I did a thing today! I recreated Miyagi’s apartment(Or rather the main room) in The Sims 4! Sometimes, location references are so useful for writers like myself, so I made this as a reference for me and figured I’d share it in case anyone else is looking for pictures of Miyagi’s apartment. It’s not perfect, I was limited to what is in the game and some custom content I have, but I’m pretty happy with it. I’ll break down the room into sections so we can zoom in and analyze under the cut.
Tumblr media
The kitchen is pretty basic. I chose as similar counters color wise as I could, but it’s lacking. Microwave is against the back corner, the sink and stove are both across from it. From the wall it goes: Empty counter, sink, counter, stove, counter. The kitchen is free of clutter for the most part which I hate in The Sims but easier to draw/animate I’m sure. I kept the utensil cup by the stove we see in a shot of the first episode. There’s also a built in square cabinet on the last counter that I can’t replicate that we know salt is kept in from S3, so I put in a bread box instead(Interesting note: Miyagi doesn’t even have a coffee maker in the anime, but we know he drinks coffee in the manga). There’s some wall storage and then the fridge, which I feel like the fridge should be wider and there should only be one storage thing(You’ll see two), but fridges are only so big in The Sims so I had to add a second storage thing to fill the space. There’s also no fridges that match the counters(In the anime it seems to be a built in fridge that matches the counters) so I chose a random one. I regret using that one in ways but not enough to retake screenshots.
Tumblr media
The lounge was pretty easy, tbh. I had to use CC couches because we don’t have sectionals in game but this one had an orange swatch!!! That’s like classic Junjou Terrorist. The sectional has a loveseat  across from it and then the TV in the corner. I don’t know how easy it is to see the TV with this layout, tbh. I honestly don’t even know if it’s possible for sims to sit on the sectional and watch TV. The coffee table was light gray, so I just grabbed my favorite coffee table and left it. Next to the TV is the calendar we see in S2, and then a painting, we see two in the room but the quality of the Youtube video isn’t the best so I just chose a random one with similar colors and used it twice. We know there’s either a window or balcony behind the sectional because we see curtains, I assume it’s a balcony so I added a sliding door but you can’t see it.
Tumblr media
I studied the placement of things on the front wall SO MUCH. It’s not spaced out properly, but everything is there. I think the side table should be three tiles wide(You can see the grid placement, each square is a tile), but we only have two wide side tables, so while the plants should be right next to the table, it’s spaced out. The plants aren’t exact, again, I used my favorite plant. The decor on the side table also changes(Two bowls and a plant in S1, a bowl and the plant in S2, pictures in S3) so I used a bowl and plant, and in the lounge pic, you can see I added a picture frame after this shot. In my mind, it represents the picture of Sensei that’s kept in a drawer. There’s also a fire alarm on the wall, I can’t tell what it is in the anime but Sims need fire alarms. We also have no light switches, so that’s a thermostat to represent the lights next to the door. I also wasn’t sure what exact color the door was, so I chose a similar door and color. This one is definitely more of a recreation of placement rather than the most accurate objects. The placement of the side table was something I needed to figure out, I had thought it was behind the dining table so I need to edit a scene.
Tumblr media
The dining room/storage area is really bare and simple. For placement, the table seems to line up with the plant by the door, at least the front chair does. The plant is more tree-like than the plants by the door. Two chairs, which still gets on my nerves because who only has two chairs for a 4-6 seater dining table and I wrote a scene yesterday where the table had 4 chairs and it’s set 5-6 years post S1/S2 so I’m keeping it and assuming they’ve gotten a new dining set(Shinobu has Risako and her twin toddlers over for lunch so it needs four chairs) or something. Very basic. There’s a storage closet in the corner, where Shinobu and Risako both look for their things, we can see in the anime that it sticks out, isn’t in line with the kitchen which looks really good, divides the room up a bit. We see that there’s a picture on the wall close to it from the Risako scene, that’s the reuse of the painting. I used one of the in game closet objects instead of trying to find the right doors and making it myself.
And... That’s it. I didn’t pay too much attention to the walls, I think they’re mostly white so I went with my favorite trusty gray wallpaper with trim, but the kitchen and half wall behind the section seems to be brown so I made it an accent wall kind of? Sims Youtubers like to use the term accent wall so I’m pretending I’m knowledgeable. The floorboards are a medium brown wood. And I have no idea about lighting so I just put some basic lights in, S3 has a few wall lights on the front wall but I didn’t see them in S1/2.
It’s nothing special, but I found it useful and I like it so hopefully other people like it too. I have a few other Junjou Terrorist builds that aren’t recreations but just places like the Takatsuki house, the Anderson house(Shinobu’s Australian host family in my mind, I love them) and their RV for a story I have in the works, Miyagi’s apartment where I took inspiration from the canon one but not exact, things like that. I’d be happy to share those too. I think I used CC from IllogicalSims, Peacemaker-ic, Hey Harrie and FelixAndre(Collab packs), and Littledica so thank you to them. They’re all fantastic creators. If anyone wants this on the gallery, I can replace most of the CC with game items and upload it. Might try to recreate the apartment, but that’ll be a lot of creative liberties.
I’ll shut up now. This is long enough.

IT’S HERE!!!! There’s a Star Wars pack for the Sims 4 that came out today and I’ve been talking about it on my side blog a lot because that’s the blog I use for rambling but since I have Star Wars followers on here, I thought I’d post my Jedi Apprentice(+2 Quest, and an OC) sims dressed in Star Wars clothing. Unfornutely, no *Jedi* outfits but I love some of the CAS outfits. Most of these Sims I’ve had in my game because I love Jedi Apprentice and so I just redressed them. They’re set up to try to play through my Xanatos/Obi-Wan enemies to acquaintances to secret friends with benefits to secret lovers to husbands and Luke’s adopted dads(After the Jedi purge) fanfic that spans from 38 BBY to sometime(I have three generations so I have HCs that go post RotJ).
Picture 1: The Apprentices: Obi-Wan, Garen, Siri, Bant, and Reeft. There’s no Mon Calamarians and we don’t know what Reeft looks like so I made them POCs.
Picture 2: The Jinns: Tahl and Qui-Gon. Happily married. I gasped when I realized they could be happily married in the Sims.
Picture 3: The Young: Cerasi and Nield.
Picture 4: Telos: Tura (Omega), Anastasia, Xanatos, Bruck, and Granta (Omega). (I’ll describe them under a cut because they’re entirely different in the story from Jedi Apprentice/Quest)
I adore this story and I’m so excited that the new pack is inspiring me to at least start a playthrough of that story. I always wanted too but the First Order/Resistance allows me to start the story with them actually being enemies which makes it feel more real, I guess??? Rather than just despising each other for stupid reasons. I also love seeing the JA gang in Star Wars outfits. I’m just super excited. Also, they all live in apartments in San Myushno except for Cerasi and Nield(Evergreen Harbor) since San Myushno reminds me of Coruscant.
Xanatos’ family is a big part of the story. He’s the heir of the most noble house on Telos, and in this verse, he isn’t quite as evil in Jedi Apprentice and becomes a semi normal business man and while his marriage with Tura isn’t a romantic marriage, they spend a long time married and Granta has a normal childhood living in a manor that’s not spent with a single mom at a spaceport fuel depot. He even gets a baby sister, Anastasia, who is adorable and a daddy’s girl and she becomes an amazing ballerina that is good enough to be in the Imperial Ballet. Ana has gone through a lot of changes in the 6 years she’s lived in my mind, and I think I finally have a story that makes sense for the toddler I created. She has a special place in my heart. Tura ends up cheating on Xanatos and it causes a scandal and he ends up moving back to Coruscant(Where he meets Obi-Wan again) so they have split custody which is interesting for the fic because I can make him be a doting dad but also have time where it’s just him and Obi-Wan to do friends with benefit stuff/fall in love so it’s a good balance. Granta is also a good guy, but as a pre-teen, he’s distrustful of Obi-Wan because Xanatos raised him to dislike Jedi, and suddenly his dad is friends with a Jedi and late at night, he hears them having sex??? But he ends up loving Obi-Wan. He becomes a Senator and a secret member of the Rebellion. They all are. Rebellion members.
Bruck has a completely different storyline because he doesn’t meet Xanatos as a teen and he doesn’t die. He ends up secretly reconnecting with his family(Who is a lower noble house on Telos) when he gets time off. He stays Obi-Wan’s rival, but one time when Xanatos takes Obi-Wan to Telos for the winter holidays(After Tura dies, so it makes the kids happy to get their step dad there), he sees Bruck at a formal event and they both are like “You shouldn’t be here” but also can’t tattle on the rule breaking without the other taking them down so they grudgingly keep the other person’s secret and eventually Bruck leaves the Order the assume his position as Lord Bruck and somewhere over the next 15 years, they start to like each other and after Xanatos and Obi-Wan returns to Telos after Order 66, Bruck is the first to call on them, asking Obi-Wan what happened and thankful Obi-Wan is alive. Bruck ends up cool, I guess. It took me years to settle on a story for him too, just like Ana.

SabĂ© and Obi-Wan throughout the years(Feat. Luke, Leia, and my OC of Rey’s mom PadmĂ© *Sabé’s last name*(-Kenobi, but no one knows that she is a Kenobi) made on Doll Divine’s Game of Thrones game.
Happy Sobiweek! I was so excited to see we had a week, but I have no romantic Sobiwan writing muse and that’s my creative forte but I really wanted to do something and I’m a nerd who likes dress up games so it was like. “ Why don’t I make some dolls and drop some headcanons.” So I did. Gonna do the headcanons after the cut though because these gets long. Very long. But it got my creative juices flowing, maybe I can write a bit in this verse!
Also, thank you so much to the people who organized this! This was my first real ship that I read fics for/browsed the websites for/stuff like that so this was the one ship week I had to participate in.
The first picture is obviously Episode I, forgive my horrible attempt at Sabé’s escape dress. Unlike a lot of people, I’m not sure if I headcanon an immediate attraction, SabĂ© is too worried to let her heart think about a crush. However, one night on Tatooine SabĂ© sneaks out of bed and is in the throne room/cockpit/somewhere, going over horrible sceanarios when Obi-Wan comes across her and they talk for hours, about their childhoods and their worries and all of that. It’s the night that Obi-Wan realizes that this barefaced queen in a white nightgown isn’t a queen, but is a decoy, trying to be honest while still having to adopt parts of the true queen’s past. A friendship is born that night, and the first seeds of a longtime love is planeted.
After Qui-Gon’s funeral, they spend a day together, mostly talking but probably walking around Theed or something, getting to know each other. In the ten years in between TPM and AotC, they write letters and see each other a couple times. They’re good friends, but it’s a casual friendship as well.
Episode II, they look the most free, and they are. SabĂ© is still serving PadmĂ©, but more security stuff than a handmaiden. She’s overjoyed to get a chance to work with Obi-Wan again, cue the witty banter we all love to imagine them having. They’re in close contact throughout the movie, building up a trust to add to their friendship. During the war, they become confidants. They talk often, both in the center of the war/political drama. And in between months apart and the battles, in the tired moments when they don’t remember what they’re fighting for, they let kisses on cheeks linger, fingers entwine and their words are a bit too romantic, but they don’t care as much anymore, never knowing if this will be the last time they meet, SabĂ© going through countless rumors of her unspoken love being killed in battle to the point where she’s numb to them.
By Episode III, SabĂ© is more an advisor to PadmĂ©, or a senatorial aide. She knows all the political secrets and is a member of the Delegation of 2000. She is often a messenger between the higher ranking senators in the group. As for her relationship with Obi-Wan, they share information and worries, about their friends and the state of the Republic, quiet conversations in the Senate building and long conversations in her apartment and the rare joyful lunch at Dex’s, They lose each other after Order 66, the one time she’s truly terrified that he’s dead. And then PadmĂ© is dead and she returns to Naboo to oversee funeral preperations.
He comes to her the night after the funeral, both broken, their entire lives changed and the organizations they served dead. He can’t tell her everything, but he tells her about who Leia is, about where he is going, about how PadmĂ© truly died. And when she kissed him, he lets her, and when he wants more, she lets herself give in. Both know that much as they have to say goodbye to their best friends and old lives, they know that they must say goodbye to each other. The next morning, he leaves for Tatooine, and the next week, she returns to Coruscant to serve Senator Binks in the Imperial Senate, a secret member of the rebellion, still a messenger and more.
She also becomes a mother. Her one night with Obi-Wan resulted in a daughter, who she named after her best friend. However, she can’t be a huge part of her daughter’s life, Coruscant is not safe for the child of Obi-Wan Kenobi and she travels a lot. It’s no life for a child, so PadmĂ© is raised by her maternal grandparents on Naboo. However, Bail knows that SabĂ© longs for a life where she can know her daughter, so he offers her a chance to be Leia’s tutor. From age eight? ten?, Leia and PadmĂ© are raised together, Leia trained to be a senator, PadmĂ© is nudged to be no one special, no one at all, to live the safe life her parents never could.
(And she does, marries a man on Naboo, has a daughter they name Rey, and dies in a speeder accident at age 32)
Meanwhile, Obi-Wan is watching over Luke. I feel like SabĂ© ends up visiting him and telling him about their child, but he won’t risk being spotted with the child, so he watches her life in pictures and holovids from SabĂ©. It’s enough, but he always hopes one day it’ll be safe to meet her in person. He never sees the day, but one day she learns the truth about her father.
And... Yeah. No happily ever after, but they’re both too dedicated to their duties and this is Star Wars. No one truly gets a happy ending. Well, the sequel characters might. IDK. But it’s a love and friendship that lasts a lifetime, and that’s enough for them. Congrats if you read all this and I hope you’re enjoying Sobiweek!

So, Reddit is like "How did Kunimi get invited to the training camp when Hinata didn't??? He's not that good of a player."
One, how dare you insinuate that my baby plant isn't a good player?
(Also, yes, baby plant. I don’t think Seijou has an animal mascot but plants have been suggested. Go with it.
Like, seriously. Kageyama was shocked when Kunimi got switched out for a guy he didn't know because even in middle school, Kunimi was THAT good, THAT smart. And maybe Kunimi's strengths lie in his smarts whether than his physical skills. But we do not know that because of how underdeveloped Kunimi is. We have see Kunimi in like two and a half matches, one he was switched out so his senpai could play. We haven't seen Kunimi's full potential. Far from it. But you do know what we do know about Kunimi?
As a first year, he was a full time starter for Seijou, only being switched out for the libero. And Kyoutani. But still.
The third years have retired. There's no doubt that he's a full-fledged starter now.
And Seijou isn't just ANY team. They were introduced as a team where the members of the team could go anywhere and be their ace.
Kunimi is a first year starter for a high-leveled team. We shouldn't HAVE to see his skill to know if he's a good player. He is because he's a first year starting for one of the top four teams in the prefecture. Top two teams in his first ever high school tournament. Kunimi is a good player. There is no way he would be a starter that early if he didn't have serious skill.
Two, let's compare that to Hinata.
Hinata is a starter for a school that is good, but it isn't a powerhouse. Not in this era, at least. But even so, the main thing he has his freak quick with Kageyama. And he can't do that without Kageyama, who obviously is a level about the others training camp wise. What does Hinata have without Kageyama? He's very short, and blockers need to be tall. He's not particularly good at serving, he's the one who is always switched out for Yamaghuichi or Noya. What does Hinata have other that the skill-and mostly the shock- of the freak quick? Not much, honestly.
And the thing is, Hinata is a main character. We have seen him in match after match, training session after training session. And it always goes back to Kageyama. People have pointed out that Hinata should've been invited to improve on his own. This isn't a friendly invite the entire team thing. This is to train those who have shown talent-To train the next Ushijimas and Oikawas and Tendous. Whether fans have gotten to see that talent or not, it has to be there.
Kumini is underdeveloped character yet playing for a powerhouse team. Hinata is a fleshed out character whose skills go back to another character and plays for a team that quite frankly I think shouldn't have beaten Shiratorizawa. Just my opinion.
Overall, though, as someone who had very little interest in the Tokyo matches, I can't wait to see the training camps. I wonder if Kageyama will run into anyone we know.

IwaOi Headcanons: First meeting-Elementary school
Because I have so many IwaOi headcanons, I started to write them down and figured I’d share them on Tumblr. The list got really long so I figured I’d split them up by age. Here are the early miid childhood headcanons.
IwaOi
The Iwaizumi family moved in next to the Oikawa family when their moms were pregnant and the two of them bonded over the fact that they were both having kids around the same time. For the Oikawas, Tooru is the third-and last- child, his older brother was 15 and his older sister around 10-12. For the Iwaizumis, Hajime was the first child.
The two met when Tooru was barely two weeks old when Tooru's sister had a doctor's appointment that Mom had to take her to and his brother was busy and Mom didn't want to disrupt Tooru's nap schedule(Even as a newborn, he doesn't get enough sleep) so she asks Mama Iwaizumi to stay with him for a few hours. When Mama Iwaizumi arrives with Hajime, Mama Oikawa answers the door holding Tooru. It's on the doorstep that Hajime gives his first real smile. Tooru seems happy too.
Mom tries to get Tooru to sleep after introducing him to Hajime and his mom, but Tooru won't settle down. Hajime's mom ends up telling her to go since she left a bottle of milk. But Tooru won't stop crying, and that makes Hajime cry. At some point, she sets Tooru down on Hajime's blanket. Within a minute, they're quiet(except for Hajime's happy sounds). They snuggled up, asleep, with five minutes. Mama Oikawa is quite happy with the turn of events.
From that day on, Hajime and Tooru spend a lot of time together and go through quite a few milestones together. They nap together multiple times a week, play next to each other on the floors, follow each other around when they can both crawl/walk. Tooru's first word is Iwa(A headcanon that is not mine originally but I fell in love with it). Their families grow quite close and the boys call each other's parents Mom and Dad as well as their own.
The Iwaizumi family has their next child when the boys are three. Mama Iwaizumi goes into labor in the middle of the night so Hajime gets to sleepover at the Oikawas(Still sleeping in Tooru's bed) while Dad takes Mom to the hospital. The Oikawa parents take the boys together to meet the new baby-a boy. Tooru meets the baby just minutes after Hajime does, getting to climb up in the bed and see this hours old little one.
Tooru meets Hajime's other baby siblings at the same time Hajime does as well. The twins(A boy and girl) when they're in their second year of elementary school and another girl when they're in the first year of middle school. Likewise, when Tooru becomes an uncle thanks to his brother, Hajime meets Takeru when Tooru does(Fifth year of elementary school). The four younger Iwaizumi siblings call Tooru 'Tooru-nii-chan' and Takeru calls Hajime 'Uncle Hajime.'
When they start preschool, Hajime is very outgoing and willing to befriend others. Tooru? Not so much. He clings to Hajime and follows him everywhere. Their futons are next to each others and if they're not just on one futon, they're on the very edge of their own futon. Whenever the teachers try to get Tooru to be more outgoing, he just gets mad. Eventually, Hajime convinces Tooru to be more outgoing, although at the end of the day, no one comes near Hajime in Tooru's eyes.
They get into volleyball the summer of their second year of elementary school because the local recreation department is offering lessons and Hajime wants to try it, so Tooru wants to try it. Neither expects to fall in love with the sport so quickly, but they do. Other popular summertime activities for them include bug hunting(much to Tooru's displeasure), climbing trees, playing games with aliens and Godzilla, playing Pokemon(their first games are Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire), and stargazing.
While Tooru outgrows his alien phase, they never lose their love for stargazing. In their hectic and confidence shaking teenage years, stargazing is the once place where they never bicker. Not once. Stargazing is for the best friends in them, to lay together and just be. Often, their serious conversations happen under the stars, be it volleyball("Iwa-chan, do you think I'm a great setter? I know I'm a good one but I'm no genius so can I be better than just good?" "Tooru, you're an amazing setter") or family problems("Tooru, I'm scared for Mom. They say the older you get, the more pregnancy problems you have and she's not exactly young." "Iwa-chan, Mom is one of the strongest people I know. She'll be fine."
This is really long as is, so congrats if they you read all of them. I’ll post middle school headcanons soon, unless no one likes these ones.

I've only seen the Seijou parts of the stage play but my favorite part about it is that Kousuke and Yuuya portray Iwaoi as childhood best friends. Especially from Iwaizumi's side. It's not just Iwaizumi yelling at Oikawa for being an idiot. It's Iwaizumi clapping Oikawa on the back after a good jump serve. It's him standing up for Oikawa when Maaki wants to ditch him. It's seeing them talk on the sidelines. I know we all ship Iwaoi but friendship!Iwaoi is so important. And the play protrayed it perfectly.

The Handmaiden's Granddaughter: A theory on Rey’s heritage
I left the theater the first time after seeing TFA thinking Rey was Luke’s daughter. A few hours later, I was Reylo trash and had read theories that Rey was actually Obi-Wan’s granddaughter. I love Obi-Wan, so I jumped onto that theory quickly(plus, a part of me feels like Rey being Luke’s daughter is a bit too obvious). At first I defaulted to Satine being her grandmother because I already headcanon her canon nephew, Korkie, actually being her son with Obi-Wan. But that didn’t sit right with me, there was always this nagging feeling that Daisy Ridley looked to much like Natalie Portman for Rey not to be Padmé’s granddaughter. And then it hit me.
What if Rey’s not Padmé’s granddaughter. What if she’s Sabé’s?
For those of you don’t know who SabĂ© is, she’s PadmĂ© decoy and best friend in TPM, who is played by Keira Knightley. She bares a striking resemblence to Natalie, when in costume, not even their mothers could tell who was who. And back in the day, SabĂ© was commonly shipped with Obi-Wan(I’ve also seen them as Mara Jade’s parents in fanfic). They’re the pairing that first got me into the Star Wars fandom six years ago. But what if something did happen between them in canon, like after Padmé’s death, and they had a daughter. Who also had a daughter. Who ended up being Rey.
(Long Headcanons under the cut)
I doubt it’ll happen in canon, but I quite like the idea. In my mind, around the time the twins were born, SabĂ© and Obi-Wan(who are already close friends) meet and end up having sex(Maybe it’s the night before or of Padmé’s funeral and they’re both not thinking straight) and SabĂ© ends up pregnant with a girl, who she names PadmĂ© after her best friend. Going along with her EU backstory, SabĂ© continues to serve as an aide to JarJar and joins Bail’s group of rebels and but eventually tutors Leia(and Winter in the EU). PadmĂ© probably stays on Naboo with family as a child but comes to Alderaan when SabĂ© starts to tutor Leia. The girls probably became close but SabĂ© and PadmĂ© eventually returns to Naboo when Leia enters the Senate.
A few years later, after Leia discovers who her real family is, she introduces Luke to SabĂ©, who tells them stories of their parents and Obi-Wan when they were young. They both keep in touch with her and her daughter and ten years after Leia has Ben, PadmĂ© has a girl named Rey and Leia, Han, Ben, and Luke goes to meet baby Rey. Ben is fascinated with baby Rey, and whines when they leave, but Luke tells him that Rey is force sensitive and will join them at the Academy in a few years. It ends up being only a year or two later, due to something happening to her parents and SabĂ©, now in her sixties, knows she can’t care for a baby all on her own, so she gives Luke custody of Rey, so in a way, she is Luke’s daughter.
Ben, who has become an outcast at the Academy due to his fequent nightmares about the dark side, which turned into a fear of the force itself(ask me for headcanons about Ben. I already have a handful of them), is overjoyed to have Rey there. He plays with her a lot and his nightmares seems to lessen once she, who is so strong in the light side of the Force, a little becon of light for Ben, who has equal amounts of dark and light in him, comes to the Academy. Force ghost!Obi-Wan loves watching over his granddaughter play with Anakin’s grandson and Force ghost!Anakin loves to joke that they’ll get married one day and have Skywalker-Kenobi-Naberrie-*whatever Sabé’s last name is* babies. Fast forward a few years to Ben finally giving into Snoke’s seduction, he plans the massacre to be on a day where Rey is in town with an adult Jedi. But then he hears her screams and realizes one of the Knights of Ren is trying to kill her. He saves her and can’t figure out what to do with her. She can’t stay with him and she can’t go back to Naboo. So he leaves her and Jakku with a promise to come back to her.
And the TFA happens and then Rey and Kylo falls in love and she brings him back to the light side and they get married and live as happily ever after. Or as happily ever as Star Wars will allow.
But think about it. It wouldn’t just be Anakin’s grandson marrying Obi-Wan’s granddaughter. It would be Padmé’s grandson marrying Sabé’s granddaughter. It’s a queen’s grandson marrying her handmaiden’s granddaughter. It’s a match, that given their grandparent’s closness to each other, that is too good to be true. It’s perfect in so many ways. And despite both their faults, they’re perfect for each other, but that’s best saved for another meta. Like I said, I doubt it’ll happen but it’s going to be my default Rey’s heritage theory/headcanon and really fun to play around with. So feel free to message me about this or Reylo/Ben headcanons.
