A: Most or 90% of my clients are close and casual or kaila lang, then 10% ang wlk-in or thru online page lang nagkaila. I am happy seeing their excitement, satisfaction of my clients when buying plants. Usually I do follow up sa ila… checking if their plants are okay…and give plant care tips…

A: Registering or having a DTI permit makes your business legal and legit. With this you can establish the trust of your clients.

A: The expectation is real. What you see is what you get.

A2: … mostly the height of the plants and the prices.

A1: I don’t know. But may be Shoppee.

A2: I haven’t heard any website… But I’ve heard and saw some social media platforms that allows anyone to be an authorized plant seller.

A: Di pa po ako naka try online. Mabusisi po kasi ako pagdating sa plants… Madalas namimili ako sa circle of friends ko.

Q2: Sa tingin niyo po ba hindi effective yung online shopping when it comes to plants?

A: Yes po. Pero okay naman if sisiguraduhin niyo na legit yung papasok na mga sellers and partners n’yo.

A: Risky sya if ma tungnan ka sa seller na dili honest if manayo ka ug actual photo.

Q2: What can you say about buying it online?

A: Convenient, less hassle.

Q3: Have you heard of any complaints on online selling of plants? Especially selling rare species?

A: I’ve heard some. Selling monastera plant and selling at a very highprice.

SUMMARY (includes Hypothesis and Results)

Our hypothesis is to test whether providing a website for plant lovers will be feasible or not. Respondents said that they’ve found online buying of plants as convenient and hassle-free. Some also said that it is ineffective as some buyers have fears that it may not be legit.

Generally, we found that our potential customers’ fears in buying plants online are getting scammed and the fear that they won’t get what they expect.

To conclude, our proposed ShopPlant has a significant chance of being launched as customers nowadays wants a scroll-down, hassle- free way of shopping. Most importantly, they want a legit site for this.

DECISION MAKING

Last week, we decided to remove the plant conservationists as one of the main target buyers of our plant products on ShopPlant. Plant conservationists were more likely to become our potential ally or partners. As a group, we decided to remove it from the list.

LEARNINGS!!!

As a group, we’ve learned that it is crucial to hear the opinions of our potential customers before launching a product or a service. Through the customer empathy map, we have derived possible questions that our customers might consider. Through the customer empathy map also, we tried to put ourselves in the shoes of the customers. In that way, we arrive asking ourselves if our proposed product is significant and worth it.
