Don't freeze your tuckus for the aesthetic! #I am not so slowly discovering that ice is really fun to colour lol - it's got like a subtle spacey look to it! I'm into it! #Still giving him a bit of his cool palette from the Winter Kingdom #I prefer his warm palette but the blues do look nice on him #He's so anti-ice that he just completely melts any ice furniture upon contact haha #We never see any of the ice objects reverting but I wonder what they might've turned into :0 Ice cubes maybe? #Although this is already just a big ice cube lol #Fun little warmup of his silly face ♥ #I do actually quite appreciate how smiley Simon is throughout :) He's miserable but there are things he still enjoys! #Or puts on a face for <3 #But also the moments where he can let his guard down and be honest - honestly sad or angry or happy 💕 #He's very expressive and I like that very much

777 WIP Challenge

this is an excerpt from the first part of my Behind the Palace Walls series aka Kihyun’s story ^^

The next day, however, you don’t see him.  He’s not at breakfast, even though Prince Hyunwoo is, and he’s not at lunch, which is when Prince Changkyun and Duke Shin show up, flanked by two other attractive nobles both wearing the same coat of arms on their dark green cloaks - you recognize one as the slender black-haired man who had winked at you the previous night.

Duke Shin introduces them to you as the Lords Lee and Lee, the two sons of the late queen of Etoile’s sister, and you can’t help but giggle quietly at their antics as they chat and laugh with each other.  Duke Shin makes an effort to include you in their conversation, which is how you learn that their first names are Hoseok, Minhyuk, and Jooheon, and that they’ve been friends with the three princes and some other lord named Hyungwon since they all met at Prince Hyunwoo’s twentieth birthday celebration a few years ago.  

They brighten up your lunch considerably, since your only other companions had been your parents and Councilman Go, who had been immersed in an intense discussion among the three of them, leaving you to silently pick at your food.  Minhyuk and Jooheon are the loudest, cracking silly jokes and elbowing each other constantly despite Hoseok’s weak reminder that “they are still nobility, dammit,” but eventually he caves and joins the fun.  Prince Changkyun stays relatively silent, only contributing to the conversation every once in a while, but you see him grin at something Jooheon does with his hair and lean his head on Hoseok’s shoulder so you know he’s comfortable with them.

and yknow because i want all of my wonderful friends to know i love and cherish them here is a BONUS excerpt from another WIP that has to do with my three favorite exo members and a dance class~

He glances around - there are about fifteen people in the class, and he’s in the second row, close to the center, so he doesn't move from his spot as dimple guy makes his way to the front.  He spots Eundae in the back, rolling her neck, but his gaze keeps returning to dimple guy, who’s standing in front of the mirror in a black tank top and sweatpants.

“For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Yixing,” he says, smiling a little.  “We have a couple of new people here today -” Minseok blinks as he meets his gaze “- so I hope the rest of you don’t mind a little review later.”  He claps his hands and turns so he faces the mirror.  “Follow along with the warmup as best you can if you don’t know it, it’s the same every class so you’ll pick it up quickly.”  Minseok sees a girl’s shoulders sag in relief and then music starts pounding through the room.
