I complain online a lot but my unhappiness mostly stems from how traumatic my life has been up until like maybe 3 years ago? Maybe a little longer. Adjusting to a generally stable life and maintaining that calm now is really difficult for me. I want to fall into old emotional habits constantly. That being said; everyday is more beautiful than the last. I am genuinely happy with where my life is. I don't feel like I deserve it a lot of the time but then reflect on my surroundings and how important and special all of my loved ones are to me. I have forgiven myself for a lot but will never forget. I have also (mostly) forgiven a lot of people closest to me at one point or another in my life, and am comfortable knowing that burdening weight slowly falls off of my theoretical shoulders more and more with each passing day. I will probably never be a normal successful functioning adult fully, but i'm genuinely trying my best and am stoked to have the ability to and thats what rly matters to me the most.
