Steve & Tony's wedding night
As the anticipation for their wedding day grew, Tony found himself eager to make their first night together as husband and husband truly special for Steve. Despite his own desires, he respected Steve's old-school values and eagerly looked forward to the day they could finally be together in every way.
On the night of their wedding, after the celebration had ended and they were finally alone in their room, Tony couldn't help but feel a nervous excitement coursing through him. He wanted everything to be perfect for Steve, to show him just how much he meant to him.
With candles casting a soft glow around the room and petals scattered across the bed, Tony took Steve's hand in his, his heart pounding with love and anticipation. "I know we've waited a long time for this, Steve," Tony began softly, "and I want tonight to be everything you've ever dreamed of."
Steve's eyes sparkled with emotion as he gazed into Tony's, his hand squeezing Tony's reassuringly. "Tony, you've already given me everything I could ever want just by being here with me," Steve whispered, his voice filled with love.
But Tony had one more surprise up his sleeve. With a tender smile, he led Steve to the center of the room, where a gramophone stood waiting, softly playing their favorite song.
As they swayed together in each other's arms, the rest of the world melted away, leaving only the two of them lost in the magic of the moment. And as they danced beneath the stars, Tony knew that this was just the beginning of their life full of love.
After their dance, Tony led Steve to the bed, where they sat together, hands intertwined, savoring the quiet intimacy of the moment. Tony leaned in to press a gentle kiss to Steve's lips, his touch feather-light yet filled with unspoken promises.
"Steve," Tony murmured against his lips, "Tell me what you want, and I'll make it happen."
Steve's heart swelled with love at Tony's words, his eyes shining with emotion. "Tony, just being here with you is more than I ever dared to hope for," he confessed softly.
But Tony was determined to make the night unforgettable for his beloved. With a tender smile, he brushed his lips against Steve's in a series of soft, lingering kisses, each one filled with a depth of emotion that words could never express.
As they undressed each other slowly, their movements tender and reverent, Tony made sure to take his time, worshipping every inch of Steve's body with his hands and lips. And when they finally came together as one, it was with a passion and intensity that left them both breathless, their love igniting like a wildfire in the night.
Afterwards, as they lay entwined in each other's arms, their bodies still humming with the echoes of their lovemaking, Tony pressed a soft kiss to Steve's forehead, his heart overflowing with love.
"Thank you, Steve," Tony whispered, his voice filled with emotion. "For choosing me, for loving me, for being my everything."
*
As Tony lay beside Steve in the afterglow of their first night together, a myriad of emotions washed over him. He felt a sense of profound connection and intimacy unlike anything he had ever experienced before. Every touch, every kiss, every whispered word had been a testament to their love, a love that transcended time and space.
But along with the overwhelming joy and fulfillment, Tony also felt a twinge of vulnerability. In opening himself up to Steve, he had exposed a part of himself that he had kept hidden for so long, afraid of being hurt. Yet now, as he lay beside the man he loved more than anything in the world, he realized that it was worth it. Worth every moment of fear and uncertainty, worth every heartache and setback, to be here in this moment with Steve.
Tony turned to press a gentle kiss to Steve's temple, his heart overflowing with love. He felt a sense of peace settle over him, knowing that no matter what challenges they faced in the future, as long as they had each other, they could weather any storm.
With Steve by his side, Tony felt whole in a way he had never thought possible. And as they drifted off to sleep, wrapped in each other's embrace, Tony knew that this was just the beginning of their happily ever after. With Steve by his side, anything was possible.
*
For Steve, the night was a whirlwind of emotions, each one more intense than the last. As he lay beside Tony, his heart still racing from their lovemaking, he felt a profound sense of contentment wash over him. He had waited so long for this moment, had dreamed of it in the quiet moments when he thought no one was watching. And now, here he was, with Tony by his side, sharing in a love that felt like it was written in the stars.
But along with the joy and fulfillment, Steve also felt a lingering sense of disbelief. He couldn't quite wrap his mind around the fact that this was real, that Tony Stark, the man he had admired and loved from afar for so long, was here with him, sharing in this intimate moment.
As Tony pressed a tender kiss to his temple, Steve's heart swelled with love. He felt a sense of security and belonging that he had never known before, a feeling that he never wanted to let go of.
But above all, Steve felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude. Gratitude for Tony, for his love, for his unwavering support and understanding. Gratitude for this moment, this night, this love that felt like a miracle in the midst of chaos.
As they drifted off to sleep, wrapped in each other's arms, Steve knew that he had finally found his place in the world, his soulmate, his home. And as he whispered those three little words against Tony's chest, he knew that they meant more than anything he had ever said before.

In the dimly lit confines of Stark Tower, Steve Rogers, aka Captain America, sat at his desk, his mind wandering as he pretended to review mission reports. But his thoughts were far from the tasks at hand; instead, they were consumed by one man: Tony Stark, the brilliant and enigmatic Iron Man.
Ever since they had joined forces as Avengers, Steve had found himself drawn to Tony in ways he couldn't quite comprehend. It wasn't just Tony's genius or his bravado that captivated Steve; it was something deeper, something he struggled to put into words. He admired Tony's wit, his charm, and his unwavering determination to protect the world, even if it meant putting himself in harm's way.
But there was something else too, something Steve dared not acknowledge even to himself: he was in love with Tony Stark.
It was a love that burned quietly within him, a secret he kept hidden from everyone, especially Tony. He couldn't bear the thought of jeopardizing their friendship or their partnership as Avengers. So, he buried his feelings deep inside, contenting himself with stolen glances and fleeting moments of closeness.
Meanwhile, Tony seemed oblivious to Steve's internal turmoil. In fact, he often took pleasure in teasing Steve, flirting shamelessly with him in front of the other Avengers. He would throw out innuendos and suggestive comments, always with a mischievous twinkle in his eye. And while Steve tried to maintain his composure, he couldn't help but feel a flush of embarrassment whenever Tony turned his attention towards him.
One night, as the rest of the Avengers retired to their quarters, Steve found himself unable to sleep. His thoughts, as always, drifted to Tony. Unable to resist the pull any longer, he made his way down to Tony's lab, his heart pounding in his chest.
When he arrived, he found Tony hunched over his workbench, tinkering with one of his suits. The soft glow of the arc reactor illuminated his features, casting shadows across his angular face. Steve couldn't tear his gaze away, his breath catching in his throat.
"Hey, Cap," Tony said, looking up from his work with a smile. "Couldn't sleep?"
Steve shook his head, trying to disguise the nervous flutter in his stomach. "Thought I'd bring you some coffee," he said, holding out the steaming mug.
Tony's smile widened as he took the coffee, his fingers brushing against Steve's in the process. "Thanks, buddy," he said, taking a sip. "Just what I needed."
Steve watched as Tony settled back on the couch, patting the space beside him. "Join me?" he asked, his eyes twinkling with mischief.
Unable to resist, Steve sank down onto the couch beside Tony, the heat of his body sending shivers down Steve's spine. They sat in comfortable silence for a moment, the only sound the soft hum of machinery in the background.
And then, without warning, Tony turned towards Steve, his eyes dark with desire. Before Steve could react, Tony's lips were on his, capturing him in a searing kiss that left him breathless.
For a moment, Steve forgot everything—their roles as Avengers, their complicated past, even his own fears and insecurities. All that mattered was the feel of Tony's lips against his, the taste of him, the heat of his body pressed against Steve's own.
As their lips parted, Tony's hands traced the contours of Steve's body, sending shivers of anticipation down his spine. With a soft, almost reverent touch, he began to unbutton Steve's shirt, his fingers lingering over each exposed inch of skin.
Steve's breath hitched as Tony's lips trailed down his neck, leaving a trail of fiery kisses in their wake. He let out a low moan as Tony's hands moved lower, skimming over his chest and abdomen with a tantalizing touch.
In response, Steve's own hands found their way to Tony's shirt, eager to feel the warmth of his skin beneath his fingertips. With trembling hands, he began to unbutton Tony's shirt, his heart racing with anticipation.
Their kisses grew deeper, more urgent, as they shed their clothing piece by piece, each garment a testament to their desire for one another. And as the last of their clothes fell to the floor, they were left standing before each other, completely exposed, completely vulnerable.
But there was no room for doubt or hesitation in that moment, only the overwhelming need to be closer, to be one.
And so, they came together once more, their bodies intertwining in a passionate embrace that transcended time and space. In that moment, there was only Tony and Steve, two souls bound together by love and desire, their hearts beating as one.

FELLOW TRAVELERS + Ron Nyswaner's favorite moments, ❝ when Matt allows Hawk’s fear and vulnerability poke through. ❞
Tumblr media
Ep. 1. Hawk sits in a San Francisco diner, observing how the world has changed. Matt’s collaboration with Dan Minahan’s direction and Simon Dennis’s cinematography created one of my favorite moments in the show.
Tumblr media
Ep. 3. Hawk realizes Tim is going to die soon. In private, Hawk’s feelings show.
Tumblr media
Ep. 4. This sequence is all about unstated feelings. Hawk realizes he won’t see Tim again if he fails the polygraph. He kisses Tim, breathes in his smell, rubs his forehead against Tim’s. Jonathan’s equally brilliant performance of Tim – so open to his emotions and beautifully vulnerable – is the perfect counterpoint.
Tumblr media
Ep. 7. The emotion breaks through: My boy is dead.
Tumblr media
Ep. 8. The man I loved. Matt gives us Hawk fighting to hide his tears, at first, then lets them fall.

had the terrible idea to start fellow travelers. from what I understood so far the tropes in this show are two.
- for hawk it's right person, wrong time, because Tim is his love through out the whole show, but he can never be with him because he is trapped by the self-hate that society instilled in him.
- for Tim it's wrong person, right time, because he tries to be with Hawk and fights for them, but hawke is never ready.
I haven't finished it yet though, maybe things will get better (unlikely but I can hope)

When you've been trying to propose for months and villains keep ruining your moment, you just gotta take the chance at any opportune moment. XD
-
Just imagine Tony going down on one knee with a ring after the fight, still in armor with the faceplate up. And Steve just there, looking bemused and grinning because of course this is just his life and he wouldn't trade his ridiculous man for anything. XD

This is for @captainneverever for the CapIM Holiday Exchange 2023. I had so much fun drawing this and so happy to have gotten Nev as my giftee! <3

Hello! I've been looking for this fic where tony was accidentally sent back in time, met pre-serum steve, fell in love, ended up in a relationship, and they went to war together after steve got the serum. some details i remember: present tony being frustrated at steve (who was recently woken up i think) because he thought steve kept staring at him strangely since their first meeting like he's seeing someone else (howard) but it's only because steve never learned the truth about past tony's identity and thought tony was howard's brother in the past. pls pls i've been obsessively looking for this for days someone pls end my misery 🥹
Request 2,607! Send us an ask if you know this fic!
