Edit: It's not entirely without precedent. I distinctly remember a bit from 2040 where Sylia / Celia was talking about how, since the hardsuits are Boomers spliced from her brain, she has to 'like' the pilot for them to sync up well with the suit. Or something like that, I distinctly remember Sylia getting up in Nene's personal space about it.

Wonder how many people will confidently declare "Yukari Yakumo" or "Maribel Hearn"? In my case, I think I'm going to go for Sylia Stingray from the original Bubblegum Crisis OVAs. I even have reasoning worked out for it and everything!

I have never watched Bubblegum Crisis, so I have no clue if this is a good thing or a bad thing. Personally, I will imagine her as Vriska until told otherwise.
