Fuck it.

They're both idiots and both horrible. I take no argument on that. NONE.

Up first, Jimin. I appreciate that he told her that instead of just sleeping around or restraining himself for 2 years and thus possibly being annoyed with her because he felt she was a hindrance to him doing whatever. But he's a fucking dumbass. You don't tell someone you want to be able to see others and then end up plastered everywhere putting your dick in all these women. Especially since it was clearly a constant. More so because even if it wasn't on the internet they went to the same school and he's well known, so him sleeping with everyone was bound to work it's way back to her. It wss just a dumb fuck move, but I don't blame him or hate him for telling her what he wanted in an attempt to not end up doing it and hurting her more.

That leads me to my other issue with him though. Despite him being the type to focus on what he wants, he was good at gauging YN's shit too. Her feelings were something he was aware of. So him coming back after telling her that and sleeping around is fuck shit. Especially because he should at least realize that seeing him plastered everywhere after sleeping with this and that person would hurt. Especially if his dumbass didn't keep in contact. That part should be fucking obvious, which should lead to understanding of how telling her he wanted to see others as he worked hurt her. Even if she is the one who broke up with him.

I refuse to say he broke up with her because they were broken up and that was very much her decision, not his.

Now, on to dumd fuck YN. Her feelings are valid. Going through all that and then having him decide he wants to see others would hurt like a bitch. And since I don't know if he emphasized that his seeing others was temporary or not to her, I can't touch on that. Not that it takes away from her pain. But what is not valid is her deciding her fuck girl antics making her kinda shitty. I brought it up before and I just despise this rating game she's doing. It's trash. Even if the guys don't know, her friends do. And no one seems to he telling her shit. Like wtf JK! I expect better from him. To stop her from being that bad at least. And for Hoseok to not have to he the one to call her out on her shit. Like JK has dropped the ball and I don't care for him at the moment tbh.

But anyway, to go to the mention of her rating people. I could be wrong in this, but I'm going to say it as if I'm right. Because Jimin's sexual exploits were everywhere for her and anyone to see she wanted to do the same thing. Put her sex life on blast on the internet, but she doesn't have the balls to make that clear to others not in her friend group let alone Jimin. So she plays her little rating game and it's almost like she's on an even playing field with Jimin. As if they're both hurting each other with annoucing their conquests. Which just makes shit sad. Makes her kinda sad to think about.

Like I want to get that she lost her friend and then her boyfriend, but seeing as Jimin didn't make that choice until he was leaving to somewhere else from New York she should've been processing that shit. It takes a while, but that should have been in motion. Especially seeing the dumpster fire of a "friend" fles after he tried to hurt her one last time. So I can't truly accept that as part of the reason she's acting out. It's basically a nonfactor for me when it comes to it. And it isn't a necessary addition. Him hurting her is enough for her to make a change (even if part of that change makes her kinda trash).

I also feel the need to point out she can sleep around all she wants, but issues are with everyone else.

Oh and back to Jimin. Well not Jimin, his friends. I need those dumbasses to stop telling him to drop and actually fucking sit there and tell him he needs to fucking see past what he wants. Yes, they say it but intertwining it with leave her alone forever isn't helpful. Tell him he needs to sit and think about what he did. Or lead the dumb bitch to the answer. Fucking do something. Punk ass Yoongi still got shit to make up for and is bestie's with Hobi so he might as well be useful for once. AND YES I'M STILL MAD AT HIM!

Like everyone is failing at this point expect Hobi. I only trust him right now. It's fuck JK hours if that wasn't clear. Disappointing little shit. Also I get because he and Tae are being baby back bitches who refuse to address whatever the fuck happened he'd be less inclined to get YN to, but I expect better from him got damnit. I'm surrounded by idiots and Hobi.

Also to repeat YN is just as bad as Jimin. They are equals. Until he learns what the fuck he should already be seeing or she admits her feelings and talks to him they shall remain equally dumb bitches. Though I expect her to make things worse, ngl.

Sigh... I shall live in a world where I get to love and cuddle Hobi so I don't have to deal with Dumber and Dumber.

Also I apologize if that's all over the place, I lost focus during some parts.

righhttt! jimin telling her wasn't a bad thing, honestly. he thought he was doing the right thing instead of sleeping around behind her back. he knows himself nd the fact that sleeping around even crossed his mind, he figured breaking things off with her first would lessen the blow . buut what he failed to realize is that w his new fame and the fact that he's been with everybody – everything that he's been up to is like right there in her face.

him not seeing that how he acted would hurt yn simply comes from him not wanting to believe that he would ever hurt her. because he loves her. just how he didn't want miju to have feelings for him, so he just ignored all the signs. jimin hasn't changed in that sense that's the way he's been and it takes someone literally pointing it out like this is xyz for him to finally be like 'oh, maybe that could be true'.

yeah, she definitely broke up with him. but bc jimin wasn't technically onboard, him going back and saying 'we should definitely see other people' was like a double back on it. up until then they were just holding out for each other.

for jeongguk and hobi calling her out (gonna skip over jin bc that boy is in love and really doesn't have time to worry about all this pettiness) but hobi has (and will) on many occasions try to call yn on her bullshit, but she'd either brush him off or explain away her reasoning until he's backing off. jeongguk use to back hobi up, but since his break up with taehyung he's been siding with yn more and rooting for her outlandish behavior. so it's lowkey two against one nd they never listen to hobi, but he never hesitates to point out where they're wrong.

this. the rating theory, dude. this is why i love reading your asks so much bc that's exactly it! mixed with her not wanting to get attached so she thinks doing this would keep them at an arms length, but honestly – it comes w her having to see jimin doing his thing left and right and she's sort of like 'i can do that too'. but of course, they're still in college and people talk, so she doesn't want to be the point of gossip, so she does it secretly nd keeps it between her and her friends.

jimin's friends not speaking to him properly and only telling to leave yn alone is mainly bc they saw everything that yn had to go through with getting over jimin, but at the same time them being friends with jimin is kind of a blocker?? if that makes sense, they know how jimin is aand how he reacts in situations and how he can sometimes be overbearing, so if they were to tell him what's wrong he would do the most and might make things worse. also, they're all in their own lives (joon being newly married, taehyung dealing w his feeling for jeongguk) that it really leaves it to yoongi to fully step in and he's already feeling some type of way for ruining things the first time.

yn is definitely not in the clear though, they've both did their part in making the relationship the way that it is now. and it's going to take the both of them to fix how things are going to be in the future (if they have a future) but it's just jimin who's going to have to take the first step nnot only bc yn is stubborn, but bc he 'left' first.

hobi though, always listen to hobi. he's the only rich guy we can trust!!

Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation Donghua Episode 3 (Part 1)

Got this done before I got really busy, but I don’t know when I’ll get around to live blogging the rest. Oh, well.

I actually really like this scene of these two acting like, well, siblings - at least on Jiang Cheng’s end. “If you get up late again, I definitely won’t wait for you.” Yeah, right, Jiang Cheng. You’d wait. Then scold him again, swear you won’t wait next time, and on and on it goes.

But also the detail of him fixing his clothes, including the belt that moved around to the back, and Wei Wuxian fixing his hair (why do you look like you’re modeling for a hair product commercial though lol) were nice additions. Makes the animation less stiff.

I’ve already commented on Jin Zixuan’s blatant disrespect here. It’s great. Three seconds in and he is firmly established as the haughty young master who thinks everyone is beneath him lol.

At least someone is cognizant of these faces Wei Wuxian makes. They mean he is up to no good! Then Jiang Cheng just violently elbows him lool.

Nice way of working in that intro of Lan Qiren from the novel. And using Nie Huaisang to give some exposition about Wei Wuxian. Nie Huaisang is so happy and adorable I can’t. :3

AND HE CALLS JIANG CHENG WANYIN IN THIS. hahaha finally, Jiang Cheng, someone acknowledges your courtesy name (the Lans aside).

I really like that you get to see their happy, playful moments here to show off the relationship between them not just in words.

lol random Nie Sect member “your brother will break your legs”

I always love this line for the “...excuse me??” it elicits

lol Nie Huaisang’s face. what are you so afraid of, just don’t break the rules...?

Granted, there are 3000 of them, so it’s probably easy to break one or two...

he belongs on a L’Oreal commercial. Him and Wei Wuxian both.

they act so silly at this age and I love it.

lol fitting the tagline of the ice cream commercial into the Emperor’s Smile scene.

He looks like a small angry animal of some sort.

Come to think of it, Lan Wangji has a short fuse when he was young. He just draws his sword like that lol. You could have used the silence spell, then he wouldn’t be able to drink or mouth off...

I love their fight on the rooftop, the animation is so nice. Plus, it shows off their different styles of fighting.

Including this one, where Wei Wuxian is not only quick on his feet and his dodging reflects his carefree, go with the flow nature, but this neat part of him using the cord to stop the blade shows off his ingenuity and ability to think quickly well.

I’ll admit, the transition using the breaking jar was nice.

I also really like all of the little details like the weights on the paper to hold it down, the inkwell and brush stand, etc.

And on goes his explanation why Jiang Cheng just facepalms.

Poor Nie Huaisang gets hit instead. Shouldn’t there be a rule about throwing things at people? Are you exempt if you’re a teacher?

I love how Wei Wuxian just doesn’t stop with the happy face as he continues explaining even after Lan Qiren was pissed at him.

Actually, looking at this scene again, how the Yunmeng Jiang’s bell is in the foreground here, reminded me of their motto and how appropriate it was for Wei Wuxian: attempt the impossible.

Who embodies that better than him?

Cornetto is prohibited in the Cloud Recesses! Oh no!

Now we get waterborne abyss drama!

I like this addition, it works well in this narrative where they can focus on somewhere other than Wei Wuxian for a bit. It sets up the issue of the Wen Sect chasing it away to the Gusu area instead of learning it after the fact later.

waaaaahh grabe napanaginipan ko nagbigay na daw ng grade sa technopreneurship HAHAHAHA ewan ang gulo gulo :< tas napanaginipan ko pa magkakasunod na gabi na nagsasagot ako ng exam or basta laging school related HAHAHAHA nasstress ako HAHA tas pagkagising ko di na pala ako nag-aaral hahaha

ang dami ko nang napapanood na kdrama at movies dahil sa quarantine gusto kong maglista ng short review every kdrama na napanood ko na wala ka namang pake pero i’ll just do it anyway (i might have done it sa mga past posts ko so baka paulit-ulit lang ako hehe sorry)

1. age of youth 1 & 2 (Hello my twenties)

slice of life siya pero may twist. tungkol siya sa buhay ng college students na nakatira sa homestay. walang tungkol sa studies. di ko sila nakitang mastress hahaha. PERO MAGANDA. MAY PLOT TWIST KASI. may mga sarili silang kwento at struggles. nakakakilig yung ibang moments. nakakatawa. nakakaiyak. ang underrated niyaaa sayang :<< ANG GANDA NG OST. ang ganda ng plot twists at mga revelations. naggrow na ko sa mga characters. parang kasama na rin ako sa squad nilaaa T_T

2. Be Melodramatic

sobrang simple lang ng plot pero sobrang laughtrip ng mga dialogue nila at mga monologues. pinanood ko siya after ng age of youth HAHAHA parang sequel lang kasi yung age of youth tungkol siya sa life mo pag 20′s ka HAHAH tas ito yung life mo naman pag 30′s ka HAHAHAHA. nakakatawa talaga yung mga pinaggagagawa nila. ang ganda rin ng ibang mga topics, depression, lgbtq, atbp na madalas dinidisregard. AND HINDI SIYA CLICHE!! hindi siya kapanapanabik kasi hindi yung plot yung focus kundi yung mga characters. and gusto ko rin yung character development nila. <3

3. Extracurricular

NAKAKASTRESS!! gusto ko siya sobra kasi walang love story!! thriller lang kung thriller. walang pilit na love story bigla sa mga protagonists. well-written. at mga high school sila nakakatuwa. hindi censored yung mura. hehehe. wala nga lang character development pero understandable kasi high school. pero ang angas ng plot. BITIN YUNG ENDING.

4. thirty but seventeen

(nakakapagod mag-type ah. hahah) nakakatawaaaa!! nakakakilig. ang ganda ng plot. pero pinakakinilig ako dun sa “i like you first” na confession nung heroine. favorite part ko yun. gusto ko rin lahat ng characters kasi walang antagonist. may mga problema lang talaga sa mga circumstances at sa mga internal dilemmas nila, na na-solve naman in the end. gusto ko rin na nagvviolin yung girl at maraming classical music reference.

5. A Piece of your mind

12 episodes lang pero ang ganda gandaaa. ang dami ring classical music reference. GUSTONG GUSTO KO YUNG MGA OST!! hanggang ngayon pinapakinggan ko pa rin. wala ring antagonists pero mas masakit at malungkot yung internal agony nila. na-solve naman in the end pero nakakaiyak. gusto ko yung mga setting. yung music studio, yung homestay, yung tinatambayan nilang bahay. ang aesthetic ng lahat. cinematography at lahat lahat. gusto ko lahat ng characters. well-written and well-directed. ang ganda ng feels. ang sarap umiyak. :)

6. Hospital Playlist

AAAAAAAAA naghihintay pa rin ako ng season 2. gusting gustong gusto ko siya. ang ganda ganda ng pagkakasulat. walang antagonist, lima silang magkakaibigan at lahat sila may kanya kanyang kwento sa loob (at labas) ng ospital. ultimate friendship goals. tapos may banda pa sila. slow burn romance yung winter garden couple at nakakakilig sobra. sobrang likeable ng characters nilang lima. slice of life lang din pero ang perfect ng story.

7. When the Camellia Blooms

GUSTO KO NG YONG-SHIK. ang ganda ganda ng pagkakasulat. happy ending siya at na-resolve lahat ng problema nila. sobrang heartwarming. nakakaiyak kahit happy ending. ang ganda ng story, ang ganda ng plot twist. nakakatawa, nakakalungkot, nakakaiyak. isa siya sa mga favorites ko. kahit maraming linggo na lumipas ito pa rin topic sa bahay namin. ang ganda ganda kasi talaga. CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT 100!!! <3

8. Extraordinary You

ang ganda ng uniforms nila. hHAAHAH papalit palit kasi sila ng uniform hahaha kada season ng taon. nakakatuwa ang unique ng plot. nakakatawa kasi ang cliche ng story pero may ibang story pa sa labas ng isang story. nasa loob kasi sila ng comics at ang cliche ng kwento sa comics. pero ang bida sa kdrama yung extra lang sa comics. NAKAKAKILIG pero okay lang kahit 12 eps lang instead na 16 hahaha. happy ending naman. naiinis lang ako medyo na di pinakita yung writer.

9. Search: WWW

Girl power!!! *insert fire emoji* story siya ng tatlong women na nagttrabaho sa office. ang angas nilang tatlo HAHAHA except dun sa isa na okay lang siya pagdating sa trabaho pero nakakainis siya mag-handle ng romantic relationship. sana di na lang siya nag-jowa.

10. Beauty Inside

prettty sure napanood ko to ngayong quarantine hahaha idk why hindi ko to naisama,, maybe dahil isa to sa mga una kong napanood (early quarantine days), after ng crash landing on you. UY DI KO RIN PALA TO NAILAGAY. anyway, ang ganda nito!! light lang yung story, wala masyadong threatening na antagonist/s, sa sarili lang nilang struggles, ang unique ng story <3 AT NAKAKAKILIG!! lalo na yung second lead couple, huhu si kang sara (kapatid ni male lead), at si eun ho huhu my cinnamon roll (friend ni female lead), ang ganda ng story nila and thEY ARE TOTAL EYE CANDY!!! gustong gusto ko yung character ni eun ho kasi ang gwapo niya SOBRA and sobrang bait pa niyaaa argh, bukod pa dun, (sa palabas), ang dami niyang kayang gawin. huhu aand kang sara is a total glucose guardian HAHAHAHA sa ending binigyan pa niya ng sariling kotse si eun ho lol. mayaman kasi siya, aargh ang gaganda ng outfit niya lagiii, at ang ganda ng personality niya HAHAHA bagay sila ni eun ho, fierce siya at strong independent HAHAHA frienemies sila nung female lead (parang character niya sa search, although sa search siga siya, dito sosyal siya at prim and proper.)

11. Crash Landing in you

ANG GANDA ARGHHH NAKAKA-ENTERTAIN SOBRA. NAKAKATAWAAA, NAKAKAIYAK, NAKAKATAWA ULIT. BUKOD PA DON, NAKAKAKILIGGGG. AAARGH ANG GANDA NG STORY HUHU. NAKAKAIYAK NGA LANG YUNG ENDING NUNG SECOND LEAD COUPLE HUHU. i already forgot the feels kasi sobrang tagal ko nang napanood to, basta maganda siya. <333

12. Mystic pop up bar

UWU ISA PA TONG SI SUNGJAE NA CINNAMON ROLL HUHU SOBRANG CUTE NIYAAAA AND ANG GWAPO NIYA RIN WAAAAHHH I CAN’T CONTAIN THE FEELS SA PAGTINGIN SA KANYA SJLDHLKFL. SOBRANG LAUGHTRIP NG MGA SCENES (well for me.) ang cute nilang lahaaaat. isa pa tong walang threatening na antagonist. sa last episode pa nagpakita. wala namang gaanong impact. anyway may nakakaiyak din, lalo na sa mga story nung mga taong tinutulungan nila. light lang din yung story pero nakakatuwa naman panoorin. hayy gusto ko rin magpunta sa mystic pop up barrr. i like dreaming. hehehe. uyy gusto ko rin tandem ni kangbae (sungjae) at yeo-rin, yung partner niya. ang cute ng relationship nila. uwu talaga. si sungjae kasi soft and kind siya. si yeo-rin magaling sa fight scenes, malakas katawan, di natitinag. hayy i like strong independent girls. anyway soft siya pagdating kay kangbae, kaya sila cute. at gusto ko pa don, walang masyadong cringey na romantic scenes. di siya masyadong love story. nakakatuwa. hayys huhu.

13. It’s okay to not be okay

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA fresh na fresh. kakatapos ko lang nito kahapon. AAAAAAAARGH. ANG GANDAAAAAAA. nakakaiyak siya most episodes, ang saklap kasi ng story ni moon gang tae (kim soo hyun) at ko moon yeong (seo ye ji) idk if i spelled it right. nakakatuwa yung character development nilang tatlo waaaahh. nakakakiliggg din huhu. nakakatawa din yung ibang scenes. HAHAHA. okay so this kdrama mostly talks about mental illness, and they portrayed it nicely, aaargh. let’s all be understanding, we don’t know what others are going through. ANYWAY AAAARGHSLDAHLASKDHJFSDF KIM SOO HYUN IS SOOOO BEAUTIFUL. T___T AT ANG GALING GALING NIYA UMIYAAAK. NAHAHAWA AKO. SEO YE JI AAAAAAAAAA ANG GANDA GANDA GANDA NIYA. I LOVE HER OUTFITS. I LOVE HER CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT. I LOVE HER ACTING. HAYYS. and sang tae oppa :((( nakakaiyak din character development niya. i’m so proud. NAKAKATAWA YUNG MGA FIGHT SCENES NILA NI MOON YEONG HAHAHA. wala ring antagonist dito na threatening, may antagonist talaga, kaso panira ng moment kasi di naportray ng maayos so di siya nakakatakot. nasira lang yung ep 13-15 dahil sa kanya. nabawi naman sa ep 16 so okay lang. yung mga problema nila nag-revolve lang din sa kanila, sa kanilang inner struggles. silang tatlo yung problema ng isa’t isa, pero silang tatlo din yung naka-solve sa isa’t isa. nakakatuwa lang yung build up ng episodes at yung mga tao sa paligid nila na may inner struggles din, yung mga patients sa psychiatric hospital na unti-unting na-sosolve kasabay nila. ang ganda rin ng illustrations!!! may mga storybook kasi tapos ninanarrate yun sa palabas, may mga drawings din kaya napapansin ko rin. ang ganda rin ng mga kwento sa story book. ANG GANDA NG OST!!! medyo naninibago lang akooo kasi parang ang tagal na nung huli akong nakapanood ng romance talaga, i mean, yung hindi may hints lang, at may scenes lang. ito kasi love story talaga, so nanibago ako na may mga ganung scenes, mga ganung kiss, ganern. :> anywayyy di naman cringey kasi hindi naman sobrang tagal ng scenes. nakakakilig lang. hehe. pero grabe yung kiss >w< ngayon lang ulit ako nakapanood ng ganung kiss. pls don’t judge. i’m old enough to watch those scenes.

14. 365: Repeat the year

Una sa lahat, ang satisfying ng ending. grabe gustong gusto ko yung character ni shin gayeon at detective hyeong ju. ang talino nilang dalawa. favorite (platonic) couple ko sila. ang ganda ng team up nila. nakakatuwa yung story sobrang daming plot twist as in.may trust issues ako sa lahat ng bida. grabe yung di mo ineexpect na masama, yun pala, tapos yung di mo ineexpect na inosente, sila pala yung inosente. mindblowing. ang galing ng writer! successful niyang napaglaruan ang feelings ko. <33 umiyak pa ko sa mga bandang unang episodes nung namatay yung partner ni detective ji at yung nailigtas niya. tapos siya pala yung killer. may mga plot holes at mga mga hindi ako nagegets, may mga parts na naguguluhan pa rin ako, pero at least everything fell into place. ayoko na masyadong isipin. isa pa, nakakatuwa na walang kahit konting love story na involve. or kahit konting scenes na nakakakilig. thriller lang talaga siya. pero gusto ko kung pano nila tratuhin yung isa’t isa, at yung sacrifice ni gayeon para kay detective sa ending, kahit dun sa mga actions nila pinapakita yung feelings. nakakatuwa. (although hindi ko rin maikakaila yung chemistry nilang dalawa. bagay sila. as in.) isa siya sa mga (top-tier) magagandang kdrama na napanood ko. hindi ko alam kung makaka-move on ako agad (pero ayoko na isipin, gusto ko mag-move on, huhu. i’m on emotional rollercoaster). sobrang galing talaga ng writer, at ng acting skills nilang lahat, pati yung part talaga na akala ko yung detective yung killer. grabe sobrang dugdug dugdug ako. HAHAHA at yung part na nalaman ni gayeon na yung isang detective pala yung killer. yung reaction niya pagkababa nung phone, tapos yung bg music. tapos isa pa, sobrang naattached ako sa dalawang characters, at dun sa feelings nila. grabe talaga tong kdrama na to, na-release niya lahat ng strong emotions na dumadaloy sa katawan ko, yung lungkot, yung kaba, yung galit. HAHAHAHA. kailangan kong manood ng masayang rom com na mababaw na kwento na kdrama para di ko na to isipin HAHAHA.
