Keep is simple.. remember these tips... Especially when your first starting out on your journey But..be mindful of hidden ingredients, for example, there is this Buffalo grilled chicken salad that I absolutely love at 54th Street Restaurant and every time I eat I I feel like complete 💩 !! Like seriously totally crap! My head hurts, my joints hurt, my stomach feels inflamed, my vision is blurry and my sinuses are stuffy. After waiting months in between trying it again I finally decided to look up nutrition and allergy info on their website. What did I find.... freaking MSG and gluten... Yup, that's the last time I'll be having that!
