"Kasalanan ko ba?"

"Sabihin mo saakin ako nga ang dahilan…"

"Zeus, si ate medjo tatagalan. Hintayin mo lang ako okay..?"

"Kuya Hikako!!"

Yelled a child.

She was running after a group of 4 boys who were leaving at the residence of Kendrick Montero Johnson.

Who may this child be? Must be a friend of the boy.

"Didn't I tell you, alright? Don't call me your 'kuya' anymore, Adrastus."

Hikako said to the girl while crossing both of his arms. Ever since he met this strange girl, she has been following him like a lost puppy. Maybe that's how she shows her gratitude? But are there any reasons? That's Hikako's mind, asking himself these questions that are not answered.

A faint pout is shown to the face of the young child in front of Hikako to show herself that she is not amused and agreeing to this statement made by him.

"But kuya, I just respect you. Is it even illegal saying that word?"

She tilted her head to the left when she mentioned the word 'illegal'. "There you go again. I mean I just have to mention you aren't here in the Philippines, you're in Japan so you better stop that－"

"Shut up dude! Just let the kid be, aren't ya goin somewhere else with this?" 

Well, Hikako, who was slapped on the back of his neck by a friend, glared at them with his dry eyes. What can he do? He hates it anyway.  "Aeron, I swear…"

"'Aeron I swear' what?? Come on, say pussy!"

"Both of you, in name of the good lord, please stop…"  Unamused, their friend obviously gave his energy to them. 

"You know, we should just wait until Vaughn and someone else so we can go to Shinjuku." Announced he.

"Someone else?" Hikako, Aeron and Adrastus looked at the boy's direction. "Who?? 'Someone else'?? who are they?"

"I am very confused right now."

"Uhh… Kuya Seiji, can you elaborate further? Please?"

"Fine."

After Seiji explained that specific 'someone' to them. Their reactions leaves to;

"GIRLFRIEND?!"

"Yes, you are correct. I said Vaughn has a girlfriend." Seiji and the others are now at a bus stop. Waiting for their familiar to pick them up, or at least for the boys, they were waiting there as light drops of tears falling from the dark blue skies. It has been hard for them since they are just kids, kids whose childhood is messed up.

But this dialogue won't be about their tragic little lives. Going back;

Adrastus looked at Seiji with widened eyes, for sure she is intrigued by this particular subject, especially when this is an adult relationship that Seiji somewhat has an idea about. "Kuya Seiji! What's the name of kuya Vaughn's girlfriend?"

"Yeah, yeah! Who is she? Why is she??"

"What is she??"

"Honestly, can the two of you shut the fuck up? It's annoying."

Another friend of Hikako told them to quiet themselves but with a really rude tone and attitude. It's no surprise for them since they are used to this kind of treatment from their friend. "What the hell is your problem? We were just asking a question, then this is how you'd act?"

Toxic friendship? Well you can say that, that's how they act and how they are to each other. Hence that they'll grow to realize this.

"All I just said is to shut the fuck up." 

"Was it really necessary to curse kuya Yusei?" Said the young Adrastus. "If it's to make them quiet, yes." The name mentioned by Adrastus is now said, the boy who spat at the boys witj such vulgar statements is named Yusei, otherwise known as Yusei Adachihara. 

"Sheesh, I wonder what's gotten into you." pouted Adrastus, "Why be surprised? Yusei's just being the bitch he is." Hikako scoffed at his friend with a smirk. "I mean, no wonder why he acts like that."

Oh? Well, Yusei sensed mockery in Hikako's sentence which made him twitch, the fact he hates him but always wondered why he was nis friend anyways. Redflags is all he saw.

Adrastus and Aeron are looking at the two who are arguing just a second ago, Yusei still Nas his patience so he says to "Seiji." He mentioned. "you can answer them."

Seiji nodded in agreement and began to go back to their previous subject.

"Yes, Vaughn has a significant other. And the name is…"

…

The boy is processing, thinking of his answer that he will give to the questioners. He's looking at the right corner of his eye trying to think and process what he's going to say. 

"Is? Come on Seiji! Just speak up!" Adrastus, the young girl who's desperately waiting for her question to be answered. "Hold on, I forgot who she is."

Now that Seiji mentioned 'forgot', Aeron, Hikako, and Adrastus began to whine audibly. Their complaints were making Yusei a bit annoyed due to the point that they were acting childish indeed.

"C'mon! All we wanted to know is the name, yet you forgot!?" Adrastus angrily said to Seiji. "It's just that simple!" She added. "I even wanted to know who she is…" The girl now drastically stood up and squatted down in a childish behavior. "I mean, we don't know. We'll meet her anyway, so maybe you could ask her guys." Seiji stated to the girl as he approached Adrastus.

"Wait, we'll meet her?!" Yelled Aeron and also stood up in excitement along with Hikako. "Did you guys not listen to what I said earlier?" Questioned Seiji. "I mentioned 'someone else', so I mean that someone else is her, you guys even bought that up and didn't even listen. Idiots."

"Hey!!"

As it was mentioned, they were at the bus stop waiting for the friend of Seiji. It's a good thing that there is a playground near by so the children can play, it's also a good thing that there were no delinquents that came to mess around with them. 

Now, it was 1:39am in Tokyo. It's late and kids at this time should be asleep for them, but no. These youngsters decided to go out and stay awake. 

A very familiar motorcycle engine sounds that are on the way to the bus stop where Hikako and the others are. It's pitch black in color but light helped it make it visible to one's eye. 

In the motorcycle, there is a driver with black clothing and brown long hair that is tied in a lower bun. 

And who might this other be?

The person behind the driver, with a short curly wolf cut, hunter Green jacket, white tee, baggy black cargo pants and some pairs of converse.

The girl behind the driver caught Adrastus's eyes, she was… no, no no. She is beautiful and magnificent, or if it's in French, it would be Beau et Magnifique.

"Vaughn!! You came!" 

When Seiji spoke, Adrastus came back to reality and already saw this person who's set assuming named 'Vaughn' and the girl she was staring at was behind her.

"Too damn bad this girl is this guy's girlfriend…"

"So this has to be the girl you're talking about Seiji!" Aeron said, while knocking the shoulder of Hikako and Seiji. "Yeah. And meet my brother's friend, Vaughn Maisonneuve. His French."

When Seiji introduced Vaughn to the group, Vaughn lifted his arm and showed his palm. He didn't talk but he greeted them physically and visually. With his salutations to the others, the children also greeted them back. But Adrastus's curiosity to the girl still didn't fade away. She didn't want to be weird but couldn't think straight as well, so she asked her while pointing.

"What flavour is that candy?"
