More clues about Infanta Pilar's jewellery whereabouts: Simoneta, the eldest and only daughter has been seen wearing Isabel II emerald earrings.
Vanitatis seems to confirm that the Gómez-Acebo children have sold Pilar's two houses and that her jewellery and personal objects were divided into 5 sets, one for each sibling. No clues on who might have gotten her tiaras, but it looks like they are staying in the family, at least for now.
And I say tiaras because I had no idea this one existed!
Apparently it was a wedding gift from her husband and Pilar never wore it as a tiara (do you think they are real emeralds? They look so pale 🤔).
We might not have had tiara events in a while but I've kept discovering new ones 😂
Yes, I saw that! It will be interesting to see how Infanta Pilar’s jewelry is divided. I hope the family is able to keep it and for it not to be sold.
The emerald necklace tiara has been on my to-do list for awhile but I haven’t gotten around to it yet. I’ve covered almost 500 tiaras but I swear my to-do list just keeps getting longer instead of shorter. I do think they are real emeralds just not as high of quality as her older emeralds. In the pictures of Monica Martin Luque wearing it as a tiara it almost looks like there are some pearls in there too but it’s so hard to tell.
