She doesn't know she's a part of Bhaal, she doesn't remember the atrocities she commited not that long ago, she can't help feeling desperate, drowning in her own body, in her own mind.

This will be her journey, and I'll be glad to share it with you.

I'm re-playing Baldur's Gate, and I'm gonna try the Dark Urge route, because I want to fuck Bhaal up and improve this poor person's life.

I literally have no idea what to expect from the route, so do you have any tips I can use not to screw everything in my path?

Man, I miss Dragon Age. I'm so tremendously engaged on its brilliant lore that I don't know what I'm gonna do when I have Dreadwolf in my hands.

I miss Thedas and my characters, I miss exploring and unveiling mystery after mystery.

Dreadwolf is the game I'll be bothering people with for years because I'll finally get some answers -and some new theories, I'm sure- and see new corners of that wonderful world.

Yes, I understand the hate. What's been done to Bioware is a fucking shame and EA is nothing more than a bunch of greedy assholes. Certain features in the games can be improved and there's always the looming terror that they're gonna fuck Dreadwolf up.

But you know what? I will still play it with the same illusion I received the former three games, and if any of you wants to keep grumbling about them not being the copy of Origins you seem to want, you can go screw yourselves because I honestly couldn't care less.

LOUDER FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE BACK

CONFESSION:

I'm really getting tired of the purity police in this fandom constantly reminding me that characters are problematic and such. I'm a grown gay man in the medical profession living in a shitty backwoods state where me and my fiancé could get murdered. He teaches high school and there are now books he can't even teach due to shitty uneducated parents who think of school as a daycare center rather than a place to educate their children to help them become functioning adults. And they think censorship is protecting them.   We both play videogames to escape and relax. We don't need to be reminded that characters are problematic. And I know these games are not perfect but if I want to blow off steam by escaping to Thedas for an hour and  going on the occasional mission with Dorian, I'm going to fucking do it.  And next time somebody tries to tell me he or another character is 'problematic' I'm going to ask them what was the last book they burned and hope they learn to not bother me.
