Zendaya, Josh O’Connor, and Mike Faist for The New York Times
“We discussed a lot about how we could flesh out the basic point that the triangle is not just two people after one, but the corners touch together all the time. You’re not jealous of your girlfriend or your boyfriend. You’re jealous because you’re not chosen by one and you’re losing the other.” — Luca Guadagnino, about ‘Challengers’ for The New York Times
Is there going to be another book after TSC?? I was under the impression that this one was just for the author to exorcise her lingering inner demons re: Jean and then that would be that, but I would love it if she mentioned putting out another book...
I'm back, trying to to keep ask culture alive in 2024....ended up testing + for C19 this weekend so I read all of TSC starting 12 hours ago lol I really liked it! Jean getting some more depth is great, and I was glad to be back in Nora's sad boys universe for a bit of angst...wish it had a little more at the end but I guess that's what the fanfic is for!
hi! I'm glad you liked it. I'm with you that the end felt a bit abrupt, imo the optimal way to read her books is doing like a 3-day full immersion to read a whole series with no pauses. that way you also don't dwell too much on the plot since well... it is what it is lmao
anyway, I can't wait to spend more time in jeremy's head in the next one (ones? idk)
