God AND ANOTHER THING that scene with bucky and Zemo before the Wakandans arrived was SO amazing to me

Because I just loved the fact that we see Zemo tell bucky that he's decided not to kill him and we never find out why

I don't love it actually I really really REALLY hope we find out why he won't in episode 6 but I digress

Because Zemo and Bucky have such a bizarre and weird respect for each other, their relationship so indescribable and complex I love what the actors and writers did with them

Because I feel like bucky resents Zemo for obviously civil war related reasons but also appreciates how Zemo challenges him and his own morality (this may be a reach)

I just loved that Zemo tells him that he was programmed to kill and we see Bucky make his own stance on morality with his gun filled with blanks

(and of course the call back to the line 'that's a relief')

I love that over the course of the five episodes I do think we see the power dynamic completely change as Bucky was so easily shaken by Zemo initially

And this scene links so brilliantly with the line with Sam where he's told not to let Steve or anyone else define him

That's one of the things I love about this series, we are finally seeing Sam and Bucky become their own men
