i’ve had the worst string of traffic luck imaginable. no bus arriving as per usual (fuck firstbus all my buddies hate firstbus) so i had to get a taxi to catch my train, which i then missed. because i’d bought an advance single i had to pay £26 for an anytime to get the next train (and scotrail will only refund me £1.90 of my £11.90 original ticket). then, after changing for the next connection, we were delayed by half an hour because there was a goddamn train farther up the line that had broken down. and of course this is the one time i don’t bring train snacks with me so i’m also fucking starving on top of all these other travel woes!

Angliában a tömegközlekedés nagyon jól kiépült, azonban drága. Nincsen diákkedvezmény sajnos. Az itteni busz amit használunk, az az úgynevezett Firstbus ami megy Newcastle felé. Egy jegy kb 2 font környéki. Azonban annyi kedvezmény van erre a járatra, hogy ha van Keele cardod akkor van lehetőséged venni kedvezményesen úgynevezett Day-Keele Key jegyet ami a Potteries körzetre érvényes és egy napig lehet hasznáni bárhányszor, és ez 3 font. Viszont ha messzebbre tervezel menni, akkor vonattal el lehet jutni bárhova. Stoke-on-Trentből mennek vonatok nagyon sok helyre, azonban mi Crewe városból szoktunk utazni, mert több helyre megy onnan vonat. A vonatra sincsen diákjegy, azonban mi megvettünk egy kedvezményre jogosító jegyet. Ha sokat vonatozol akkor végső soron megéri. Viszont így a téli időszakban figyelni kell, hogy mikor vannak sztrájkok mert jelenleg karácsonytól január 6-ig sztrájkok vannak és nem járnak a vonatok.

I think what happens when a timetable changes is: On a temporary basis two timetables existThe one available onlineThe one which the drivers are doing in real life Until Google refreshes it cache enough time to grab the new journeys.
