I’ve been thinkin a lot about Mobei-jun’s mother so heres a design for her. I feel iffy on the rendering but I’m too tired to care.

I was imagining even if she’s a demon, she could be gentle for demons, but that she would take a lot of pride in her hair and teach tiny Mobei-jun the same.

I also imagined she maybe could be familiar with Tianlang-jun, before his imprisonment. I dunno if we ever have confirmation of Mobei-jun’s age but I imagine him as only slightly older than Luo Binghe. So maybe as a kid Mobei-jun heard about the unfortunate situation with Binghe’s father, and because of her friendship with him thats partially why Mobei-jun was willing to help out Luo Binghe down the line when they became allies.

Also, I don’t think Mobei-jun’s mother is ever mentioned in the novels or extras, even if his father is, so contextually I’d assume she’s dead or out of the picture. I havent thought far into what might’ve happened.
