I totally agree to everything you have said and more! It's absolutely true how traditional gender roles are nothing but oppressive measures put into place to merely hinder an individual's need and growth as a human to recognise where they are most comfortable in. Personally, I hate the antiquated beliefs too, that's why when I am being lauded for being assertive, it feels more like a backhanded insult than a compliment for the most part. I love how you touched upon the part of men having insecurities too, and some of them find solace in activities traditionally associated with the female populace, which again, doesn't make any sense!!!! Last time I checked, being clean and having good organizational/housework skills counted as a lifeskill and not a train to emasculation town. It's really sad to see how the toxic belief system ends up harming all of us, and I have had guy friends on both ends of the spectrum and I can understand where that came from. As someone on the receiving end of body shamming and being overly sexualised, it felt really nice reading your response. As for the latter part, I have come across blogs where they emphasise how one aspect or planet cannot influence the whole chart just as you have, but then, the false narratives always end up preying on my mind more often than not. My own experience comes mostly from being in Vedic Astrology groups...some people there think so stereotypically it hurts. I will never forget the day that someone said that men are better astrologers because they are "logical" and women are better at tarot because they're "intuitive". Not that there aren't any men, who are great Astrologers, and I have learned from some of them myself, but there are also male Tarot Readers and female Astrologers...seriously, I couldn't believe someone even said something that dumb. I commented on what this person said, I said that I didn't realize a penis was necessary to draw up an astrology chart (what a visual...), but my comment got deleted for being inappropriate lol

I laugh every time someone tells me that men are more "logic based" because mostly it reflects in simply a man who is out of touch with himself and emotionally repressed. Not that it's his fault, since our society, which trickles into toxic home upbringing perpetuated throughout generations, is to be blamed for that. But I've also seen men who are intuitive, and they could sense things very well. I also know myself, and I have a tendency to be too logic based, being a woman, to the point I overthink, strategize and overanalyze everything. It took years of traumatic events and consistent effort to awaken my intuitive side and get in touch with my Divine Feminine, so I left that narrow minded side of me behind and learned to live in the moment, but when I was born I was closer to guy clichés more than girl clichés.

In reality, this all depends on your astrology placements. Someone with a strong Mercury or with Virgo or Gemini placements will be more "in their head". In general, air and earth signs/houses are more about planning or thinking, while water and fire signs or houses will be more about going with the flow.

Also there is this flaw in collective thinking, that logic and intuition are enemies, and you need to choose. You don't. The Universe gave you a mind, a heart and a sixth sense, and they should all work in tandem, again, regardless of your gender.

-Ben is protective, defends her, he can do no harm, probably because he died young so nostalgia blurs her memory of him

-Allison defends her but is also arrogant and condescending, speaking as if she's implying that Vanya is weak, probably because Vanya feels that Allison is perfect and has an inferiority complex

-Luther is just as arrogant and looks down her, calling her lazy, but does so without malice (more mockery than anger)

-Klaus is accusing and suspicious but still on the fence and excitable, probably reflecting Vanya's own doubts and how she herself sees Klaus

-Five just stares, judging and silent but unable to look away, probably because she trusts him but she also doesn't know him, there's the same nostalgia effect as Ben but because Five came back (to stop her) the inferiority and fear of judgement is still there

-Diego is completely different, awkward and detached, this one is the most interesting because he's one of the people that was most vocal and mean against her in season 1 but apparently she sees a kindred spirit in him to an extent, either that or she fears she means nothing to him
