streets are saying that Misha stood on a convention stage today and said "If the CW hadn’t been so homophobic, Dean and Cas would’ve been balls deep for sure.”
now I know Misha’s said many noteworthy and occasionally unhinged things on stages in his time and he phrased this in the most chaotic manner possible
but I'm just here to say that I think what's noteworthy here is him explicitly calling The CW — the network itself — the homophobic obstacle to destiel
it IS a Big Deal because overall the censorship really just isn’t talked about, as we all know
but finally, there it is

In our quest for solace, we strive to resurrect the times when elation painted us as the happiest souls on earth, yearning for those fleeting moments to linger eternally. As divergent paths unfold, leading us to new companions, we find ourselves entangled in a wistful dance of attempting to resurrect the past instead of crafting new memories with our newfound kindred spirits. It seems unjust, a silent lament echoed in the shadows of our shared history.

In many novels and books, authors frequently paint a picture of a girl as distinctly different, emphasizing how she stands out among her peers in age or interests. This repetitive portrayal seems to have inadvertently influenced young girls to embody the "pick me" girl persona. The idea that being unlike the others is a desirable trait can inadvertently encourage girls to downplay their commonalities and uniqueness, striving for a perceived distinction. This trend may inadvertently foster an unhealthy competition among young girls, as they try to conform to a narrow idea of individuality rather than celebrating their diverse qualities.
