On friday i had a terrible binge but i puked. I still feel guilty about it but yesterday i had a fast and burned 463 calories so it wasnt that bad

I just binged about 600cals and I throwed it up because I was supposed to fast and I fucked up and I鈥檓 so mad at me em bc throwing up isn鈥檛 as satisfying for me as starving and idk how man cals it took but I hope not more than 250.

3 day fasts or more
max 150 cals a day
if ate too much: throw up or workout until you burn it
workouts 3 times a week
everyday bodycheck
if hungry: drink water, do a bodycheck and look out for your thinspo
remember that food is your enemy
you love the feeling od being hungry, you are obsessed with it

Hi, last month was terrible for me because i was overeating and i am so mad at myself for this. My plans to lose weight before summer are fucked up but it鈥檚 never too late to start again so here i am.
