Tuesday, I’m in love.

Hidden away in the far corner, she's chosen to sit with her back to the wall. She's concentrated, sipping out of her White House mug (the very same Josh had gifted her, he guesses). An organized pile of dot matrix pages fill the square table. A roller suitcase leans against the table leg, airline tags still attached at the handle, reading DCA-LAX and then back. On the chair next to her is a leather messenger bag, strap saggy around the frame of the chair.

Kenny is nowhere in sight. 

Josh second-guesses whether he should or shouldn't, but he'd seem like an ass if he didn't, right? You miss all the shots you don't take.

(Or: the "regular Tuesday suit" brings luck, again.)
