As you spoke, she paused, hearing your voice, but not being able to hear what you were saying. As she tried to draw closer, you ran, resulting in her giving chase. She ran fluidly, hoping to catch up to you before you disappeared into the maze of streets. "Hey, wait! I'm not going to hurt you!" She called this out, her lack of accent obvious, as she hunted you.

Akira was walking through the streets of Paris one night, going back to her hotel after doing some overtime, when she saw something moving in the shadows. She spun towards it and made her way over, her guns just concealed beneath her suit. (KY!AKIRA)

Phantom R and Gâteau were taking a detour down one of the backstreets from having just exited the Louvre Museum from successfully bagging their latest prize: The Serpentine Bracelet. The section of the Museum the bracelet was ”on view” to was currently prohibited to the public, not even security could enter. That is what most likely made their heisting a little easier to succeed in.

"Well… We’ve finally got this bracelet. I guess It’s time to go home and ponder. You do much pondering, Gâteau?"

Their conversation was cut off by both hearing footsteps. Footsteps were bad, they were especially bad given the current situation. The owner of the footsteps was most likely to belong to a constable during this hour and considering what the two had just done. Paris will be crawling with all types of security right now.
