ok so like. soul eater au follows canon events but we switch nezuko being a demon with being a latent witch infected with black blood. she might have weapon abilities but those could just be witch magic

this way she's still got ppl wanting her dead AND Tanjiro wants to help her.

MAYBE the breathing styles are instead like, a weapon form? and Tanjiro's weapon weapon form is also latent bc he's only really needed to light and keep the house warm.

i just really really want that ancestor connection written in the rengoku family archive!!

Not to sound disrespectful but doesn’t it bother you shipping a child with an adult? Like I’m curious as to what the appeal is with RenTan and other ships that are similar. (This is really for educational purposes and just really curious as to why people like it)

Not to sound disrespectful but does it bother you that people enjoy Disney's Sleeping Beauty? How about bookstores selling and people enjoying books like Twilight? How about you go to one and ask people buying these books the same question? I'm really curious how they'll react!

Also, Rentan is the most popular kny ship if you look at the prixiv data, and I'd say that's mainly due to the characters dynamics not the arbitrarily picked ages for some fictional animated characters. And even if it wasn't, they're not real.

I hope I addressed this complete non issue and also please don't bother asking me any more questions since I have better things to do with my time. Thanks!

Just curious

I love both characters

I love their bond

They have the right amount of angst in that one dies protecting the other, but they also have a happy ending with them getting reincarnated together in the future.

They have the best official art and fanart out there.

Rentan fans are the sweetest too! ❤️
