also, last night, my partner called me out on hating kamijo but still listening to lareine and like. look. lareine doesnt count in my hatred for kamijo because he still used his nasal voice, ok ? thats all.

I don’t think I’m strong enough to watch Queen of the Damned. It’s a goth icon but I can’t fucking watch it lol.

The psychic damage I suffered just trying to get through the opening... As much as I love Lestat, even the book mentions of his music made me cringe. Thankfully the book let me imagine him as Kamijo whether Howard wanted me to or not.

And isn’t Marius like the crypt keeper in the movie? I don’t if I’m strong enough for that either. I always imagined him to be tall and sexy, maybe 40ish, with mid length reddish-blond hair.

I could accept Antonio Banderas’s wildly different depiction of Armand… but I will not accept straight-up slander lol.

Assuming I’m right about the Marius thing. Again, I could never actually watch past the opening.
