Ever since I saw this sunflower wallpaper, I KNEW I needed it for a kitchen design. There’s kind of a lot going on in here, but that seems appropriate—I feel like any good kitchen should be busy. In the future, I may make the sunflower wallpaper an accent wall, but for now, I’m keeping it in the entire kitchen (largely because I don’t know what I want to use for the other walls lol.

The addition of cooking in the recent update has been, quite literally, a game-changer for me. I’ve always loved the DIY aspect of Animal Crossing, but now that I have a much wider range of food-items to decorate my kitchen with, I’m loving it SO much more. I think I change up the food and kitchen items on the counter and table pretty much every day at this point. (In fact, after I took these photos, I swapped out the soup kettle for the vegetable basket, and I absolutely love how that looks on the counter. So much fun!!!)
