Wasted potential.
I really want to read more about these characters. About the relationship between the Aes Sedai and the former Sul'dam, about their arrival and training in the White Tower. Watch the adventures of Pevara and Androl. And of course, about Mat and Tuon, maybe she could even change her attitude towards Aes Sedai? I don’t really wonder what’s going on with Elayne, Moiraine, Aviendha, Nynaeve and Lan. And also absolutely don’t give a damn about the unfortunate Rand. But the Ming had an interesting storyline brewing in the Seanchan. In short, it’s a shame that Jordan was never able to write books about Mat and Tuon, it’s a shame.

I need everyone to know that when reading the circus plot with Egeanin, I imagined her wig as one of those cheap Cher wigs

Egeanin for character bingo
Bingo: Not achieved, but closer this time!
I like Egeanin a lot, even if she isn't one of my favorites, her arc of realizing 'wow empire is bad maybe' is really important to me, and one of those things I really hope makes it into the show, since it ties into a lot of the central themes of the Seanchan.

‘She’s Seanchan! Seanchan, Elayne!’ She sounded as if she hated the dark-haired woman for a personal wrong, which made no sense. Egwene had been in their hands, but not Nynaeve.
Well dear, Elayne, a wrong done to any of her kids hurts more for her than a wrong done to her. Egwene sobbed in her arms after all.

Poor Mat trying to do something nice for Tuon buying her a fancy necklace and having her turn around and use it to humiliate Egeanin instead as some sort of twisted punishment is so sad. Like he really was trying and it got thrown back in his face

Egeanin: Where is she now?
Last we saw of her, she had been released from Egwene's bond, was threatening to break a dude's arm (classic Egeanin :’) ) and instructing Logain to break the seals at the correct time. That's all we've got on her, canonically. What follows is my speculation.
She swore to serve the White Tower as da'covale and also swore personal loyalty to Egwene, so even with Egwene gone she's likely going to continue to hang around the White Tower, but I think initially she’s going to struggle to have anyone take her up on the offer. She probably makes everybody uncomfortable; she's Seanchan, she's going to be very deferential in a way that many of them will probably find unsettling, and she's going to remind them of poor dead Egwene, which will be either personally upsetting or possibly politically irritating, depending on how people felt about Egwene and how much of her policy they intend to continue.
Egeanin is persistent, and I'm sure she'd find her way to Cadsuane eventually, but Egeanin would have a bit of a struggle pushing Egwene's pet projects/policies, even if she knew what they were, given her lack of structural power. I imagine Cadsuane would pick Egeanin's brain eventually, and keep her around as a potential lever on Nyneave/Elayne/Mat/the Seanchan Empire, but not pay that much attention to her unless something Seanchan-related came up. I also think that given Cadsuane's experience with the captured Seanchan sul'dam and damane, she'd probably end up placing Egeanin with them in the White Tower. Cultural Deprogramming Assistant would end up being Egeanin's official job, which makes sense; she’s come full circle and is now Emotional Support Seanchan... to other Seanchan. (Which is really funny since I'm pretty sure no one in Seanchan could possibly have accused Egeanin of providing emotional support prior to the Randland invasion.)
Also, I could see Egeanin and Bayle assisting with the Warder training program, especially if there are female Warder wannabes! Not that I expect the White Tower to suddenly start actively recruiting female Warders, but honestly I could see women showing up at the WT (especially from Caemlyn), being told they aren't able to learn to channel, and hanging around (like Areina) to train as Warders instead. Probably Bayle starts helping out with the Warders first, since he's not doing anything else, and then Egeanin comes to spar, and eventually she gets asked to help train any female Warder candidates that show up. Honestly I would love to see the Warder community embrace Egeanin, she should have a community again and I feel like they'd get along.

I’m still like praying that Egeanin doesn’t get cut because I need her Seanchan deradicalization arc fr
But also because i need the dread next season of seeing Elayne and Nynaeve pal around with a Seanchan spy and have the audience just waiting for Egeanin to move against them, only for her identity to be revealed to the girls and Egeanin is just like “you’re so normal and my best friends and you made me normal and I love you and I would never betray you please let me die for you 🥺”

OK SPOILER FOR LITERALLY THE LAST WHEEL OF TIME BOOK
but god if Egeanin DOES show up and they add a scene were Egeanin and Egwene have any kind of interaction in Falme when Egwene is a damane and Egeanin is full Seanchan brainwashed
and then that directly ties into during the Last Battle when Egeanin is willingly serving the White Tower and Egwene specifically and Egwene as the Amyrlin Seat bonds Egeanin as a warder
I will simply perish

It’s always hilarious to me reading Egeanin in the Great Hunt and knowing that all it takes to break this woman of her indoctrination is hanging out with Nynaeve and Elayne for like a week
Equally hilarious that she hangs out with Nynaeve and Elayne, of all the circus clowns she coulda found, and is like “They’re so normal!”
