Prissy’s 600 Follower Giveaway

I’ve been hovering beneath 600 followers for a while now and have decided to do the giveaway early for the holidays! There will be TWO sets of prizes. First place gets the Once Upon a Time notebook, a magnet, and their choice of either a Rumplestiltskin or a Belle funko. Second place gets first pick of either the Belle or Queens of Darkness magnet and the second funko pop.

That's true. Other actresses seem to have growth. Saoirse during The Host is completely different from Saoirse during Brooklyn. Mia in In Treatment is not the same with Mia in Stoker. It's not only due to the roles, it's also how they look at themselves as actors. There is progress and improvement. Emma is just stagnant. As an actor and I suspect, also as a person.

Geez, I saw BatB today. What is wrong with this girl? She gets a library and she has this hands over mouth, Taylor Swift-like-fake-shocked 'I can't believe I won an MTV music award' reaction (I'm sure there's an appropriate gif lol) and during the 'Be our guest' sequence, she can't even fake a smile ffs! Maybe they should just dangle money, or designer clothes and accessories above her, just out of shot, to get a friggin' genuine reaction.

Even taylor could’ve acted that scene better.

I wholeheartedly agree. And I’m getting kinda sick of seeing Emma Watson’s face plastered all over my favourite Rumbelle and 1991 BatB blogs. 

Um… Yeah Disney can keep can their Beauty and the Beast version … It was good and very pretty but that love story was shit compared to Rumbelle. I literally ran to my Rumbelle tag afterwards. And NO, I wasn’t expecting Once’s version, but I was at least expecting some damn chemistry, and there was none… Lumiere and the feather duster had more chemistry then Hermione and the Beast. IJS

I finally saw Beauty and the Beast and honestly about 20 minutes into it, all I could think of was “wow I really just want to watch the animated Beauty and the Beast” I mean I don’t even really feel like getting into the whole movie I just want to say that Emma Watson’s autotune was so fucking unfortunate and Luke Evans saved the movie.

A better live-action BatB story: ABC's Once upon a Time. Emilie de Ravin plays Belle to Robert Carlyle's Rumpelstiltskin, a beast, human for the most part, except for the curse-induced lizard-like, glittery skin. The love story is much easier to believe. De Ravin gets right what EW gets so wrong. She knows what's at the core of Belle, she understands her. I wasn't even distracted by her Aussie accent (it's lovely in fact). The show has gone to shit now but the twist on BatB was very clever.

Lol most shows usually do. I’ve seen cute fanart of them and I was really tempted to watch the show. Maybe I will.
