Finally got my Stribog! Didn't even bother trying the factory lower/mags. Also made up a couple kydex mag pouches for it while I was at it.

Hello, I have recently been browsing your blog and admiring some of the axe restorations you have done. The 3 lb true temper flint edge jersey you restored is really beautiful work. I was wondering if you by chance have any axes for sale? Im looking for something with a head weight of 3 lbs or less... So a boxs axe or smaller felling axe, preferably in a Jersey pattern. If you would happen to have anything in that at range you would be willing to part with I would be glad to hear about it!

Hi there. No, sorry I don't. I got into this and making my own handles before it was cool and now everything is silly money. I haven't bought an axe to work on in a long time at this point. I have considered trading handles for heads though.

A year of use on the Tanfo. I’m not good at sticking to one gun when it comes to USPSA/Multigun because I am more interested in shooting and owning guns I enjoy instead of gamer only guns. So it’s not like a full year of continuous matches but a fair number.

I dunno, I've watched this guy's content a couple times and I cannot connect with anything he says. Metal fans are not rewarding gimmick bands with their dollars, main stream gimmick fans are rewarding gimmick bands with their dollars. The people filling those stadiums don't care what the music is - they're off watching a Taylor Swift concert the very next day. These aren't "metal fans". All of the gimmicky bands he mentions in the entire video are bands I have never listened to or taken seriously, including Slip Knot. I think it's a reach to call Five Finger Death Punch's military connection a gimmick - it's a long damn ways from wearing makeup and glitter. Every band has "something" that is unique to them but that unique thing isn't a gimmick for simply existing. A couple weird bands get some traction and the immediate conclusion is that "metal fans" are gimmick hypocrites and that metal is dying because legitimate bands aren't filling stadiums? That theory is a reach and ignores the fact that lots of people will watch anything as long as it does have that entertaining aspect to it. In fact, I would argue, that is most "main stream" type fans. Metal has never been mainstream and I would argue that it is mainstream fans encouraging gimmicky bands which in turn infects the genre. You can't argue that actual metal fans are doing this, because we aren't and we do find this shit annoying.

Made myself some new mag carriers today. First time trying the double layer kydex and it worked out great. Makes them super heavy duty. I wanted to be able to cant them and swap them out easily so this time I designed my block mold for tek-loks.
