🎀30 Day Glow Up Challenge🎀
May 30 - Day 30 -> final update
♡ Mindset ~ transforming mind, confidence and self-esteem
- I flopped updating the last 8 days of the challenge but here’s what happened since then ~ I went out of town with my family for the weekend and that was fun; I got to try new food and went to calming places
♡ Health ~ wellness
- went to the gym 3x since then
- eating healthier -> fruits, veggies, chicken, fish, oatmeal, yoghurt and etc; esp bc I have an event coming up
♡ Self-care ~ pampering yourself
- ✅skin care
- ✅wax
- ✅got my nails done
♡ Experience ~ building hobbies and becoming social
- Hobby: finished watching Lovely Runner, started watching Summer Strike
- Social: going out of town and making memories rather than staying at home, talking to my friends
- Style: I’m proud of my outfits that I set up, I’m confident and happy when I go out and I haven’t bought new clothes in almost a month (which is a record for me) bc I’m making use of everything I already have 🤩
Summary
- overall I’m not gonna lie that it has been rocky earlier I realized that I forgotten what I even did yesterday that’s how unproductive I am, some days I still compare myself to others and feel bad, good thing a new month is starting ✨
- on a positive note; I felt more confident in some ways and more social, i still need to improve my daily routine
- this challenge has been a fun structure to do and follow, I might have some lapses towards the end but at least I still tried and had fun!!
- let’s welcome June with more light; I want to start a new challenge or make my own
- thanks again for user @ pleaseeeimjustagirl for making this challenge ♡

May 22 - Day 22 -> nothing much happened today 😭

- I woke up late again *I’ll change tomorrow* but I still did my tasks (sending applications and replying to emails)
- 📝note to self: get out of your room, set a timer, remove your phone and get your priorities right
- 📝 not gonna lie I’m getting lazy to post but I know if I stopped posting for 3 days it will feel even more like a chore than doing it bc i like it and I do like it, it’s for my accountability and myself!

- I talked to my friend about something that has been bothering me, mindset: it’s not a guessing game if you never tell them they’ll never know

- went to the gym
- 5K+ steps / running, I need to fix my smartwatch settings for accurate steps count bc it’s satisfying to know

- watched challengers again and I liked it more now, I get u guys now 😫
- 📝 today someone asked me if they could go after me using the weights idk why I get so self-conscious and overthink in the gym so I quickly finished and gave it to them, I want to be more confident 😞
- Style: put on cute gym clothes bc it motivates me

- forced myself to get out bed early and going out for change of environment *again*
♡ Health ~ wellness
- cheat day tbh
- food: katsudon, sushi, hainanese chicken, rice, donut
- drinks: matcha, coffee x2
- I drank too much caffeine and ate a lot outside *this is my motivation to go to the gym tomorrow*
♡ Self-care ~ pampering yourself
- skin care + face mask
♡ Experience ~ building hobbies and becoming social
- Hobby and social: went cafe hopping + mall
- Style: my outfit is so cute today, I didn’t plan it and just grabbed what I saw I’m so happy it turned out better than I expected

♡ Mindset ~ transforming mind, confidence and self-esteem
- confidence: wearing a cute outfit
- mindset: going to the park, staying in the living room, instead of being alone in my room
♡ Health ~ wellness
* breakfast: yogurt
* lunch: I cooked for me and my sister
* snack: iced americano + kaya toast ♡♡
* dinner: chicken, rice and salad
* drinks: iced americano and lemon water
- assessment: it’s day 6 of my cleanse and I feel so much better physically and internally, I’m not bloated and exhausted
- fitness: I started wearing atleisure but then it started raining hard so I worked out at home [note to self: wear gym clothes at home to be motivated]
♡ Self-care ~ pampering yourself
- skin care - I’m proud of my consistency and my skin cleared up
- body care (exfoliated, moisturised/ aloe vera) [note to self: I need to regularly add this to my routine bc my skin is dry]
♡ Experience ~ building hobbies and becoming social
- Hobby: still watching Lovely Runner and finished Bridgerton first half of s3 in one sitting
- Social: i walked my dog in the park, and I asked my friend for advice
- Style: wore workout clothes and then changed into cute lounge wear

Today should be the last day of the OG challenge but bc I started late I’m finishing late ✨
♡ Mindset ~ transforming mind, confidence and self-esteem
- self-esteem: doing my monthly maintenance / waxing salon
- I want to get my nails done too but the salon was closed
- mindset: going out bc I wasn’t feeling motivated at home
♡ Health ~ wellness
- pancakes for breakfast
- drinking tea after dinner
♡ Self-care ~ pampering yourself
- skin care
- eyebrow and upper lip threading
♡ Experience ~ building hobbies and becoming social
- Hobby: still watching Lovely Runner
- Social: went to a cafe and saw familiar faces
- Style: wore a simple outfit today, white Calvin Klein shirt + black pants + white sneakers + black sling bag, planned more outfits (1st pic)
