyes faded as soon as she mentioned the date. She watched as Anthony turned around fiddling with his phone.
"Really?! I uh mean. Cool. Yea cool I'll see you Friday."
*
You hated yourself for feeling so jealous. You hated it. You had no right to feel jealous. Tara was straight and clearly giving Chad a chance. You had to focus on the bigger picture. So you tired to do that.
Staying late at the gym before the big game tomorrow. You didn't know how long you were until you saw the time. Figuring you needed some good nights rest before the game tomorrow. With a quick shower, you made your way back to your dorm room.
You had expected for Chad to be home so quickly. You were sure he would still be out with Tara.
"So are you gonna tell me the truth?"
The truth? You looked at Chad wide eyed. Did he know that you weren't a boy. You were sure you had been good at hiding your true self. Maybe your wig had fallen off while you were sleeping.
"Uh truth?"
"Yes the fucking truth."
He seemed angry, well you assumed he had a right to. Maybe he felt a little weirded out that girl has been rooming with him for a while.
"Okay, I'll tell you the truth. But just know that I did this cause I had to prove something. I've always loved soccer and-What so you use me to get better at soccer and then what steal my girl."
You were confused now. What on earth was Chad talking about? "Wait what? What are you talking about?"
"Dude stop lying I saw you!" Chad knew he may have been overacting. First he was a bit mad and disappointed that the date hadn't gone as he had hoped. The date had been so awkward and he had just felt so uncomfortable, and top off the date Tara had told him she didn't like him in that way. When he had seen Anthony, his so called friend kissing Tara. He had felt so betrayed and extremely jealous.
"Saw me do what?"
With his anger at an all time high. He had pushed Anthony out of the room without any further explanation. Slamming the door in Anthony's face.
"What the fuck?" You were left confused. With no where else to sleep you walked away towards the library. Hoping that it was open.
*
"Yo Anthony! What are you doing here?!" Jumping up from the chairs you had pushed together in a form of makeshift bed. "The game is about to start."
This had you almost tripping over your own two feet as you ran out of the library towards the boys locker room. Confusion taking over as you saw your uniform was gone. Fumbling with your phone hoping to find some answers.
Tony: thanks for unpacking my things and making my room. You're the best sis
Tony: why did you sneak tampons in my drawer. Jerk
"Fuck."
**
You could only watch from the safety of hiding under the bleachers as your brother destroyed all your hard work. He truly was a horrible athlete. It was like watching a baby trying to walk. If anything a baby could probably play better.
Sighing in relief as the whistle blew out signaling the ending of the first half. Watching as the coach Loomis spoke to your brother. Banging your head on the metal. Your brother walked past the bleachers and you took this opportunity to yank him under the bleachers.
"What the fu-Y/n?"
"Dude what the hell are you doing?" You punched his arm, he was supposed to give you a heads up before coming back.
"Ow! Me? Why are you dressed like me?"
"Ugh I was trying to prove to our old school that a girl could be just as good as any boy on the damn team. Can you believe they cut the girls soccer team and not the boys?"
"Wait what? But the girls team win more games?" He knew how much you love the game. There was never a game he would miss when you played.
"Wait, what are you even doing here?"
"Oh!" Remembering what had happened last night. "There was this girl. She kissed me. And even though it was only a second cause when she pulled away from me and looked at me like I was stranger. But I came to look for her cause she was hot."
"That's what Chad was talking about." You mumbled to yourself. "Give me back my uniform. And stay hidden.”
*
“Wait what do you mean you kissed him?” Amber asked as she looked away from the game. Half time had just started and it looked like Anthony was being given another chance. She had never seen someone play so horribly. It was almost laughable.
“Yea I did.”
“Then why do you sound disappointed? Shouldn’t you be happy, you have been crushing on the guy for a while now.” She looked back at the match. The second half time hasn’t started yet.
“I don’t know. I felt nothing. He usually makes me feel so much but last night, it felt weird like I was kissing a stranger. His lips weren’t as soft as they looked.” She didn’t really remember seeing his lips last night. But she remembered seeing those lips everyday. They had always looked so soft so kissable. The lips she kissed last night were not soft.
“Well I’ve seen him practice and he looked great during practice. The way he was playing in the first half, it might as well have been a stranger.” Mindy spoke up from her spot. There was no way Anthony was playing like newbie when he had trained so hard to make first string.
Quinn, Kirby and Anika shared a look. They were sitting behind the three girls. Maybe the short girl wasn’t as straight as they had assumed.
*
The second half was going a whole lot better than the first half. With you scoring the first goal with the help of Ethan. The stadium bursting out in cheers. The score now being 1-0.
You could still fell the hostility coming from Chad. He refused to look at you, going as far as to not even passing you the ball. This caused him to lose the ball. Leading your old school to score. Tying the game.
“Dude come on I know you’re mad but let’s put that aside for the next forty minutes.” You made the mistake of placing your hand on his shoulder. This caused him to push you away.
“Get your hands off me.”
“Chad come on-” you were pushed again before Ethan and Wes held him back.
“Do you two little princesses have to step off or something?” Hearing your ex’s voice was not what you needed. Hearing his obnoxious laughter along with his teammates was almost ruining the happiness you felt. “Do you ne—Y/n?!”
You didn’t want to look at him. Cause now you were for sure made. The dream you had of proving yourself was burning down. With a heavy sigh you turned around. Seeing Frankie’s eyes widen in shock. Knowing the act was over. You took off your wig. Hearing gasps from literally everyone.
“You’re a girl?!” Chad asked no longer angry. He couldn’t believe he just physically pushed a girl. And his push hadn’t been gentle.
“Yea sorry about the lying, I had a point to prove.” You moved your gaze towards your coach. He had his arms crossed.
Hearing the laughter coming from Frankie and his teammates, even his coach had laughed. “You can’t play with a girl. It says in the rule book.” The coach said smugly. This was when coach Loomis stepped up. Taking the book from the other coach.
“What rule book? Here in Woodboro we don’t discriminate. Based on gender.” Coach pointed his finger at the other coach’s chest. And you knew it hurt based on how the other coach stumbled back and how rubbed the spot.
“Alright then. You think you can beat us with a girl on your team. Good luck. You’re gonna need it.”
With a wink being shot your way by Coach Loomis you smiled excitedly. You couldn’t believe he was going to let you play. You quickly put your hair up in a ponytail so it wouldn’t be in your face. You were now more confident more comfortable.
*
Winning the game had been everything and more. The way Frankie had run off crying was so funny, extremely hilarious actually. You had been told off by your parents like you had expected but you could tell they were proud. Especially your dad.
You also watched as Chad was being down talked by your brother. Probably telling Chad off for pushing you earlier.
“All this time you were Y/n?” You turned around to see Tara standing there. She had not looked mad or anything. It was more a of curiosity.
“Yes. I’m sorry. I know it was misleading and wrong. For that I’m sorry.” You fiddled with your fingers. Upon hearing laugh you looked up towards her. Her smile brighter than before.
“Are you kidding? If anything I need glasses. Cause wow. Also sorry for kissing yesterday. Kinda thought you were her.” Anthony walked back to his sister and the hot girl, although a bit dejected he was happy you were happy. He had never seen you so happy yet nervous at the same time. By the way Tara was looking at you. He knew she felt the same way. With a dismissive wave he smiled and walked away.
“So? You’re not mad?”
With a shake of her head, she took your hand in hers. “A little bit, but that’s because I was so sexually confused, then you came along and I’ve never been so confused. Now I’m just hoping you feel the same.”
With the smile of your own you grinned back. “I’ve never felt so sure Ms.President.”
With a giggle of her own she wrapped her arms around your neck and brought you down for a long awaited kiss. Now these lips were soft. These were the lips she had been dreaming about. The feeling that had been absent were now there and going crazy. Just like she had wanted.
“I FUCKING KNEW IT!!” Amber yelled. There had been no way she found a boy attractive. Especially since she had the biggest crush on her best friends sister. But that wasn’t relevant.

Author’s Note: hope y’all enjoy :D sorry for any mistakes.
Tara watched with a lazy smile as you tried to teach Sam sign language. While Sam had been gone in the past five years. She had met you. You had been a new student freshman year, she had been quick to become your friend. It had been so easy to befriend you. It was even easier to fall in love with you. Even with her relationship with Amber, she did feel guilty for falling out of love with Amber. But the more her feelings grew for you, the more she realized maybe she wasn't in love with Amber. And even though she had broken up with Amber a while ago now, in the hopes of gathering the courage to ask you on a date. She still couldn't find the courage.
She had been told by Wes that you had been by her side the moment she was out of surgery. Refusing to go to school and to stay by her side. It warmed her heart, the way you cared about her. The way you had cried when she finally did wake up. She had been so scared, scared that she'd die without ever telling you how she felt. Die without ever seeing your beautiful face.
Now as she laid on the hospital bed resting, she watched as you smiled at Sam. A silent laugh escaping your lips at how wrong Sam mostly signed her own name. If this was her second chance at life, she wasn't going to waste it.
*
You had been scared. Afraid of what Tara had gone through, how she almost died. It was why you refused to leave her alone. You had stepped out when Sam typed on her phone if she could speak to Tara alone. You had nodded respecting her want of privacy. With kiss on the top of Tara's head, who smiled up at you. You signed that you'd be right outside.
You were skeptical of Sam's boyfriend. You weren't sure why. He just gave you a weird vibe. So you avoided being around him. When he had asked (by text) you to go with him to grab snacks you politely declined.
It wasn't long till you saw the door open. Sam coming out of the room. Tears blurring her vision. You stood up straight going to where she leaned on the wall. Quickly taking your phone out and typing in your notes.
Is everything okay?
You watched as she wiped her tears before taking your phone from your hands in a gentle manner. Her fingers hesitating over the letters before typing. Handing your phone back to you.
Please just stay with her, don't leave her alone. I have to go figure some things out. I'll be back soon. Okay?
You nodded. Softly squeezing her shoulder in a way you hoped came off as reassuring. With a nod she walked away. As soon as she walked away you went into the room. The sight of a sobbing Tara breaking your heart. You were quick to go to her side when she raised her arms a clear sign of wanting comfort.
Tara had regretted the moment she yelled at Sam. But the emotions had been strong. The fear she felt had doubled tenfold. Now she knew the person that attacked her wasn't random. Someone had targeted her to get to Sam. The daughter of that, murderer. Sam was nothing like that man. Even though she had no idea what or how Sam had spent the last five years. But she knew in her heart Sam wasn't like Billy.
Having your arms wrapped around her. Your hands careful not to hurt any wound of hers, your fingers gently creasing her in way that had the butterflies in her stomach to flutter. Her head resting on your chest. Hearing your steady heartbeat was enough to calm her down.
From the moment she woke up she had noticed your hearing aids were not in your ears. Making you completely deaf. Your hearing aids helped you a lot more than anything. With your hearing aids you were able to hear some things. Like how you always smiled when you faintly heard her voice. The way you smiled when ever she spoke, the way it made her feel was unexplainable. You had once said that her voice was like the softest melody to your ears. It was something that had her ears red from how hard she had blushed.
But with the hearing aids gone. You couldn't hear. Wes's mom had told her that you were the first one in the hospital. It had been 2:00 in morning when you arrived at the hospital still in your pajamas. The pajamas that she had gotten you, the ones of your favorite superhero. Wes had brought you a change of clothing with some toiletries. But he had also forgotten your hearing aids.
Talk to me. Are you okay?
Tara read the text, taking the phone to use the dictation seeing as she couldn't use her other hand to type.
Sam's father is Billy Loomis. It's the reason why she left five years ago. It's why ghostface attacked me. To get her to come back to Woodsboro. I don't blame her for the attack. I could never blame her for that but. I kicked her out of the room and I feel horrible. I let my emotions get the best of me.
She laid her head back on your chest. Waiting for you to finish reading what she typed. She felt your hands move to type.
What you're feeling is valid. What you went through was traumatic, I can't imagine what you're feeling. Sam's hurt I won't lie on that part. She said she'll be back soon. Get some rest, I'll wake you when she gets here.
Tara let out a sigh, her eyes closing momentarily. After reading the text. Breathing in your scent, you had showered and changed in the bathroom connected to her room. You had always had a scent that calmed her. You in general were always one to calm her down. There was just something about your presence or maybe it was the fact that she was in love with you. Or maybe it was both.
"I wish you knew how much I love you." She spoke softly into your neck, a spot she knew was sensitive. She felt your shoulders go up a bit, small sound escaping your lips, one she knew very well. It was the closest thing to a giggle you would let out. She felt your arms gently moving her body closer to you.
Get some rest.
*
You weren't sure what woke you up. You hadn't realized when you fell asleep. You had tried to stay awake. Making sure to protect Tara cause that asshole was still out there. But you must have been a whole lot tired than you thought. You looked around the room. It was barely lit, the lights had been dimmed down and tv was shut off. Tara was still fast asleep in your arms.
So what woke you up?
*
After successfully getting out of Tara's grip you made your way to the door cautiously. Opening the door to what was supposed to be a some what busy hall. But it was empty and you were positive it was quiet as well. A hospitals hall way should never be this empty. There's always at least one nurse around. You looked back at Tara who was still sleeping.
You just had to make sure everything was okay. But you had a nagging feeling of, dread? Something was making you feel uncomfortable, like you should go back into the room. You looked down the hall, straining your ears to hear something, anything. But you heard nothing. Debating whether to go check on the nurses that were at the nurses station.
Your steps were quiet, well you hoped they were. You knew ghostface was still out there. The more you walked towards where the nurses should be. The more your palms became sweaty. You felt your body freeze in fear at the sight of the dead officer. The same officer that was supposed to be guarding Tara's room. His body laying in a pool of blood, along with the bodies of two other nurses. You stumbled backwards. You felt this sense of someone being behind you.
With only seconds to react as the blade was quickly swiped at your face. You had dodged the knife, barely. Ghostface was here to finish the job. But you wouldn't let it happen. It would have to kill you before this bitch could get to Tara.
*
A loud crash had startled her awake. Upon hearing what had sounded like glass shattering she was quick to look for you. The dread filling her stomach when she didn't see you and saw the door wide open. She heard a struggle happening down the hall. Along with the heart monitor going crazy. She struggled to get up. But the more she heard the struggling the more determined she was to get up. She had to find you.
Crying in pain when the stitches of more than one of her wounds pulled. As she got on the wheelchair. By the time she got on to the wheelchair, she was already sweating from the pain she was feeling. She heard groans and then what seemed to be someone. Crashing through a window.
Moving the quickest she could with just one hand, her bandaged hand only being able to do so much. To wheel herself to the door. Getting to the door when another loud yell of pain echoed through the halls. This time she was able to hear the scream a lot clearer. The scream rattled her bones. Gripped her heart in a tight fist. Those screams were yours.
She moved quicker. Ignoring her own pain to get to you. Moving the best she could. Going into the now quiet hall. But she could see obvios signs of a struggle.
"Y/n?"
Tears filled her eyes. She feared on how she'd find you. Moving further down the hall. Towards the mess, the broken glass. Stopping when she heard a groan. Not caring for her own safety. Desperate to get to you. But the further she went the more the dread filled her. Eyes widening in fear at the sight of the dead cop. The amount of blood on the floor.
She moved towards the broken glass.  Only to stop when she heard footsteps coming from a room
"Hello Tara, looking for someone."
*
You had fought the best you could. But the more you fought. The harder ghostface fought back. You had been successful in kicking the knife out of its hand, but they had used their fists. Punching and kicking you, whenever it could. You tried to fight back. But this ghostface seemed to know all your weaknesses. Even with that, you weren't one to quit. Especially since Tara was not even a few feet away from you.
But ghostface had gotten the upper hand. Being able to hold you down with its body. They had gotten the knife back, before they had your arms pinned to your side. As they looked down at you. Their weight holding you down. Toying its knife into your already bloodied wound. Before forcing it in, the pain being so over bearing. The scream that ripped through your throat. You may have not been able to hear it but it must have been loud. Ghostface waisted no time in covering your mouth.
The knife was left buried into your shoulder as it stayed on top. Slapping your cheek to make you look at them. Your vision blurred from the immense pain you were feeling. But you saw the hand movements.
You stole something that was mine. And now you're going to pay for it.
You were left confused. Your mind racing, trying to figure out what this nut job could possibly be talking about. As far as you could tell you had gotten along with everyone. Well as best as you could. You usually kept to yourself. Ever since you moved to Woodsboro. You had always been respectful to others. When you had befriended Tara, people had even tried to befriend you as well.
Ghostface reached for their knife, twisting it before taking it out. His hand covered your mouth as the scream of pain ripped through your throat.
"Y/n?"
You felt a new sense of fear as you heard Tara's voice. You didn't want her to see you die. You didn't want her to feel any type of guilt. You knew her well enough to know that she would find any reason to blame herself. You were then forcefully pulled up. Being led back into the hall way. Your eyes quick to find Tara.
"No, no please. Leave her out of this, she has nothing to do with this." She sobbed trying to find anything that could help you. She couldn't lose you. Not now. Not ever. Your face was covered in blood along your shirt. The way your eyes shined with worry. Worry for her, not yourself who was in the arms of a psycho. The knife was dangerously close to your neck.
"Oh Tara. That's where you're wrong. She's a thief, and now she'll pa-"
The knife had been pulled from your neck, enough time for you to elbow Ghostface in the stomach. Taking advantage of having the upper hand to continue beating on this crazy bitch. Being able to pick up one of the IV poles. Beating down on Ghostfaces back. When ghostface failed to move. You were quick to turn around facing Tara. You needed get Tara out of the hospital.
You watched the little relief Tara had, disappear. Replaced with fear, her face morphing into one horror as she screamed. You couldn't hear her scream, but you knew she was. You didn't have a chance to respond to the sudden change of facial expressions before you felt a sudden pain coming from the back of your skull. The pain causing you to lose consciousness for what felt like hours.
You regained consciousness in an elevator. The back of your head still ached, the ringing in your ears felt almost felt like you could actually hear. The warm sensation of hands cupping your cheeks, is what caused your eyes to finally open. Only taking a second to find the pair of eyes you wanted to find. Tara was hovering over you, her face scrunched up from the amount of pain she was surely feeling. Her eyes filled with tears, you could feel her body shaking. You were sure she was sobbing.
You had barely registered the other people in the elevator. Or the paramedics who were trying to help you. All you were worried about was Tara. The fear that coursed through your body was still very much present.
**
With a mild concussion, some buries, cuts and stitches to the stab wound you received had been deep enough to need stitches. But thankfully not too deep to hit any vital points. You had been told about the plan of getting the hell out of Woodsboro. And Tara didn't have to beg for you agree. You would follow Tara to ends of the world, if you could.
Being in the car with Tara, Sam and her boyfriend had felt sudden. Agreeing that the safest thing to do was to get out of Woodsboro, ignoring anything said by Gale Weathers and Sidney Prescott. You had seen the way the two older woman spoke to Sam. As you helped Tara into the car.
The feeling of Tara taking your hand to pull you into the car drew your eyes back to Tara. Being able to read her lips as she spoke slowly. "Come on."
Taking her hand in yours as you sat next to her. Reaching over to put on her seat belt. Your face heating up when she leaned a bit forward to kiss you on the cheek. Your face wasn't that far from hers. The way smiled at you. Her lips moved, your eyes taking in how soft they looked.
"Thank you."
Leaning back in your seat to put on your own seatbelt. Hoping the car was dark enough for anyone see how  flustered you looked.
*
Wait down here. I won't be long.
You nodded at the text on the phone. Tara offered you a smile before going up towards the room. With her inhaler missing, she needed her spare which was at Amber's house. Seeing no problem with Tara keeping her spare at her exes house who she was still friends with. Tara had told you that when she broke up with Amber, Amber had been respectful, Amber had been hurt but she accepted that Tara didn't feel the same anymore.
You had always thought Amber had taken the break up quite well if you were being honest.
Staying in the corner of the living room as the party guest left the house. Seeing Sam follow Tara and Amber. Richie leaving to what you assumed was the basement. Mindy and Lev talking, you saw the suspicious look Mindy was casting towards Lev. You looked Lev with a small smile when she turned towards you.
How are you?
Yea I'm okay. What about you lev?
Lev returned the smile and shrugged. Doing okay, I'm going to go look for Chad. With a nod she walked away. You sat on the other side of the couch, looking at the tv but not really watching. Your mind wondered, trying to figure out what ghostface meant when it called you a thief. You've never stollen from anyone. You tried to come up any suspects like Mindy does. But you came up empty. You would ask her but she was drunk and clearly too into the movie.
Which had been ironic seeing as she was watching Stab.
The sudden change had happened quickly feeling the rapid movement had your head snapping to the side. Seeing the familiar black cloak. You had tackled ghostface off Mindy as he stabbed her. It had been easy for ghostface to get the upper hand. With Mindy being drunk, you're injured shoulder. Sam thankfully arriving on time to smash a lamp over ghostfaces head.
Quickly checking you before going to Mindy. You hated not being able to hear. Ghostface had been right behind you and you hadn't been aware. You stood up the moment Tara and Amber came into the living room. Tara quickly moving to you,  her uninjured hand cupping your jaw.
Are you hurt?
With a shake of your head you took her hand in yours giving it a small squeeze before she moved to check on Mindy. You watched the moment Lev ran in, her hands covered in blood as cried. Her lips were moving too fast for you to understand. Along with Amber's who seemed to be more angry than scared. You desperately wanted to know what was being said, why everyone looked scared at Lev the more Amber spoke.
Even with your hearing being absent you felt the vibration of the gun. Saw with wide eyes as Lev fell to floor lifeless with the gunshot in the middle of her forehead. Seeing the change in Amber's eyes as she held the gun, smoke still coming from the end of it. You saw her lips move but you couldn't tare your eyes away from the gun.
Everything was starting to make sense. The way Amber's attitude changed the moment Tara broke up with her. How Amber became a bit more aggressive towards you but if Amber was ghostface. That means it had been Amber to attack Tara. To almost kill Tara. Amber had been the one to attack you and Tara at the hospital.
The moment her eyes connected to yours it had been like a switch. The gun pointed at you.
Tara didn't hesitate, the moment she realized the gun was now pointing at you she lunged forward. Before she could fire the gun like she had done to Lev, she had been fast enough to move the gun to fire at the ceiling and not at you.
You had moved to go to Tara but a rough hand had pulled on your wrist preventing you. Pulling your wrist from Richie’s hold before he could reach the basement. Once you were out of his grip you ran back to the living room. Your heart thumbing like crazy in your ears.
There was no one in the living room. Just one Tara’s crutches. You only had ever been at Amber’s house a hand full of times. Never being able to remember where everything was at. So seeing that Tara was no longer in the living room was causing you panic even more. You had to find Tara.
*
Sam heard screams, the moment she came out of the basement. Screams of pure pain, a cry she’s never heard before. When she got closer to the clear struggle, she came to face with a horrifying sight. A bloodied Amber standing over you, your fingers were bleeding and broken, your face slashed in way that was clearly going to leave a deep scar.
“Oh hello Sam. You like my work. It’ll teach her not to be a thief.” With a final kick your face, rendering you unconscious.
*
Waking up with bright lights shining down on to you was blinding and painful. The ache coming from both of your hands had almost been overwhelming. The curtains had been closed before you could really take in, where you were at. Your eyes refusing to open until, a familiar hand cupped your cheek. You’d be able to recognize the hands anywhere. The size, the warmth, the softness.
Opening your eyes to see the beautiful face of your best friend looking down at you.
Tara had remembered the moment she snuck towards the kitchen. Seeing your body unmoving on the kitchen floor, she had picking up the gun and shooting Amber with out a second thought. Amber had been someone she deeply cared about. Amber had been her best friend before she had been her girlfriend. But the girl she had killed. The girl who had almost killed you. That was someone she didn’t recognize.
Feeling Tara’s hand on your ear, you realized she was putting on your hearing aids.
“Can you hear me?” The smile on your face was just the answer she wanted.
“Are you okay?”
Your voice was soft barely a whisper but she loved it either way. The relief she felt when she watched you open your eyes the afternoon after everything happened. You had been asleep for the past 14 hours after Richie and Amber were put down. The pure comfort, calmness she had felt so over come at seeing your pretty y/ec eyes. It had been enough to make her cry.
“I’m okay. We’ll be okay.”
Sam watched from outside the room. Watching how her little sister looked at you Tara cared for you. How she had cried for you. Now she understood why Amber called you a thief. You hadn’t stollen anything physically. But you had clearly taken Tara’s heart. Something Amber never had.

do you think you’ll ever write a another part to deaf reader :)
I don’t have a deaf reader(but I do have one in the works) but if you’re referring to Blind!reader I haven’t really thought about it. If you want one tell me what you’d like to see in another part of Blind!reader. And I’ll see what I can do 😊

Hey, sorry about that person giving rude "advice" under your Lorraine fic unprompted. It's a great fic! Better than a lot of other stuff people write on here. Keep up the good work.
It’s alright. I should have explained towards the end, that it was going to be a bit rushed. Truth be told the old crazy couple weren’t going to be added at all. And it was just gonna be a fluff one shot. But I had changed it last minute, so sorry for that. But thank you for your kind words bud 😊

Lorraine Day/Fem implied G!Preader
Summary: modern AU you're a helping farm hand at the Days
Warnings: death, violence a little bit.
WC: 4.9k
Author's Note: been wanting to do one for Lorraine. So here it is. Ive also got two AUs for Tara almost done:D. Hopefully they’re done soon. Well hope y'all like it. And like always. Not proofread, so sorry for any mistakes.
It was your second week of working for the Days farm. You had grown around horses and became extremely handed in training horses. Even at such a young age you had a connection with animals. You had grown up wanting to be a veterinarian. Now as senior in high school you landed a job working as a horse trainer. Back in your home town you had helped your grandfather train horses. It was a task you loved doing as a kid. You had missed doing that when you moved to the states a month ago. Your mother also worked for the Days and she told Mr.Day about you.
He had given you a chance and for the past week you had heavenly improved one of the young horses that had been very stubborn. The horse still had his moments but you worked hard to make him listen. You always carried sugar cubes or carrots with you. Using treats to make him listen. It was a way that had always worked for you.
It was a beautiful day outside, the weather was perfect. Not too hot, not too cold. It was the perfect type of weather to have Dante (the horse you were training) out and about. You were also helping the horse be around other horses. Mr.Day had said that he had bought Dante from someone who had no idea how to care for a horse. Dante had been alone and had been neglected his first year of life. So it was a little hard for him to get used to other horses.
"You're doing good kid. Look at him it's like he knows you'll give him a treat if he's good." Mr.Day had been observing how you worked with Dante. He had watched from the moment you stepped foot into the paddock, how Dante kept his eyes on you. He had watched how you spoke to the horse in your native language. The way you spoke so softly and gently to Dante. Showing him you weren't going to hurt him. He had watched how you would award Dante for the smallest things with a treat. Showing him he was a good boy. But also being firm with him when he did something bad.
It had taken him and a few others to even attempt to put on the bridle. They had all been unsuccessful. But after two days of you being with Dante he had let you put on the bridles with no hassle. He wasn't going to lie. He had been a bit jealous. He had spent so much money on Dante only for someone else to be the favorite. He smiled nevertheless. Once he was done with his other work he would stop by to see your progress. And he was honestly amazed. Dante had taken such a liking to you.
"All he needed was some love sir." You smiled back at him, fixing your hat. You like Mr.Day he was a nice man. Letting your mom and you work here. The way he interacted with every single one of his workers was admirable.
"What have I-"
You turned at the sound of a van coming down the driveway. The van looked out of place in place like this. You turned back to Dante who nudged you forward. He had been wondering around the paddock with the saddle on his back. You wanted him to get used to it first before getting on. It was the second day of him wearing it.
"Great job Y/n keep up the good work."
You nodded as he walked away. Going back to work. You handed the half of an apple to Dante who happily took it. You patted his head moving to get on his back. You moved slowly and gently. Making sure not to scare the horse. You sat on his back as he stood still.
"Good boy Dante. Good boy." You reached over and gave him the other half of the apple. You held his reins wanting him to get used to following the direction of the pull.
"You're doing great Dante. You're such a good boy." At the sound of his neighing you smiled and continued the process. Giving him small treats in award for his good behavior.
You had just taken off his saddle after putting him back in his stable after a good day of training. "Good job today buddy. You did good. Now get some rest and I'll see you tomorrow." You closed the gate to his stable after petting his head. You left the stables looking for your mom. It was almost time to leave and you were starving.
"Come on honey. Let's go. The Days are hosting a small party and they invited us. Don't worry I said maybe another time. I know how tired and hungry you get."
You sighed in relief. You weren't really up to being at a party. Tomorrow was another day and it was probably going to be harder cause Dante was set to make new friends.
*
You and your mother had arrived early at the Days. The sun was out and you were excited. Dante had come a long way. You knew he was a nervous one, which are usually the mostly dangerous ones. But you had a plan.
"Good morning Dante." You smiled when the horse stuck his head out from his stable at the sound of your footsteps approaching. He neighed excitedly, you chuckled and got his bridle. Putting it on after brushing him down. You lead him out of the stables. Another horse was already out, it was the horse you knew as Princess. It was a beautiful all light brown horse. You could see a girl riding the horse from a distance. They were on the other side of paddock.
You felt Dante nudging you forward with his head. You continued your walk to the paddock. Padding Dante's head as you closed the gate to the paddock. Letting Dante a few minutes to roam as you got everything ready for todays training. You had gathered the treats, along with the saddle. You had a few other workers help you divide the paddock. In the stables Dante was far from the other horses, he had shown signs of aggression towards other horses. Mr.Day had to put him in an other stable to make sure Dante didn't hurt himself.
The more you worked with Dante, the more realized that it wasn't aggression. It was fear. Dante had been by himself since he had been born. He just didn't know how to interact with other horses. You were to fix that.
"So you're the new trainer daddy has been talking about." The sound of a sweet but sudden voice had startled you. Turing to the sound of the voice to be faced with a beautiful dark haired woman. A beautiful smile directed your way, the dimples on display had you weak to the knees.
"Uh yes Ms.Day." You knew Mr.Day had a daughter. You just didn't think she would be so beautiful.
"Oh please, call me Lorraine."
Her southern accent was just so attractive, so soothing. You could hear her talk all day. You smiled towards her.
"Nice to you meet you ma'am." You tipped your hat towards her, smiling bit more when she returned the smile. Seeing the dimples on full display was a sight you'd want to see more.
"He looks more approachable now. You have done such great job. Daddy couldn't even get his bridle on."
You smiled feeling a bit proud of Dante's achievements so far. "He just needed some lovin and a bit of patience."
"Mmh well you done a fine job, I didn't catch your name."
"Thank you and it's Y/n."
*
Lorraine watched from the window as the horse trainer rode Dante. It had been a week since she met you and she couldn't stop thinking about you. The way you spoke to not just Dante but also the other animals. Your smile, your eyes, your voice, your laugh. You. She had spent most her time with you. Getting to know you, how you were a straight A student, how you wanted to become a veterinarian.
She knew that what she was feeling for you was wrong, it was wrong. Cause after all she had a boyfriend. A boyfriend she was planning to breakup with, but a boyfriend nevertheless.
"What are you staring at?"
The sudden presence of her mother had startled her. "Mom! What are you doin'? I was just-Enjoyin' the view?"
"Mama!" The blush on her cheeks had her own mother laughing at her.
"Can't blame you honey. Y/n is very handsome. Gotta say if I weren't married-Mother!"
"Aw I'm only joking. It's a shame you aren't single. You both would make such a cute couple."
Lorraine looked away from her mother to look back at you. You were handsome. You were breathtaking. She watched as you smiled at Dante. There was something about you, something that captivated her. She wanted nothing more than to spend time with you. To know you even more. And if she was own thing, it was persistent.
*
"Who's this church mouse. Hiding her all for yourself?"
You jumped up from your leaning down position when a hand touched your backside. Turning around to see an average height brunette. She leaned into your space as you stepped back you looked behind her to see Lorraine standing there with a scowl in her face.
"Leave her alone Max." Lorraine stepped away from her boyfriend to stand in the small space between you and Max. The way Maxine touched you had her feeling a sense of protectiveness. Especially with how uncomfortable you looked.
"Is that what you want sugar."
"Uh yea." You took a step away from Lorraine when she brushed her back side with your front. You had heard her let out a small gasp as she did. She had been so close to your front, you hoped she didn't feel anything. Afraid of what she might think.
"Okay than sugar. I'll be here when you change your mind."
You watched as she walked away, moving your gaze to a boy with glasses who had been glaring at you throughout the whole interaction.
"I'm RJ. Lorraine's boyfriend. Who are you?"
"Y/n." You couldn't help but to feel the disappointment. Of course someone like Lorraine wouldn't be single. You felt your shoulder slump just a bit. You didn't like the way this guy was trying to size you up. The way he was looking at you was giving you the creeps.
"Say sweetheart ever think of going into the movie business?"
"I'm not really an actress." You said as took off your gloves putting them in your back pocket. Facing the older man that had a cowboy hat.
"Oh we don't really do acting if you're catching my drift."
You furrowed your eyebrows confused. Not acting in a movie? What could he possibly-Oh. You felt your eyes widen.
"There we go. Now, if you're interested in making some extra cash. Give me a call." He winked after putting a small card in your chest pocket. Padding your shoulder as he walked away. You fingers took out the card. Your mom has been needing more money.
Lorraine had seen the whole thing as RJ spoke to her. But she hadn't heard a single word that had come out of his name. The bitterness, the jealousy, the protectiveness. She was feeling too much. Just the thought of one the girls touching in such way had her feeling in such way, a way she had never felt.
*
You never pictured yourself as someone to do...those type of movies. Not to mention the extra appendage you had hanging between your legs. It was something you never really talked about. If you did it, you wondered how much money you'd make.
"Are you considering it?"
The sweet southern voice had startled you. Turning your head to see your favorite brunette. You weren't really good at reading people but you weren't blind. You could see the frown that was on her beautiful face. Even though she was trying to hide it.
"I don't know. Maybe? My mama can use the extra cash." You shrugged looking back at the sunset. You had finished your work a while ago and were now just enjoying the sunset.
"If you're looking for extra cash, I can talk to my daddy-No, you don't have to do that." You refused to accept that. You didn't want them to think that you were using Lorraine for extra cash.
"Would you be comfortable with, doing that?"
You turned your head to look at Lorraine. The sun making her freckles stand out more. "Maybe? I don't know. Have you joined them?" You couldn't help but to ask.
"Me? No. RJ doesn't let me."
You furrowed your eyebrows at her. RJ did seem like a controlling type. "Oh, you should do what ever you set your mind to 'Raine." Cheeks hearing up at the slip of the nickname.
Lorraine also felt her cheeks heating up, no one calls her 'Ranie. She liked the nickname. More than what RJ calls her. He had settled on calling her Lori, which she hated. But Raine sounded so much better. Especially since it was coming from your lips.
*
"Come on Dante be nice. Make friends, who knows maybe you'll find yourself a girlfriend." It was another day and you had another horse on the other side of the fence. Princess. She was Lorraine's horse. You watched as Dante got closer to the female horse. Sniffing her, Princess was nice and calm letting Dante do as he pleased. He let out an excited neigh. You smiled when he didn't show the aggression he once had.
You sat on the fence as you watched Dante and Princess run back and forth.
"Well looks like they are getting along just fine."  Ever since that day you had grown much closer to Lorraine. A lot closer than before. You both told each other everything. Well mostly everything. She now knows about your extra appendage. You had honestly been mortified when she asked. She had been sitting right in front of you while you both rode Dante. It had been truly mortifying. You couldn't keep your little friend down.
Lorraine on the other hand had never felt so hot and bothered. She didn't care about your...extra appendage. If anything she wanted to-, her whole body heated up at just the mere thought.
Part of you had felt like a weight had been lifted from your shoulders. Seeing that Lorraine didn't seem bothered by your difference.
Lorraine had never touched her self in such way that night. The only thoughts in her mind as she pleasured herself was you.
You smiled at the sound of your favorite voice. Seeing her dimpled smile as you looked down at her. She looked awful red, the heat of today must be really bothering today. She barely reached the top of the paddock fence. You chuckled as you got off the fence to stand beside her.
"Well hello to you to 'Raine." You tipped your hat, loving the blush on her cheeks. You loved how easy it was to fluster her.
Lorraine had loved the nickname you gave her. It was a name you only used. The warmness that spread in her heart had her almost swooning. "Hi Y/nn." She couldn't help the smile that made its way on to her face. The way you were looking down at her with your arms crossed. Your arm muscles bulging through your tight shirt. She was sure the blush on her cheeks had gotten bigger. She just hoped you couldn't tell.
"So how have you been. I heard you were going on trip with your boyfrie-we leave in two days and I'm not dating him anymore." She gladly accepted the side hug that you offered. Your warm body pressed on to hers. She leaned into your embrace. Feeling herself relax as you ran your fingers through her hair.
"I'm sorry to hear that 'Raine." You weren't. You had met RJ and even though he seemed nice at first. Once you got to know him more, he was a complete asshole. He talked down to Lorraine, spoke to her like her opinion didn't matter. You had wanted to punch his teeth in when he kept degrading her as a person. But a look from her had you biting your tongue.
"No you ain't. You hated RJ just as much as daddy did." She giggled, remembering how you would glare at RJ any time he would cut her off when she was talking.
You let out a small laugh, before letting Lorraine go so you could continue doing your job. Taking some hay from the truck to feed Dante and Princess.
"They want you to come, Wayne said he's been waiting for you to call, you know."
"I got to thinking about that and I don't know maybe I'll give it a try." Your eyes never leaving hers. A confidence you never felt before, flowing off you in waves it felt like.
Lorraine bit her lip to hide her smirk. "Maybe you should."
*
The confidence you felt before had all and vanished. Wayne had been excited when he heard you were tagging along. The vision he was seeing had apparently been upgraded. You were now gonna have a roll of the ranchers helper. One that would have a sex scene with one of the daughters. Which happened to be Lorraine.
Lorraine had asked to be in the movie. RJ had tried to fight it but no one listened to him. The look shared between you and Lorraine had been filled with so much. But yet no words came out. The cabin that Wayne had rented looked like something out of a horror movie. The elderly couple also gave you a creepy vibe.
"Okay, ladies. Are you ready? And don't worry about those old folk." Wayne said in excitement. They had already filmed some scenes, now you were being led into a room. Anxiety slowly making its way through your mind. You saw RJ holding the camera first. He refused look at you. You were nothing but a towel and your sports bra. Seeing as you would be naked, you had to tell Wayne and the others about your little friend. Surprisingly they had taken it well. Maxine making a joke about wanting to see it. A joke Lorraine didn't find funny.
Upon entering the room, you were left frozen on your feet. There near the bed was Lorraine getting her hair done by Maxine and Bobby. As much as you tried not to, you felt yourself harden. She was in just her panties and yellow bra. A sight you were now for sure to fantasize about.
"Wait! Before we begin none of you are virgins right?"
You and Lorraine both shook your heads.
With excitement Wayne led you to the bed and had you lay down on your back. Sitting up on your elbows as Lorraine crawled onto your lap. Your throat dried up at how sexy she looked. The way her steady hands gripped the towel. It had your heart racing.
In that moment it was just you and Lorraine. No one else.
*
Lorraine had never been left so satisfied but yet hungry for more. The way you had left her shaking, seeing stars, the stretch, the places you hit that she didn't even know of. The way you handled her, the way you had looked down her as you railed into her. She never she had never felt so sore, her lower region ached. But it was a type of ache that only one person could fix.
You.
"Hey, how are you feeling?" You had wanted to check on Lorraine the moment Bobby and Maxine helped her after the filming. You never knew you could feel so horny. Even after everything. You wanted more of Lorraine.
Lorraine felt her cheeks heat up, it was way past dark now but she couldn't sleep. "Yea I'm okay." She felt your warmth the second you sat next to her on the bed.
"I-" You both said at the same time, then laughed lightly. You didn't want things to be awkward.
"I like you. As more than a friend." Lorraine blurted out. She refused to look your way. Cursing herself for not keeping her mouth shut. Now she had foolishly thought that you felt the same just because of what happened earlier that day. Now she wanted nothing more than to di-your lips were on hers completely cutting her off. She felt herself lean into your body more, her own hands clutching your shirt to bring you closer to her.
"I like you to 'Raine." You whispered to her. Your lips only centimeters away from hers. You had never felt so happy like you did in that moment. Just before you could continue the door swung open.
"Sorry to interrupt you ladies but RJ is missing."
*
Splitting up from Lorraine had been an awful idea. You shouldn't have listen to Wayne. Cause this elderly people were fucking crazy. You never knew an old man could be so strong. You fought with that old bat as he had tried to beat you with what looked like a bat. He had gotten a few good hits in, including a knife wound to your thigh. He would have won if you hadn't gotten a thick tree branch and swung it. The branch had connected to the old man's temple rendering him unconscious.
You stumbled away. Trying to stop the bleeding on your thigh. You needed to find Lorraine. Praying to the lord above that she was okay.
Crossing the lake to only trip. Falling hard on to the dirt floor. You groaned in pain the wounds you had burning in pain from the sudden movement. You looked back to what you tripped over, your eyes widening in fear and grief. There was Jackson eyes wide open, no life in the eyes that once held so much.
Getting up was harder but yet you still did. The need to find Lorraine was stronger.
Getting to the cabin was closer now. You limped up the steps. Using the wall to study yourself, trying to be as quiet as possible. You needed to find your phone. Wayne had told you not bring it. Said something about disconnecting with the outside world. But you hadn't listened and snuck it into your bag. Calling the police, and hoping that Lorraine was in the cabin.
The phone call was quick. The dispatcher promising to send the police. But you knew it would be awhile before they arrived. The farm was in the middle of nowhere. The nearest town being almost an hour away.
Getting into the farm house was your next option to find Lorraine. Upon entering the house, the loud noise of the tv was the first thing you heard. But the more you tried to focus, the clearer you heard someone crying.
With no other option you followed the noise into the kitchen. Seeing a door with some blood on it along with a hole. The crying being much clearer now. "Lorraine?"
"Y/n? Oh thank god you're okay. Please get me outta here. These people are fucking crazy." Lorraine sobbed, she felt relief that you were still alive. But the fear she felt was still there and growing at the sight of your beat up face and body. The pain of her broken fingers making her whole arm hurt.
You moved quickly to unlock the door. Her body falling into yours. You held her making sure not to hurt her.
"We have to hide. The cops are on their way. Here let me see." You took off your shirt carefully wrapping Lorraine's injured hand. Apologizing when she cried in pain. "Come on."
You both froze in fear at the sound of what sounded like Maxine screaming followed by a loud gun shot. You were faster to react, taking a hold of Lorraine's uninjured hand and leading her up the stairs. The more you tried to find somewhere to hide. The more fear you felt like those crazy people would get to you and Lorraine. That's when you saw the door to the attic. You moved quickly to get the rope and pull it down. The ladder falling, making sure to catch it before it made a loud noise.
"Come on. Go." You made sure that Lorraine made up the ladder safely before following her. Getting the ladder back up and closing the door. Lorraine was right behind you her face buried into your shoulder as she tried her best not to make a sound. Her shoulders still shaking form trying to control her sobs.
You heard the old man murmuring to himself. "Damn gun. Damn kids. I'll show them. I'll show them."
At the sound of something hard hitting the floor. You looked down through the small cracks on the floor boards. Seeing that he had dropped the gun. Taking in that he no longer had any bullets.
"I'll find them. I'll find them."
Dread feeling your body when he looked up, it looked like he was looking right at you. "Found you." Gripping the rope to hold the door in place.
"Fuck, Lorraine find another way out." Your grip tightening when you heard the old man trying to pull on the rope that was on the other side. Hearing him hitting the other side with a hard object. You were not going to let this crazy bastard get any where near Lorraine.
"There's a window." Lorraine did not want to die on this farm. And she sure as hell did not want you to either. Ignoring the pain she used both hands to open the window. But it had been nailed shut. So she used the lamp to break the window. Moving faster when she was hearing you struggle to hold the rope.
"Go Lorraine. I'll be right behind you."
"No but I-Go!"
Once she was out you let go of the rope, running the best you could with your injured leg to the window. Lorraine helping you out the window with her good hand.
"We're going to have to jump. Look the bed of the truck has hay. Co-" Your sentence being cut off when a sharp pain came from your back. The blade going in and out, your limbs losing their strength far too quickly. Before being pushed off the roof. Faintly hearing Lorraine's scream. Then gun shots ringing out before your world faded into darkness.
*
Bright lights were the first thing you saw. Sound being muffled, the pain from before being numbed. You looked around to see your mom sitting by your side. At the sight of her you finally let yourself cry. Hearing you cry, your mom looked up. Her own eyes filling with tears.
"Oh my baby." She knew, she knew she shouldn't have let you gone when you had asked to go on that stupid trip. But she had seen how excited you were, you had finally found a good friend in Lorraine. And since Lorraine was going as well, she thought that everything would be okay. It was just a normal trip between friends. But good god had she been wrong.
"Where's Lorraine? Is she okay? Please tell me-She's okay sweetheart. Three broken fingers. But she's okay. She's been begging to see you." Your mother couldn't stop crying. She remembers the call. How the officers called her telling her how you had been stabbed and beat. How the people that owned that farm had tried to kill you and Lorraine. How that crazy old couple had succeeded in killing Lorraine's friends. Although they couldn't find the body of Bobby's.
"Take me to her please. I have to make sure she's okay."
Your mother nodded. Knowing very well that there was going to be no stopping you. "I'll tell Mr.Day that he could bring Lorraine in."
It wasn't long till the door to room was pushed open and Lorraine came in followed by her dad and mom.
Lorraine cried tears of joy and relief. Seeing you fall off that roof had been the worst feeling. Not knowing if you were dead. She remembers screaming. Before the sirens were heard. Along with shouting from the police and the old man. He had shouted and threatened to kill her. But the second he moved towards her he had been shot and killed. The crazy old lady as well.
Lorraine felt herself shake at the sight of your beat body under bright lights. Seeing you motioning for her to get closer. She wasn't one to deny you. Quickly getting to you and hugging you. Body melting in your embrace, careful not hurt your wounds. "Thank god your alright. I was so scared."
You moved your arms around her waist bringing her in closer to you. You looked towards Lorraine's parents. Who gave you a nod with a small smile before stepping out of the room followed by your mother.
Lorraine got comfortable on your bed. Loving the way your arms wrapped themselves around her. She thankful that you were alright. Her body being able to relax in your warmth. The steady heart beat lulling her into a deep.

Summary: Part 2 of my Supernatural AU
Warnings: none really
WC: 3.3k
Authors Note: so sorry for the wait y’all. Work has been kicking my butt lately. But now that I’ve got bit more free time I’ll try (key word here is try y’all) to update more on some of my other AU’s I got in my drafts. Well hope y’all enjoy and it’s not proofread so, sorry for any mistakes
Your head ached. You weren't sure what happened. You had been following some demons. They were talking about another seal being close by. You had been careful, like you always were. You had been close to discovering what the seal was when you had been knocked unconscious. The ache coming from your head was like nothing you've ever felt before.
"You took your time waking up."
You felt your body jolt up, looking for the source of the voice. Eyes widening when you saw who it was.
"Mindy?"
"Hey dingus, I missed you."
Ignoring the ache coming from your head you were quick to wrap Mindy into a hug. Her familiar laugh escaping her lips as she returned the hug just as tight. Then pulling away to punch her on the shoulder.
"Ow!"
"Where have you been?! We thought you were dead! Anika, she's hurting because of you!" The small relief you felt at seeing Mindy alive and well was now replaced with anger.
"I'm sorry. I didn't have a choice. They had to pull me away from Wayne's watch. They had to make sure I was on their side and not Wayne's. I had to do this to keep Anika safe. Keep you safe."
You were filled with confusion, "Them? Who are you talking about? Keep us safe from who?" Before Mindy could answer the door was pushed open. There stood the man that had trained you when you woke up as an angel.
"Hello Y/n." Dewey spoke in a gentle voice. A vocie you knew all so well. It had been the same voice, one that reminded you of a father trying comfort their daughter. One he had used on you when you first woke up. The fear and confusion that you had felt after death had been so profound. But Dewey had been the one to take you under his wing, quite literally.
"Dewey? Where-What's going on? Explain now."
"Y/n first understand that we had to gather the ones we knew for a fact were on board with what we were doing. There is a rebellion rising against our lord. Some angels siding with the rise of Lucifer. We believe that there are higher ups that are also part of the rise of Lucifer." Dewey looked at the younger angel. He had seen her grow into a loving and caring angel. An angel that brought so much joy, peace, love and what was most important in a situation like this, loyalty.
"It's also why you no longer have your halo. It is why you most likely have a killer headache. The halo only ever had one purpose. It serves as a tracker for the one you took orders from. Which in your case is Wayne." Dewey continued, he had his suspicions about Wayne. There was something about that man that had always put Dewey on edge.
"Wait what about Anika. She's under his order as well." Everything was being explained to you in what felt a fast pace. Making your headache worsen. But now you worried about Anika.
"Don't worry about Anika. I've been keeping a close eye on her. She'll be here soon." Mindy spoke from her spot, she was still sat at your side of the bed.
"There's also something else. Tara Carpenter is still the key to putting a stop to this war. But she's not the only one...you are as well. You both have to."
*
Tara felt like she was going crazy. Anika, the angel that told her you were missing had searched everywhere for you. It had been three days since she was informed that you were missing. She had also tried to find you but there was only so much she could do.
There had also been something else that had been bothering her. It was your case. You had died at the age of eighteen. Six years after she was forced to leave with her mother. She had tried to keep tabs on you but it had been hard. While she sat in a hotel she couldn't help but to hack into the files of the Woodsboro police department. Finding your file. Reading all the details of your file.
You had been walking alone from a late soccer practice. Your mom reporting you missing when you failed to return home. The police had gathered a search party to find you. Searching the woods that had always used to give you creeps. There were notes saying you could have gone into the woods at your own free will and just got lost. Tara knew you would never go any where near the woods, especially at night and alone. She remembered how scared you used to get when she would even slightly mention going into the woods.
The search team had searched for a total of four days. Before calling it quits. Closing the case after chasing up dead ends. The detective that had been the lead detective on the case had deemed you a runaway and had closed the case. The more she read the more she hated Detective Altieri. The stupid man had given up too quickly. It wasn't till 11 months later when they found your body. Beaten, bruised, broken bones, signs of-
...she couldn't bring herself to look at your autopsy. The images of your body, your dead body. But what she read had been enough for her to cry.
The ones who had murdered you, had never been found. They had gotten away. Reading that had angered her. Those assholes had gotten away with brutally killing you.
She'll find them. Find those murders and make them pay. Even if it's the last thing she does.
*
"Have you found anything?" Tara hadn't given Anika a chance to speak before she questioned the angel.
Anika felt like she was losing everyone. First Dewey, then Mindy her soul mate. Now you. She couldn't find you anywhere. It was like you were gone. Truly gone.
"No I-I can't find her. I don't even know where else to look. I've tried to use our halo link. But it's like the connection has been cut off." Anika slumped in the chair her hope dwindled as the days passed. The mere thought of you being truly gone was enough for her to…she wasn’t even sure.
"What? But how does an angel just disappear-"
"-Death. No one knows where an angel goes after dying as angel. But when the connection is severed it's just like this."
Dead? You couldn't be. The connection she had with you. She knew, you were not dead. She knew it in her heart. She in no way could explain this connection she had with you. Even as kids it had been strong. The way you both always gravitated towards each other. Always being able to find each other in a crowded room.
Looking back to the year you had gone missing. She remembered feeling so lost, confused, worried, in a way that she couldn’t explain. At the time she figured it was over her mom. Her mom had been off on a dangerous job living her alone. So she automatically thought the feeling was over her mother. Then to the day you died, it had been the worst day of her life. She remembered the feeling emptiness, like her heart had been carved out. She never would have thought it was over you.
"No she's not. I can't explain how I know that but she's not dead." Tara refused to believe you were gone again. Cause she didn’t feel that hallow feeling in her chest.
Anika looked at the younger Carpenter. She had done a lot of research on soulmates. With angels it was a common thing. But an angel and a human. It was rare. It almost never happened. She watched how connected you were with the shorter woman. A connection that you could not explain. As she got to know the woman that will save the human race, she knew that connection wasn't one sided. She has seen how your disappearance had truly affected Tara. The connection couldn't have happened in a span of time you met Tara. She knew as much. The connection had to have happened when you were alive. Before you became an angel.
Meaning Tara had have to known you before you died.
"Tara, did you know Y/n before she was killed?"
The question had caught Tara off guard. The only one that knew was Sam. "Yes. Before I had to leave woodsboro when I was thirteen."
"Tara do you-Anika. Tara Carpenter we finally meet."
A deep voice had cause the two woman to jump, the hunter taking out the gun she had hidden under her jacket in such quickness that Anika had been surprised. Her eyes looking over the older man. He looked harmless but she knew better.
"Dewey?"
Tara observed the way Anika clearly knew the man. Seeing as Anika didn't seem on guard she was reluctant to put the gun down.
He walked towards Anika, his hand on her shoulder giving it a small squeeze. "We have to talk. Ms.Carpenter, it's nice officially meet you. My name is Dewey an angel of the lord." The time had come. The need to pull all his forces together. The need to put an end to this madness before it got too far. The dawning fact that some angels(his fellow brothers and sisters) had turned their backs on their lord.
"Dewey do you know where Y/n is I can't-She's safe. Would you like to see her?"
"No shit. She's been-"
*
Tara would be lying if she said she wouldn't be punching that man the next time she saw him. How dare he use his angel magic to knock her out. And of all things they had taken her weapons.
"Hi Tara."
Your voice had spoken softly. A vocie she could finally remember. You were her Y/n. The girl who had defended her against a bully. The girl who would always walk her home. The same girl that would take your own jacket off to give to her on the cold days. The same girl that had climbed a tall tree to put a baby bird back in its nest. The same girl who had stolen her heart the moment she laid her eyes on you.
"Tara do you think we will be best friends forever?"
"Well obviously. Who else is going to save you from the scary monsters."
But she wasn't there to save you front the scary monsters. Like she had promised. The monsters had gotten to you and she didn't even know about it until it had been too late. With the guilt, anger, relief (that you were there in her presence safe and you didn't look to be harmed) that she felt in that very moment had been so overwhelming. The small chocked sob that escaped her lips was unavoidable as she basically threw herself into your arms.
You had not expected this type of reaction from the hunter. The clear distress had been clear from the moment your eyes connect with hers. To have her warm body against yours had you feeling, complete? Whole. Like a part had been missing and you were finally reuniting with that missing piece. You didn't know why Tara was acting like this but all you wanted to do know was comfort her.
Wrapping your arms around her and holding her closer. You could feel her own arms tightening around your waist. You weren't sure how long you were stood there with the short brunette in your arms but you were certainly not complaining.
"I'm sorry for not staying in contact with you. I'm sure you were worried, Anika told me you tired your best to find me. I would have contacted you the moment I could but I was not allowed. Dewey said it wasn't safe." With being informed about everything, you knew it was for the best. But you had not liked it.
"Safe from what? The demons? Lucifer? What's going on? Why is he being so secretive?" Tara couldn't bring herself from pulling away from you. She never really realized how much she had missed being in your arms. The security that you brought. Now she knows why she felt so safe with you. Not only because of your angelic presence but because she knew you. You were her best friend.
You had noticed that Tara made no move to leave your arms, so you stayed there. Wanting to comfort Tara as much as you could. "There are some angels that want Lucifer to rise. Dewey had gathered the most trust worthy angels. Don't worry Sam and Gale are here as well."
Tara knew she had to pull away from your embrace but she couldn't bring herself to do so. And from the way you were holding her it made her heart fill with such happiness that she had not felt such a long time.
"Do you really not remember anything from when you were alive?" She couldn't help but to ask the question. The ache in her heart grew as she watched as you scrunched your nose trying to think hard.
"Not really. With the halo no longer in place Mindy said that memories should start to flow back. Depending on the trauma, seeing as I was kidnapped and tortured my memories will probably take longer. They'll come when they come. Dewey said they have to come at their own pace. I don't know. Why?" You were told by Dewey how old memories from passed life will come and how strong they were when they did. Strong enough to cause pain. The pain apparently was unbearable for a few seconds before. The relief that settled in.
"No reason. Are you sure you're okay?" Tara looked you over. You stood taller, wings free. It had been the most relaxed she had seen you. The gentle smile you had on your face as you looked down at her. She brought her hand up to your face. Cupping your cheek, her thumb gently creasing your soft cheek. Heart beating a bit faster as how you leaned into her palm.
"I'm more than okay."
"I-Oh am I interrupting?"
You felt Tara jump as much as you did. Reluctantly stepping away from each other. You looked towards the door seeing Mindy leaning on the door frame with a teasing smirk.
"The name is Mindy. Nice to meet you Tara Carpenter. Hate to interrupt this cute moment between you. Dewey wants everyone in the gathering room. Said it's important."
You felt your cheeks warming as Tara showed no signs of embarrassment as she confidently took your hand in hers. You were in no way embarrassed but you had never had someone giving you so much attention. Let alone someone like Tara. But there was something in Tara's eyes, the way she was acting. Like something had happened in between the days you hadn't seen each other. But she seemed happier, and you weren't sure why.
*
"Okay everyone please listen up. This war, it just got a whole lot worse. With demon's succeeding in opening up the seals. They have gotten closer to completing in opening the 66 seals. But they have had some help. Unfortunately there are some angels who are helping the. We are here to make sure that they don't succeed. No matter the cause."
You had sat next to Tara, her hand surprisingly still in yours. She had refused or just not bothered to let your hand go. You liked the feeling of her hand in yours. The familiarity of her warm hand yours was causing you some weird déjà vu.
"-Y/n?"
Your eyes snapped away from your joined hands towards Dewey. Feeling Tara give your hand a squeeze. "I'm sorry what was that Dewey?"
"Y/n, I said you will have to be careful. I heard Wayne is not happy that you have gone missing. Not only does he have his angels looking for you, he also has some demons looking for you as well." Dewey had heard from one of his brothers that not only was Wayne enraged but he apparently had gone crazy looking for you. And Dewey knew Wayne well enough that if he found you, you would be grave danger. And if Wayne knew of your true purpose he would want to kill you.
Tara wouldn't let anyone lay finger on you, not if she could help it. She didn't care if that asshole Dwayne was an angel. She's been doing this line work long enough for her to know that every supernatural being has a weakness. A way to be killed.
She was not going to lose you. Not again.
*
You watched with a smile as Mindy and Anika stood hugging each other  they simply couldn't get enough of each other. You were happy for them, happy hating they were finally together again. You knew how much Anika truly missed Mindy.
"Here."
You looked away from the couple to Tara. She had a small shy smile as she held out her hand. You weren't sure what caused this change in Tara but you were happy she seemed happier. You opened your palm a smile in return.
Tara couldn't hide her growing smile even if she tried. Your smile was the same. The excitement in your eyes, the same excitement you always showed when you received gifts. Her heart warming at the sight. Putting the same necklace you gave her when she was forced to leave you. A necklace that had two wings shaped as heart with a small quote 'I would find you in any lifetime'. How ironic.
"It's a something that's—I don't know figured you'd like it."
The moment you felt the cold silver on your palm you felt yourself tense.
"It's for you. I want you to know that I'll always find you. Okay? Whether it's a town away. A city. A state. I don't care. It's okay. We will see each other again. I promise."
Dewey wasn't kidding about that ache. You heard your own voice, granted it did sound younger. You saw a short blurry figure standing in front of you. The flash of memory had passed too quickly for you to even try to see anything else other than figure.
"Y/n are you okay?" Tara tried not to sound as hopeful. But seeing you tense like that as your face scrunched up in pain. It worried her.
"...Yea I'm okay. Just the slit ache, my memories. They are returning a lot faster than I thought. Although that memory didn't really give me anything. It was blurry. And it happened too fast."
Even if you still didn’t remember her. She couldn't have felt more hope. You were remembering. Slowly but surely. That was enough hope for her. She still plenty of your old stuff. Letters, poems, gifts. Pictures, but she'd save those for last.
She'll help you remember.
*
"But sir, they don't have their halos anymore. How will we track them?"
"Don't be so pathetic. You're forgetting something my dear son. Y/n is special not only did you kill her when she was human. But you also opened a new hell gate for than hunter, Tara to go down."
"But-"
"If the halo has been broken. Than Y/n will remember who she once was. She'll remember the pain she had felt. The torture, the fear, the helplessness." Wayne laughed as he looked out the window. Overlooking the forrest.
"She'll remember the abandonment. Her own god, leaving her for dead, it won't be long till she comes looking for us."

Hi, I was thinking Tara Carpenter x Reader. Where Reader and Sam coming home from work. They are at Sam’s car going to her house till, she saw 2 kittens in the alley way. Reader told Sam to stop but Sam wants to know why till she pointed out the kittens. Sam sighed because she knows you love kittens. Reader went outside and pick up 2 kittens. One of them is a Scottish cat with brown eyes just like Tara. And the other one is a orange cat with blue eyes. Reader took them back to Sam’s car and Sam look at the kittens and she stared at them with awe’s. On the way reader has to tell Tara someway that she brought two kittens in and she doesn’t know that if Tara likes kittens but Sam tells the reader that she does. When they made it back to the house, Reader saw Mindy, Chad, and Anika in the living room but doesn’t see Tara. Mindy told Reader that Tara is in her room. Reader opened the door and see Tara, Reader is hiding the kittens behind her back till Tara hears a meow and she actually went towards her. Tara ask what is behind her back, & Reader shows her the kitten.

Authors Note: hope you like it dude. Sorry for any mistakes in advance.
It had been a long shift. You were tired, but you did enjoy the extra money you got. You loved spoiling Tara and sometimes your friends. So you had begged Sam to get you a job at the restaurant she worked at. Now that you worked with Sam, it was convenient that you both to ride together.
The drive back home was quiet. With the streets mostly empty. At a stop light you looked to your right, seeing the some people walking but what really caught your eye was something in the alley way. What looked to be two tiny ears sticking out of a box.
"Wait Sam!"
"What? What's wrong?"
"Stop the car." You quickly unbuckled your seat belt. Moving to exit the car.
"Wow Y/n wait! Why?" She reached over to stop you, she didn't want you running out there at night. If something were to happen to you, even if it's the smallest scratch. Tara would kill her. Tara had become so protective of you after what happened last year. Even though Tara was also attached. You had been the one on the verge of death. Amber had attacked you, stabbing you a total of five times. You had been a state of a coma for two weeks. It had been a hard time for Tara.
"I think I saw a kitten! In a box!" You looked back at Sam with a beaming smile before exiting the car. Sam was quick to park the car and follow you. There was no keeping you away from any kittens. The love you had for kittens could rival with your love for Tara.
Seeing you coming out of the alley way with two kittens bundled up in your jacket. "Sam look! This once kinda reminds me of Tara. The brown eyes are crazy similar. I'm gonna call this little girl Jenna. And this orange little cutie, you could name her." You excitedly explained. Making sure to keep your voice down. Not wanting to scare the little kittens that had quickly cuddled up into your jacket.
"They are cute. But we don't even know if-" Sam didn't understand, well she could cause most times when you pulled the look she was receiving at moment. You always got your way. It was no wonder Tara was wrapped around your finger. But it wasn't like Tara didn't also have you wrapped around her finger. "Ugh fine. Come on. If we're gonna keep them. Let's go buy them stuff they need."
"Wait, Tara likes cats right? I mean, she's never said anything about kittens, but then again I've never asked-Y/n stop. Tara likes cats. And even if she didn't she loves you too much to say no." Sam lead you back to the car. She could already imagine her sister now, the amount of times Tara would do just about anything to see you happy. To see you smiling. And if that meant keeping kittens. Than Tara would allow it.
"Okay. Well what's your cats name?"
*
They had gotten home a lot later than they usually would. You had Jenna and Lexi in your arms while Sam brought all the things a cat could need.
"Oh my god are those kittens?" Anika was the first to spring up from where she was sitting on the couch. Gushing over the kittens in your arms.
"Yea this one is Jenna. And this one is Lexi. The newest family members." You looked around the apartment hoping to see your girlfriend. You couldn't wait for her to meet the kittens. "Where's Tara?"
"She's in your room. Went in there to focus on her homework.” Mindy said as she helped Sam unpack all the shopping bags.
With a nod, you made your way to your shared room. Peaking your head in when you opened the door. There she was sat on the desk chair. At the sound of the door opened had her turning around. A smile forming on the her lips at the sight of you.
“Hey baby-” Tara had stopped when she saw how you didn’t make a move to get in the room. Her eyes narrowed, from the smile on your face she knew you were hiding something. If hiding most of your body behind the door was saying anything. “What are you hiding?”
“I-*Meow*” You stepped in side of the room. The two kittens still in your jacket. Tara stepped closer to you, looking down at the bundle you had on your arms. “I found them coming back from work. Look this one kinda reminds me of you. This one is Jenna. And this one is Lexi. Can we keep them, please.”
Tara chuckled as one of the kittens licked her finger. She had already been convinced as soon as she heard the first meow. But seeing your pout would have convinced her if she hadn’t. “Of course we can.” At the sight of your smile she leaned up bringing your lips down to hers for a kiss.
Quickly pulling away when she had remembered something. “Wait a minute. Did you name the cat after that one actress? The same actress that flirted with you when we met her?”
“Oh my gosh! Yea! That actress looks exactly like you. But she wasn’t flirting with me. She was just being friendly with a fan .” You leaned down to kiss the top of Jenna’s head. The kitten meowed a return, purring as you gently ran your finger under the kittens chin.
“No she doesn’t and yes she was!” She lightly pushed you away. It hadn’t been a few weeks ago when you both had ran into the actress. The actress had been nice but then she had realized that the actress was flirting with you.
“Oh come on, I’m only teasing. Now come on help give these little cuties a bath. Gotta make sure they don’t have any fleas.”
Tara rolled her eyes half heartedly. The smile you had on your face as you spoke to the kittens had her swooning. The smile was a reminder that you were still with her. You were happy and alive.

Okay so I already have an idea for Tara from Scream. I was thinking where Reader had a stomach because she ate so much cookies and cakes. Tara is looking after her till Mindy brought in some delicious strawberry cupcakes. Reader was looking it very hungry, she try’s to get it but Tara didn’t allow her. At the end night where everyone was sleeping. Reader took this chance by sneaking into the kitchen and grab a cupcake till she saw Sam staring at her with a grin. Reader begged Sam not to tell her sister.

Author’s Note: hope you like it bud. Sorry for any mistakes.
One things about parties was that you loved trying every single food that was brought. Whether it was the hotdogs that Ethan made. The spicy noodles that Anika made, the cookies Danny made, the chocolate brownies Quinn made, the chicken Sam made, the corn bread Chad made or the cake Tara made. You were eating good. Maybe a little too good.
You felt like you were going to explode. Unbuttoning your pants did not help. You were on the verge of the worst tummy ache. And unfortunately Tara had noticed.
“Baby I know you want to try everything but you’re gonna make yourself sick.” Tara had watched try every single dish on the table. She knew it was cause you wanted to make sure everyone’s food was tried. Which she found cute but now it was obvious you had eaten too much.
“But the cake is soooo good babe. I want more but I’m so full.” You groaned in annoyance. You wanted more cake but curse your stomach for getting so full so damn quickly.
“There will most definitely be leftovers. You are done. No more. I don’t want you getting sick.” She took your half eaten cake. Ignoring your whine of protest as she walked away with your plate. She was honestly amazed at how much you had ate. Complimenting everyone on how good their food was. She was even sure Ethan had sneaked you some extra bacon. Not to mention the food you had made that you also ate.
“Yo! My famous delicious strawberry cupcakes are finally done! Y/n! I added extra sprinkles on yours!” Mindy barged into the apartment with big dish filled with cupcakes.
Tara was quick to look at you. Your excitement, pure joy filling your eyes at the sight of the cupcakes. Now she did feel a little bad for intersecting you.
“No, go sit. I’ll save this for you for later.” She took the cupcake from Mindy.
“But Tar! Just a little bite. Please baby.” She felt herself almost cave in at her sight of your pout. But remembering how sick you got last time you over ate was enough for her not to cave.
“Sorry baby but no.”
*
The rest of the party was spent with you drinking some Alka Seltzer. It was nasty but you’d hope that your stomach ache would go away. Unfortunately it didn’t.
But night time arrived and you were now in bed. Tara cuddled up to you. Her face on your chest as you held her close. Now your stomach ache was gone and all you could think about was that cupcake. You tried to go to sleep but you couldn’t. That delicious cupcake was calling out your name. So with some skill, you got out of Tara’s grip with out her waking.
Sneaking into kitchen the dead of night was easy. With everyone asleep. Getting your cupcake was easy. You were now a bite in eating your cupcake in the dark. Humming in satisfaction at the delicious taste when the lights turned on. Your head snapping to who stood at the entrance of the kitchen. Standing there arms crossed as she leaned on the door frame.
“Please don’t tell Tara.”
Sam laughed as she shook her head. Grabbing what she came for, a bottle of water. “Enjoy the cupcake Y/n. I won’t tell.”
With a satisfied smile you continued to eat your cupcake. No longer worrying about getting a stomach ache.

Jenna Ortega/ Fem!Bodyguard
Summary: you’re her bodyguard also g!preader
Warnings: bad smut prepare your self
WC: 1.7k
Author’s Note: it’s my first time (most likely my last) writing smut. Don’t know where this came from but hope y’all like it. Sorry for any mistakes. Also I have few too many unfinished drafts some of them being AU’s for Tara I’ll try to finish them as soon as possible. Or least finish one.
You stood a few inches away from the actress as she smiled and talked with a few fans. 'Never be too far from her. Keep her in arms length.' That had been a rule you always followed. The short six months that you've worked for her have been, different. You had joined the marines right after high school. Being in the marines for six years. You had been given the choice to renew your contract but you had declined. Figuring that six years was enough.
Now you worked as a bodyguard for a sweet actress. Jenna Ortega. Americas new it girl. So far you loved the job. Jenna was everything and more. Caring, kind and amazing. She was so kind to her fans, which was why you were behind her as she spoke with some. She had been talking with the small group of girls for the past few minutes. You looked down at your watch, the actresses had a tight schedule you had come to learn. Especially Americas it girl.
A small tap on her elbow was the signal. "Sorry guys but I have to go. It was nice meeting you." Jenna smiled and gave the four girls separate hugs. Thanking them and saying goodbye. Allowing you to lead her way.
"Bye Jenna! Bye Y/n!"
Strangers knowing your name had also been something you were now used to. You smiled at the girls and waved back. Leading Jenna away towards the building. It was a good thing it was a mostly empty parking lot. She had an interview but it was a video interview and she had it set back in her hotel room. It was the last thing she had scheduled for the day. You smiled slightly when she looked up at you, while you both waited for the elevator.
It wasn't long till you were in the hotel room. Closing and locking the door before you had your arms full of a short brunette.
"Finally. We're alone. How can I miss you so much when you're with me all day." Jenna complained her face hiding in your neck. She couldn't help but smile when she smelt your cologne. It was a sent she loved. The feeling of your strong arms wrapping around her waist as she wrapped her legs around your waist. The way you effortlessly picked her up. She had never felt so safe with anyone, not in the way she felt around you. From the very first moment she met you, she had known that it'd be easy being friends. She had not prepared herself to fall in love. Loving you was so free, so easy.
"Mmh I missed you to baby." You walked towards the bed and laid on your back. Jenna was quick to get comfortable on top, tuck her face into your neck. Stuffing her hands into your shirt. Smiling when you felt light kisses being placed on your pulse. Never did you think that by getting this job you'd find the love of your life.
"I can feel, how much you missed me."
Your breath hitched when you felt her grinding on your lap. Part of you hardening. Your hands moving to rest on the back of your head as you watched her grind on your lap. Bitting your lip at the sounds of her moans and whimpers. The way her nails dug into your stomach.
"Y-Y/n please." Her hips stuttered before trying to go faster. Her hands shaking a clear desperation of need, as she tried to unbuckle your pants. She looks up at you her eyes filled with lust and desire. "I-I need you."
"Now? baby you have an interview in a few minutes. Don't start something you can't finish." But just as you said that. You thought of something. Something that had you taking a grip of her wrists. Stopping her movement. Your length fell heavy on your stomach after you freed your self from your pants.
"Come on then. You know what to do." You knew exactly what you were doing. Was it risky? Yes. But did you love the thrill. Absolutely. You watched as she quickly pushed her panties to the side. Not bothering to take them off. It was a great thing she was wearing a skirt.
"FFuck." The overwhelming feeling of pure pleasure over took her body as she felt your tip grazing her clit. Then the stretch of your tip entering her. No matter how many times she was intimate with you, she'd never get used to your size. The need and want of always having you inside her was something she always craved. The feeling of your length stretching her out as she continued moving down until she bottom out. The ecstasy of it all.
You jerked your hips up, watching in satisfaction as she threw her head back the way her breathing hitched before the moans escaped her lips. The way her walls tightened around you as she continued to let out her screams of pleasure.
The sound of Jenna's phone ringing was heard throughout the room, "Answer the phone." Seeing the tremble of her body you knew she was close. But she had a job to do. So with that you gripped her hips. Halting her movements. You ignored the whine coming from her lips.
"Answer the phone. I won't ask again."
Knowing she couldn't argue she answered the phone. Her hand shaking, her hips instinctively twitching every few seconds. Like her hips had a mind of their own. "H-Hello?"
"Jenna the interview is in 5 minutes. Get your laptop set up, the link has been sent. I can go to your room to hel-No! I" A small moan escaping her lips, when you jerked your hips up. she was quick to cover it up with a cough. Eyes widening as she looked down at you. A smirk was what she got in return.
"I got it don't don't worry about it. I'll I'll see you soon." She hung up the phone throwing it to side.
"Y-Y/n baby please. Faster."
You knew it was a risk but your horniness was at an all time high. So you got the small foldable bed table. Putting it on your stomach. It already had her laptop.
"Nonono. I can't. I'll I'll just reschedule it."
"No. Do your interview or we will stop right now. Now be my good girl and do your job." Your hands squeezed her rear cheeks. Her soft flesh warm in your hands.
She could see how red she was. The thin layer of sweat was noticeable but not as much as she tried to focus on what the interviewer was saying. You were using her, your length still inside her. you stayed like that for a while, then you started to move. The shock of pleasure shot through her body, biting her lip so hard to keep in the moans that threatened to escape. She felt it again. And again. Every single twitch into her g-spot. It almost had her rolling her eyes in pleasure. But holding in the need to bounce into your length was starting become painful. She needed to come, needed for you to wreak her like you always did. The need for you to leave her satisfied and legs shaking from the strong orgasms. You never left her unsatisfied.
"You alright Jenna?" The interviewer asked when he got no response.
"Uh y-yea. Just think I'm coming down with a cold or s-something."
But then you started to fuck her slowly, her hips being held down by your strong hands. The pace was painfully slow.
"Oh a cold? I'm sorry to hear that. I'll try to wrap this up as quick as possible."
She covered her mouth with palm of her hand. Masking it as a yawn. As you found a steady but still careful pace. The pleasure she was feeling in this very moment was becoming too much. Just the thought of getting caught had her clenching on your length. The filthy thought stayed. What if people knew what was happening? The thought alone had her wanting to chase her orgasm more.
You on the other hand were having so much fun watching the actress struggle. Twitching your cock deep inside her, seeing her fight the pleasure as she tried to keep a straight face and answer the questions being asked. You could feel her wetness sliding down your cock. The way her thighs were trembling. Ah the self control that she was showing, it made you want test it even more.
Reaching your hand in between her legs, finding the swollen bundle of nerve and pinching it. Loving the muffled squeak that escaped her lips. Her underwear was completely soaked, the feeling of her clit in between your fingers, your own heart beat thumbing in your ears as her walls clenched your length the more you played with her clit.
Her knuckles were white from how tight she was holding the handles on the small laptop table.
"Okay Jenna that's it. Thank you for taking time out of your day to do this interview with me. I hope you get better soon."
"Th-Thank you. And thank you for having me." With a wave the interview was finally over. Slamming the laptop shut. She pushed the table off of you. Not caring that laptop was on the table as it fell on the floor. Her nails scratching your toned stomach. She couldn't take it anymore. She needed you, she needed you to move. The two orgasms that she had while she spoke to the interviewer were not enough. Although her thighs would say otherwise with how much they were shaking.
"Baby please, ffuck me."
The night was spent with rough but passionate love making. If someone asked her why she was walking weird the next day, she had ignored your smug look as she explained how she fell the day before. But she couldn’t deny that she was eager to do it again. The soreness be damned.

"Help!"
"Somebody help me!"
Her dark brown eyes looked around, her body suspended in the air. Hearing what seemed to be thunder rumbling and cries of pain. Her wrist chained up along with her ankles spread out. Hooks going through her shoulders and other parts of her body. The unbearable pain. Her eyes filled with tears, the fear coursing through her body in waves. Remembering where she was. And why.
"Sam?!"
**~~~**
It was dark, she was tired but she couldn't rest. The intermittent screaming prevented her from that. She wasn't sure how much time passed but it felt like she had been here for years now. The pain she felt was agony. Although she wouldn't change what she did. She did this to save her sister. Her big sister.
Sam.
But she remembered being held down by the force of that demon. Jill was going to kill Sam. She'd be dead by that time Jill would go through her plan. She remembered seeing the flash of white before she took that last breath. It had been the last thing she remembered before waking up in hell. Hearing the constant screams had been enough to drive anyone crazy.
One minute she was in hell and the next she was gasping for air. She felt so disoriented. Not knowing what was happening or where she was. She couldn't see anything and she couldn't stand.
"Help!" Her voice coming out raw, dry and scratchy. She felt around in her pockets to find a lighter. She switched it and realized that she had been in a, wooden coffin?
Feeling the bright sun beaming down on her as she gasped for air. She kept digging herself out of the grave she had been in. Resting on her back once she was fully out of the ground. Trying to catch her breath. Feeling like she needed her inhaler but she knew she didn't have it with her. She need to calm herself down. But for some odd reason, she felt like she wasn't alone. Like someone or something was with her. The odd thing, she didn't feel scared. The presence made her feel, safe?
She stood once her breathing was back to normal. Taking in the fallen trees around her. There was no way she had just walked out of hell. Someone had pulled her out. And from what she was seeing, who ever had taken her out had to be way too strong to do something like this.
"What the fuck."
Her mind racing at potential threat of what Sam could have done. The danger Sam could now be in.
**
Tara had walked for what felt like ever. It was until she arrived to a small gas station. There had been no one. The place completely abandoned of any life. She had downed full water bottles, she had never felt so thirsty. Stopping at the sink to look at herself, a small sense of hesitation hitting her when she gripped the bottom of her shirt before revealing her stomach. Her breath hitching when her stomach and torso showed no signs of scars.
She remembered the pain, her screams as she was being clawed by those hell hounds. There was no traces of her ever going through such pain. She couldn't wrap her head around what was happening. She continued to check herself for any sign of something. Wincing when her fingers connected to something on her shoulder. Lifting the sleeve of the shirt, eyes widening at the burned handprint on her shoulder.
Getting lost in her thoughts trying to figure what demon could do something like this. What demon could be this powerful to drag her out of hell. The more she thought of the question, the greater the fear of what Sam could have done grew.
As she was gathering supplies, there was distant ring growing closer. She did not question it at first, figuring it was the random ring in the ear people get. It wasn't until the static of the tv was turned on, along with the radio. The ringing only growing closer and louder. She moved with a new found energy, trying to cover the windows with salt.
But as the ringing grew closer and louder, she had no choice but to stop and cover her ears. Screaming in pain, feeling like her ear drums were going to burst. The faint noise of the windows bursting and then everything going quiet. She stood up, looking out the broken windows confused. The ringing in her ears continued. She needed to call Sam.
"We're sorry, the number you are trying to reach has been disconnected."
She stood in the phone booth, picking up more of the quarters. Trying another number she knew by memory.
"Hello?"
"Gale?"
"Who is this?"
"It's me."
"Who's me?"
"It's me Tara."
"This isn't funny. Call again and I'll kill you."
She knew calling Gale was a long shot. But Sam wasn't answering. She needed to find a way to Gale's house. Right now she hopped that Gale wouldn't freak out.
*
Getting to Gale had been easy. Fighting her off and trying to convince her that she was back and very much not a demon. From drinking holy water to cutting herself with a silver knife.
"Tara?"
"Yea It's me Gale, I swear." Feeling her eyes mist with unshed tears. Gale had been the closest thing she had to a mother. Even when they butted heads Tara had so much respect and love for Gale. She had remembered how devastated and angry Gale had been when she found out about her deal. The deal she made to save Sam.
To feel the arms of someone she saw as a mother wrapped around her in a tight hug had her almost burst into tears.
"God Tara. How the hell are you even alive?" Gale hugged the shorter girl in a deathly tight grip. The anguish she felt had been nothing compared to how she found Sam that day. To see Tara in such a state had her almost making a deal. "Tara, you were dead, your chest had caved in and your insides were basically scrambled. Not to mention you've been buried for four months. Even if you did some how slip out of hell and back into your body-"
"I know, I should look like Taylor did in that look what you made me do video." Tara moved to sit in a chair at the table. Gale moving to sit in front of her. "Where is Sam anyway? I've tried calling her phone."
"I don't know, after we buried you she kinda dropped from the map. I haven't been able to reach or find her."
"What? Gale you guys were supposed to look out for each other."
"I tried Tara. But these past months have been hard. After we buried you, Sam wanted to be left alone. I tried reaching her but she didn't want to be reached." The days after the burial Sam had, changed. Gale had tried to keep it together. But losing Tara had left a hole in their little dysfunctional family.
"I'm assuming Sam didn't want me salted and burned."
"Yea, she said you'd need your body for when she found a way to bring you back."
Tara looked at the older woman. The first thing that came to her mind, what she got was, 'what the hell did Sam do?' She had done the same when that asshole had stabbed Sam and killed her. It was the whole reason why she was taken to hell in the first place. She couldn't imagine what Sam had felt to be held up by Jill as she became the dogs chew toy. To feel helpless as she died a slow painful death.
But if she was here, alive and breathing. That means Sam had succeeded in making a deal. A deal that will have Sam facing the same fate she did, and she couldn't have that.
*
You had been tasked a simple job. To bring back the young Carpenter sister. It had been easy. Pulling her out was the easy part. To actually interact with the girl had been a lot harder. You had tried when she was at the gas station. And then in the motel room. You had underestimated your powers and felt awful. There wasn't a good moment to make your presence known since then.
Another part of your task was to also keep an eye on the older sister. You had personally thought what she was doing was better than what hunters usually do. Samantha had taken her own powers and used them for good. Being able to save the victim from the possession of a demon. You had seen the out come of what old hunters had been doing. Their own type of way of getting rid of the demons. It always ended with the victims death. But with Samantha it had been different. Even though she had demon blood coursing through her veins. You saw the good she was trying to do.
Samantha was different. What she stood for opened so many doors, for her kind. And there was more, it was change in the war that was to come.
Change, was something your boss had been afraid of.
*
You had felt the tension between the Carpenter sisters the moment you had returned to them. You had missed out on their heart felt reunion. Although you had felt the love they had for each other even from a far. After updating your superior you had been returned, now it was your chance to make your presence known. The opportunity showed it self when the Tara Carpenter and Gale Weathers tried to summon you.
"Are you sure you casted the spell right?"
You heard the young hunter say. It was then you pushed the doors to farm open. The lights flickered from above, some bursting from the amount of energy coursing through them. You had not been surprised when the two hunters were quick to shoot at you. The salt bullets did nothing, the silver bullets that the young Carpenter shot at you, nor the silver knife Weathers stabbed you with.
You did not want to harm anyone, but you had to speak to the younger woman. With a touch to the older woman's forehead, she was redeemed unconscious. You looked back at the hunter, you were quick to disarm her of her gun. Putting the weapon down on the side table.
"Please, I do not wish to cause any harm." You held up your hands. Knowing this was a sign of mercy. The skeptical look the girl did not go unnoticed.
"Who the hell are you?"
"I am the one who raised you from perdition."
"What?"
Your wings were big, long, white. Something that you were proud of. The shocked and in awe look took over took her facial features. The hunter stood speechless, her eyes never leaving your wings. You had never interacted with a human after death. After you died you had been given small tasks, preventing things or helping other angels in big tasks. Being an angels was something you never could have imagined. You could only remember so much from your past life.
With everything going on, you had proven to your superior you were up for this task. Even though you sometimes didn't agree with what they did or how they handled things. You still did your own duty. Helping people was something you loved to do. Even when you were alive. Now that you could remember.
"You're an Angel? There's no such thing."
"Miss.Carpenter you have slayed demons, warlocks, witches, monsters and more. But angels you deny they are real, even when one is standing in front of you. Why?" The flickering in farm had stopped, you had stopped the flickering. Standing at a distance from the shorter girl, hopefully showing her you meant no harm.
"If you're an angel and there is a god, where the hell have you been? Cause down here hasn't really been sunshine and rainbows." The anger she know felt was growing. Even though the angel was, cute, she couldn't help but to remember all the innocent lives they've lost throughout the years. Or all the shit she had to go through. Or how she lost her dad at such a young age. Or how she had to grow up hunting evil monsters. Or how she also lost her mother. Or how she had gone to hell.
All these years, evil had always been present. Never a day without incident evil showed its ugly face. But good? God? Angels? Any signs of their being a Heaven.
Absent.
"I am sorry, I do not have the answers you are looking for, I was ordered to save you and make contact with you." You had asked yourself the same question. It hadn't been long you had been human and praying for a way you could be saved. But you had been killed. Tortured and killed. Your prayers had gone unanswered. But now here you were, an angel.
"Make contact? That was you at the fill up joint and motel?" Tara still couldn't believe it, or she wouldn't believe it. There was a big part of her that wanted to believe in something good. But how could she, after everything that's happened to her. How?
"I am sorry, it was my first time contacting a human since, well since I, perished."
"You're not, possessing someone?"
"No, this is my body. Now I am sure you have questions. Please, I am here to help you and your sister. May I sit?" With nod coming from her you pulled the chair that was pushed to the side and sat down. You knew, the hunter was still being cautious.
Tara looked at you. She wished she could read minds. But she couldn't. What she could do was study you. The way you looked around. Your eyes. They held an innocence that she couldn't explain. There was something about you that had her believing she could trust you. Part of her, wanted to believe that you were the one to save her, that you were an angel. But if anything life as a hunter has taught her was never trust a supernatural being. And unfortunately you were one.
"Why save me?" The question had been on her mind ever since she got out. She knew that what ever had taken her out had been strong enough to scare everyone. Demons and hunters. Even the little demon her sister was seeing had been scared. That was still something she couldn't get used to. A good demon? She knew better, but Sam trusted him.
"Orders from my lord, you are the key into stopping this war Ms.Carpenter."
"War? What war? If you're talking about the devils gates. We closed them." Tara looked at the angel, her eyes kept on going to the wings. Then your eyes. The odd feeling of warmth and familiarity was starting to grow the longer she looked at you. The feeling of seeing you from somewhere was strong. But she couldn't place your face anywhere.
"Greed, Envy, Wrath, Gluttony, Lust, Pride. Do you know what those are?" You named off, you waited patiently for her to response.
"Of course I do. It's the six deadly sins. Whats that gotta do with anything?" Tara spoke her defensive stance never faltering.
"Everything. Those demons were able to escape hell when the gates opened. Along with other dangerous powerful demons. And every single one of them is trying to break the 66 seals, to free Lucifer from hell." You repeated what you had been told plenty of times. You had tried to stop the demons from opening any seals. You knew you were strong enough. But you had not been ordered to. Which you couldn't understand why.
"What?! Lucifer? Like the actual devil?" Her defense was completely gone now. When she had been down there, she had only heard of Lucifer. Never seeing him or hearing him. But everyone down there had been talking about him. the stories she heard. It was enough for her to not want to meet the guy.
"Yes, so far sixteen seals have been opened-What?! What the hell have you guys been doing? Aren't you powerful, strong enough to stop them? Why the hell are you coming to me?"
"I do as am told. I have not received any orders on stopping any seals from being opened. I was told that you were the one to stop the war from happening. It was why I was ordered to save you." That had still not sat well with you. She was right. Why haven't you been ordered. Though, your superior, Wayne had not ordered you to.
A scoff left her lips, "Me? And please tell me how am I mere mortal supposed to stop the freaking apocalypse from happening?"
"You will learn. I'm here to help you in any way that I can."
*
"What do you mean?" Your fellow angle sister asked. Anika had stayed by your side since you had woken up. She had become more than just a best friend. A sister. Someone you knew you could trust.
"They are not telling us everything. Wayne has been acting, strange. He says and does things that are, strange. Have you heard of any news from our lord?" You had been trying to get in contact with another angel, Dewey. He had helped train you. He was also a well respected angel. He was one of the five angels, that had actually met the lord. But you had not been able to reach him.
After your meeting with Tara. You had promised to stay in contact. With a nod of understanding from her, you left. You had gone straight to Anika. Telling her about your encounter with the one that will save the human race from extinction.
"You can't be questioning them like that Y/n it's dangerous. You know what happened to the last angel that started asking questions. Just please be careful. Stop asking questions. I can't lose you to."
You looked into your sisters eyes. Seeing the grief of what she lost. Who she lost.
*
Tara had been left, awestruck? Even after she explained everything to Gale and Sam. She couldn't stop thinking about the angel. There was no reason for her to doubt it. She saw the wings. The beautiful white wings. Going as far as to heal the hand mark that was on her shoulder. The warmth coming from you had been, heart warming? Like a missing piece that she mad been missing in her puzzle.
They had done everything they knew on how to kill anything supernatural but the angel had stayed standing. Something she's never seen before. She couldn't deny it. There was something in her, a pull of sorts. Something she couldn't explain. She didn't voice that to Sam just yet.
Like expected Sam and Gale couldn't believe it. She had told them everything the angel had told her.
"An angel?"
"Are you sure Tara?"
"Well it would explain why the demons are scared. You heard Richie no demon could be strong enough to take me out. Shit she even healed the mark she left on my shoulder. I've hunted demons and supernatural shit far longer than you have Sam and I've never seen one do that." She sat down on one of the chairs in the room looking at Sam and Gale.
"Plus there's something about her, something familiar. Like I've seen her before but I can't remember where." It had been bothering her since she had seen the angel.
"Well what's her name?"
Damn. How could she forget to ask for the angels name.
"You forgot to ask for the angels name?" Gale looked at the younger girl in disbelief and bit of humor.
"Shut up. I was pretty occupied processing that angels, heaven. God, are real."
"Well you said she would stay in contact. Right? How do you contact her?" Sam had been looking in every book that had to do with "heaven". But she had came up empty. Not even the Bible was helping.
"Uh I don't know. I don't know even know her name. How am I-Hello."
At the sound of the sudden voice it had all three hunters alarmed and ready to fight. Turning around at the sound of the voice to see a tall y/hc haired woman standing there rocking a bit on her heals. Offering a smile and a small wave.
Tara couldn't help but to think the action was adorable. Shaking her head slightly at the thought.
"Wow." The two other hunters said simultaneously. The wide eyed eyes as they kept their gaze never leaving the wings of the angel.
"Samantha Carpenter. Gale Weathers. Nice to meet you."
The two hunters stood there, their jaws dropped.
"Uh are they alright?" You know directed your gaze to the shorter hunter. She rolled her eyes at the two older woman. Slapping both of them upside the head.
"Yea they're fine. Just never seen an angel before." Tara looked back at the angel. Her eyes connecting with your soft y/ec ones. That feeling returned. The feeling of familiarity, that pull in her heart.
"So what's your name. You said you were once human do you remember anything from your life when you were alive? How did you die? Did you become an angel right away? How's heaven? Did you meet god? Are you-Gale! That's enough." Tara couldn't tell if the look you had on your face was one of discomfort or sadness.
"It's okay Ms.Carpe-Tara is just fine." The sound of her last name coming out of your mouth made her feel something she wasn't sure if she liked.
"Tara." You offered her a small smile. "It's okay. I'm here to answer any questions you must have." You directed your attention back to the older woman. "To answer your questions, I don't remember most of my past life. Just that I was killed. My journey as an angel did start after my death. And no. I haven't met god."
Killed? You were killed? She had more questions about that. Who would have dared someone like you. Yes she didn't know you, but something was telling her she did know you. Who would dare hurt, let alone kill you.
"Now. I'm here to give you some information on the six deadly sins. I'm here to offer my services." You took out your book from your coat. You had taken notes. From spying on the deadly sins. "May I sit?" You asked, remembering all the drills and rules that Wayne drilled into your head.
"Yea of course." Tara sat next to you, Sam to your left and Gale right in front of you. You placed the book on the small table.
"Okay, they held down at the bar ten miles from here. It's only them, but they have taken humans as their bodies. They are known for being vicious and cruel. But like any other demon. Their weaknesses are the usual."
"Why are we the ones to do this again. How is Tara supposed to stop the apocalypse from happening?" Sam asked as she looked down at the note book. The hand writing was neat but what bothered her was the way the angel was acting. You were obviously holding back.
"I'm not sure. I was not informed of how she was supposed to, just that she was destin to." You wished you knew more. But you couldn't keep asking, searching for the answers that were going unanswered to your questions. But you'd end up like Anika's lover. No one knew what happened to Mindy.
But as you looked into the brown eyes, the familiarity was there. Like you knew her. You couldn't let anything happen to her. If keeping her safe meant putting yourself in danger. It was a risk you were willing to make.
"But I will find out. I will be with you every step of the wa-Now Y/n. You know you shouldn't tell lies."
You felt yourself tense at the voice. Standing up and facing Wayne.
"Now this is the girl to save human kind. A little small don't you think."
"Wayne she's stronger-Ha. Y/n you will speak when spoken to. You know the rules." You felt your scars burning as you looked down. Feeling your wings tucking in further into your body.
"Who the hell are you?"
"You dare speak to me like that child. I'm an angel of the lord. You will show me respect. Y/n may have been the one to pull you out of hell but know this, I can send you right back."
He was lying. You knew as much. There was a reason you were the only one to be able to pull Tara out. Anika told you as much. She had heard elder angels talking. He couldn't do anything to Tara, not without killing the one who took her out of hell.
"Look here dipshit. We don't answer to you. From the looks of it. You need us more than we need you." Tara argued her harden gaze never wavering. She hated how he spoke to you. How you went from being open and smiling to almost curling into your self. Your wings weren't free either. They were tense.
"Humans. Such fools. You'll be the end of your precious humanity. Y/n let's go." He now faced you. You failed to meet his gaze.
"Y/n stays." She had remembered what you said. How she was "in charge of her guardian" which happened to be you. At the sight of your eyes widen as you looked at her. Your gaze then going to the older angel. She saw the anger. But he was gone without a word.
You were in so much trouble.
*
"Are you in trouble? If you go back, will you be...punished?" She was afraid to ask. Part of her didn't want to know the answer. The way you were when that man showed up, it was something she didn't like to see.
"Do you want the truth?" You were in her car. Your wings tucked away in a vest. It was uncomfortable but it would have to do.
"Yes."
"Most likely. Heaven isn't as, peaceful as you'd assume. Especially now. Things are more tense. Angels are being trained harder than ever and elder angels want no failures." You looked back at the bar. The plan was simple but dangerous. Lead the demons back to the trap house and exorcise them.
"I'm sorry-It's not your fault. I'm used to it now." You spoke softly. Your heaven experience had its ups and downs. Unfortunately there was usually only downs.
The car got quiet. Before Tara spoke again. "Do you really not remember anything from when you were alive?" It was a question she had been wanting to ask. The name Y/n. It held such a special place in her heart. In her memory. Her Y/n. She had met people with the same name. But no one could compare to her Y/n.
"There are some moments I get this weird feeling of deja vu. Moments were I start to remember something before the feeling is gone. I just remember how died. And that's it."
"Can I ask how you died? You don't have to answer that if you're not comfortable."
"Uh I was trapped in a room for a long time. I think I was kidnapped. They beat me. Tortured me in every way imaginable. I remember feeling so much pain. Before it was gone and then I felt nothing. You asked me when we first met. Where was god? That was a question I asked myself so many times in that room. It's a question I still haven't found an answer to."
Tara couldn't stop the nagging feeling of familiarity. Why did she feel this way for you. Why did you have to go through such pain. She wanted nothing more than find the people who did that to you and make them suffer. Suffer a worse death. A long painful death.
"I—It's time." The interruption could have not been at a worse time. Tara looked forward to see Sam and Gale high tailing it out of the bar. She started her own car and drove fast to the trap house.
You could hope the plan would work.
*
"Oh a little angel. How sweet. I'll be the one to kill you. Take your head to Lucifer myself-" Tara moved to shove the holy water down the demons throat. Saying the familiar Latin words. Watching as the demon chocked on the water before being sent back to hell.
She watched as you did your own little thing. Completely oblivious to the threat that had been behind you. Watching as you took down Lust and sent her back to hell effortlessly.
"Thank you Tara. I knew you were behind Pride." You smiled in thanks at the shorter girl. The plan had been successful. Sending all six demons back to hell.
Tara couldn't help her own little smile showing at the sight of your smile. You had such a beautiful smile. "Eh gotta watch my guardian's back, don't I." She teased. Only admitting to herself that she liked seeing you blush.
"Well that's one seal we stopped."
"Yes great work, i will have to research on where the other seals are located. Please be safe, I will be in contact." Before you could leave. A warm hand took a hold of yours. The sudden shock had you startled. It was obvious it had also startled Tara.
"You be careful as well. Come back to me, us when you can or feel in danger okay?" She felt her own cheeks get warm at her slip up. She couldn't help herself. There was something about you that just brought it out.
"I will. I'll see you soon."
And like that you were gone.

"I did some research on Y/n. I couldn't get her face out of my mind."Sam said as she sat down in front of Tara.
"You to? I swear I've seen her before."
"You have, remember when you were like six? And there was that little boy who kept on bullying you?" Sam had spent almost a week researching the name Y/n. But the more she searched. She had found the answers she was looking for.
"Yea and a girl protected me she-No! There's no way. That can't be the Y/n I used to got to school with. My Y/n she's okay. She's fine. She was going to be-Tara. Y/n Y/Ln was kidnapped at the age of eighteen. She was found dead a year later." Sam's own eyes filled with tears at the sight of the distraught look on her sister's face. She knew how in love Tara was with Y/n. Before she left Tara and their mom for college, she had seen how in love Tara had been. Remembering the phone call when Tara had called her crying saying that she wasn't going to be able to see Y/n again due to the family business.
"No. She was supposed to be safe Sam. She was supposed to live her life. Mom promised me she would be safe." The sobs that escaped her lips were not preventable. The reality that you had died without her knowing had her guilt building. You had been dead for the past six years and she didn't even know.
She had just assumed that you were out in the world living your life helping people like you had wanted to.

Now that she knew who you were. She was dying to see you again. The past two weeks had gone by slow. Too slow. The need to see you grew with every passing day. She needed to see you. But you had been quiet since that day in the trap house. She has tried to call you. (Calling out your name was apparently how she did it.) But you had not appeared like before.
"Are you Tara Carpenter?"
Tara snapped her head at the sudden voice. Seeing an angel but not the one she was hoping for. This angel was shorter. Probably a few inches taller than herself. Hair at a shoulder length. "Who's asking?"
"My name is Anika. I am an angel of the lord. I'm here to ask for your help."
"My help? Help with what?"
"Y/n is missing. She always stays in contact with me. But the past week she has gone silent. I worry that my sister may be in trouble." Anika had tried just about everything to find you. But it was like you had disappeared from the face of the earth. It was like what happened to her soulmate all over again.
"What?! Why wait a fucking week to tell me?!" The worry and that pull in her heart grew. You were missing. And she didn't know, again.
