African Rock Python is the largest snake in Africa and in top five snakes in the world. Game driving after a short range in the Matusadona National Park on the shores of Lake Kariba. The python is usually dormant during the dry months but comes out after the first rains, so we got really lucky! The snake was huge, crossing the road, easily a couple meters long. a typical African rock python adult measures 3-3.5m (9-11 ft) long, and kills the prey the size of a small antelope by constructing them. Namibia - Country in Southern Africa

Located in Southern Africa between the Kalahari Desert and the Atlantic Ocean, Namibia is a huge sparsely populated country.
