Cali Gang Halloween costume:

Um it took me way too long to think of this one ,(._.), so I'll just make them Mystery Inc. Argyle is Fred, Jonathan is Shaggy, El is Daphne, Mike is Velma, and Will is Scooby-Doo. There is extensive reasoning, none of which I will elaborate on.

Prankster or prank-ee, willel siblings:

Okay y'all already know I love prankster El. Obligatory reminder: prankster El is canon, it was her idea to spy on the guys/ explode that drink. Halloween is the perfect time to let out that same side of herself- playful and carefree. El would never prank or jumpscare a stranger anymore bc it's just mean-spirited, but she is definitely not above switching the salt and sugar jars. Usually, El prefers a low-effort prank, ie, just using her powers to move Jonathan's cup or book away from his hand as he tries to grab it, but Will managed to convince her to up her game and make a plan this year. They invited the party plus jargyle to a corn maze and through a series of absurd traps, managed to make a fool out of every single person there- on video! They also TP Mayor Kline's house.

Elumax decorations:

This one lowkey turned into Lucas and El both helping out Max decorate their respective houses tbh. Max doesn't really decorate her own house for Halloween. She thinks her mom would just see it as another thing to clean up. Halloween is her favorite holiday though, and she manages to get El on board with knocking the cabin decorations out of the park- even though nobody's gonna trick or treat there lol. Max is DEDICATED to making El smile, so she ropes Lucas and even Mike into it, and the three of them spend an entire day screwing out bulbs from one string of Christmas lights (she stole them from Joyce)and replacing every bulb with a red bulb. Once the cabin is bathed in spooky red light, Max teaches El how to make different props to put up all over the cabin as an excuse to hang out and probably kiss. Lucas, on the other hand, got permission to decorate his house however he wants as long as he cleans it up on November 1st. So he calls up Max since he knows how much she was looking forward to it. Lucas uses his allowance or something to buy a bunch of decorations from the store, graveyard props, floating skeleton, the works. After a brief interruption (read: max took a grim reaper prop and chased some high school boys with it), the three of them have a ball decorating the whole house.
