Full Moon in Libra: Romantic and Nostalgic
On March 28th, 2021 we will be welcoming the Full Moon in Libra. We might all feel that need to love and be loved now, especially with the Full Moon opposing Venus in Aries. Smiling Johnny living his Bahamian Life…
A new photo of Johnny was shared today (November 21) on his production company “Infinitum Nihil” official page on Instagram. The photo, taken sometime between November 14 and today shows a happy Johnny right from his private island in Bahamas, holding the “Camerimage Award”, given to him for being an actor with unique visual sensitivity.
Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic travel restrictions, and his three-day deposition in Reston, Virginia, USA, last November 10 through November 12 Johnny could not attend the festival in person at the 28th EnergaCamerimage Film Festival in TorĂşn, Poland.
Although, it’s been said that he would be virtually connected to the ceremony, remotely from the USA, Johnny couldn’t attend and chose to share a photo and a letter thanking for the award.

Tonight, I would like to thank everyone involved at the ENERGA CAMERIMAGE FILM FESTIVAL for this very special and unique award.
Over the years, I have been lucky enough to work with many incredible cinematographers, including but not limited to; Stefan Cazapsky, Vilko Filac, Monica Lenczewska, Chris Menges, Sven Nyksvist, Nicola Pecorini, Philippe Rousselot, Peter Sova, Masonobu Takayanagi, Dariusz, Wolski, and most recently, Benoît Delhome, on Minamata.
The relationship between the actor and the cinematographer is a pivotal one. You might even say the most important, considering cinema. More than anything, is a visual medium.
With Benoît, we enjoyed a sort of dance together. It was a joy to come to work every morning, since we never quite knew what was going to happen. Our director, Andrew Levitas encouraged us to explore and investigate the many ways in which the scene we might be shooting that day, could play out.
I have always been someone who needs to not know what is coming next. To capture those unrehearsed moments – those moments of beautiful mistake – those same moments that make cinema, and life, magic.
So, once again, thank you. I am both honored and humbled.
