Swedish Vocab:
Älskling - Darling
Raring - Dear
Skynda - Hurry
Adam’s guilty pleasure is that he loves hosting. A bit standoffish and broody, most wouldn’t assume him to be the hosting type but he takes great pleasure in showing off the home you two share and having his close friends within the four walls.
Tonight was one of those nights where your husband took pride in hosting some of his teammates, cooking them dinner, and showing off the newly remodeled living room. The night had wound down to just a few stragglers sharing drinks in your living room, the room peaceful and enjoyable.
“Älskling, will you grab some more wine,” Adam whispers into your ear, sending a shiver down your spine. “Promise everyone will leave soon so I can take care of you.”
You respond with a nod and a kiss on Adam’s cheek, his fingers squeezing your ass just enough to tease what he’d do later. He’d slowly been teasing you all night, another thing he loved to do while hosting.
Quickly, you refill your glass of Merlot before turning to bring the bottle out to the living room but instead run straight into a solid body. Red wine drips down your light blue blouse as you let out a shocked yelp. Thankfully you manage to keep both the bottle and the glass in your hands as the person in front of you mutters apologies.
“Oh shit, I am so sorry,” Vince Dunn, Adam’s linemate, looks at you with absolute horror. He scrambles, grabs the roll of paper towels on the counter, and kneels to wipe up the liquid on the floor. “I wasn’t looking and fuck I’m so sorry.”
“Vince, it’s no big deal,” you place a hand on his shoulder and he looks up at you with wide green eyes. “I’m just going to run upstairs and hop in the shower. Seriously, it’s fine.”
“Älskling? Everything okay?” Adam appears in the doorway to the kitchen and looks between you and Vince who’s still kneeling on the floor.
“All good. I’m going to wash off the wine,” you slip past Vince and press a kiss to Adam’s cheek before whispering to him with a smile. “Skynda, raring.”
You make your way upstairs and strip before stepping into the warm spray of the shower. The one thing you’d insisted on when you and Adam had looked for a house was a large bathroom with a shower and soaking bathtub. The shower boasted two shower heads, a sleek black tile backdrop, and a huge glass door. As you close the door, the warm spray of the shower washes over you and you gladly sigh in relief as your body relaxes.
Not even fifteen minutes later the bathroom door creaks open and you smirk to yourself before calling out to your husband, “I’ve been waiting for you, raring. Thinking about this moment all night long.”
“Älskling, Vince wants to apologize to you.”
You whip around and find Vince standing in front of the shower entrance, looking anywhere but at you. Adam stands behind him, a smirk on his face as his eyes stay locked on the younger man and his flushed cheeks.
“He’s shaking like a leaf Adam,” you tut as you look over Vince. “It was just an accident, no need to be so harsh.”
“S-sorry about the wine,” Vince looks up from the floor and meets your eyes, not daring to look anywhere else. “I wasn’t paying attention.”
“S’okay Vince,” you assure him with a smile. He seems to calm down but as you meet Adam’s fiery gaze over Vince’s shoulder you know that trouble is brewing. “Raring-“
“Vince needs to learn a lesson, älskling,” Adam's voice is commanding as he lays a hand on Vince’s shoulder. “Strip.”
“But I-“
“Strip, Vince,” Adam commands. “So you can properly apologize.”
To his credit, Vince only pauses for a moment before he strips off his dark polo and shoes. His hands shake a little as he unbuttons his jeans and slides them down his legs. He’s all lean muscle and long limbs, a stark contrast compared to Adam’s thick arms and legs and toned torso.
“All the way,” Adam mutters once Vince is down to his boxers. “C’mon Vince.”
Finally fully naked, Vince looks younger than he is as he stares at you, uncertainty clouding his features as he meets your eyes through the glass of the shower door.
“Go on,” Adam pulls the door open and pushes Vince under the warm spray. “Kneel and apologize properly to my wife.”
You take a step towards Vince, your hands gently, pushing his shoulders until he’s on his knees before you. His eyes flick to yours, wide and unsure through the green haze of his irises.
“You’ve gone down on a woman before, haven’t you Vince?” you ask with a smirk on your face as his cheeks flush. Even with the dark blush marring his cheeks Vince nods and you smile at him, running a hand quickly through his curls. “Good. Then you can make up for ruining my favorite blouse.”
Vince hesitates slightly before one hand curls around your leg to bring your body closer to his. His fingers drift up your thigh and slowly run through your folds, his tongue following their path. You let out a gasp as he slowly drives one finger into your wet folds and his tongue teases your clit.
“Oh my god,” you breathe out as you let one hand drift back to Vince’s now wet curls. “So good… Just like that Vince.”
You watch Adam observe the two of you, his erection straining in his dark slacks. His eyes meet yours just as Vince’s tongue delves into you and elicits a deep moan from you. You maintain eye contact with Adam as Vince continues to fuck you with his tongue, his fingers teasing your clit as he moves.
“Vince. So good baby,” you moan as your eyes flutter shut. “Such a good boy on your knees for me. So good for me, aren’t you?”
Vince nods and sucks your clit into his mouth just as Adam steps under the spray, his hands coming to squeeze your breasts as he pulls you into his chest.
“He’s so good with his tongue, raring,” you gasp as Vince circles your clit again, your head falling back onto Adam’s shoulder. “So- fuck. So good. Want you to feel him, Adam.”
Adams' erection presses into your back as he holds you close. In the same moment, Vince plunges two fingers into you and your orgasm claims you, your mouth agape as you tremble with pleasure. Adam holds you up as Vince continues to tongue you through your climax.
When you come back down from your high Adam is kissing your neck, Vince’s lips pressed to your thigh. Adam is rutting against your ass but you push him off and motion to Vince who’s still kneeling at your feet, “Vince will take care of you, raring.”
You smile as you run a hand down Vince's cheek, his eyes fluttering shut for a moment before he looks back up to you. His bright eyes are no longer clouded with uncertainty but with lust now, “Won’t you, sweet boy? Take care of Adam like you took care of me? Use your tongue so well for him?”
Vince nods before he looks with uncertainty toward Adam, “I mean… If Adam wants.. Then I-“
Adam cuts Vince off by leaning down to cover his mouth with his own. The kiss doesn’t last long before Adam breaks them apart and nods at you, “You take care of our guest, älslking?”
You simply grin as Vince greedily takes Adam into his mouth, a string of Swedish curses falling from Adam at the motion. You kneel behind Vince, pressing your lips to his neck as you trail your hand down his chest towards his dripping cock.
“Such a mess for me, baby,” you purr in Vince’s ear, eliciting a moan from him as you ignore his dick and slowly move down to cup his balls. “You want me to touch you while you suck off my husband? Can you taste us both on your tongue?”
“Raring,” Adam warns. “If you talk like that I’m not going to last long.”
You blink innocently up at Adam as you whisper in Vince’s ear, “Such a good boy, using your tongue so well for me, for Adam. I bet you can’t wait to swallow all of his cum huh? You want him so bad, don’t you?”
With a grunt, Adam grabs Vince’s face and holds him still as he comes down his throat. A strangled cry leaves Vince as his own release spills over onto your hands. Taking everything in with wide eyes you keep one hand slowly stroking Vince while the other gently strokes Adam’s thigh. The feeling of the two of them in your hold has your heart beating in double-time.
“Raring,” Adam whispers, a gentle coaxing. “Raring, time to get up. C’mon my love.”
Your eyes open slowly, taking in the surroundings that are definitely not the floor of your shower. When you finally look around you’re met with Adam’s smirk as he looks down at you, one hand stroking through your hair softly.
“Good dream?” Adam asks and your cheeks immediately flush as you hide your face in your pillow. “Sounded good to me.”
“Adam…,” you groan as you peek up at him.
“It’s okay, raring,” Adam soothes as he grins at you. “But maybe Vince can join us soon, if you’re a good girl.”

The fic has (finally) dropped! Summary:
"In his second season playing for the Seattle Kraken, Vince Dunn becomes sick with drop withdrawal. When it comes out that he's lied on his paperwork and hasn't had a Dom for over a year, he has no choice but to accept being assigned to a Dom on the team or risk giving up hockey.
He's paired with his d-partner, Adam Larsson, which should be the best thing to ever happen to him. Too bad he's kind of maybe falling in love with Adam. Too bad he's convinced he's broken and will never deserve a Dom as wonderful as his teammate. Too bad neither of them can grow some braincells and communicate."
If you're interested, you can read it here. :)

21 & 27 :D
27. Me indica seus livros favoritos. Atualmente estou lendo 2010: Uma Odisséia no Espaço 2, do Arthur C. Clarke, e estou adorando.

super late, but here are my answers to the "11 questions" tag game! tagged by @dallyingdivergent thanks dear!
1. What is your LEAST favorite color?
I think ummm maybe orange? I basically have no orange-colored clothes, shoes or objects and it's not even a conscious choice!
2. Which trope in a fanfic do you absolutely hate and want to die?
uke/seme dynamics and so the idea that the bottom acts "like the woman" in the relationship, because it just applies the het idea that the woman (here, the uke) is weak and cries and blushes, she's smaller and cute, she cooks and does the laundry and she's always at the mercy of the man (here, the seme), who is just arrogant, powerful, CAN'T CRY OR BLUSH (but let me tell you, even the toughest boy can and will blush), can't cook, can't smile, ONLY SMIRK, is strong and always in control of himself. first of all it's extremely disrespectful towards women, AND it's also fetishising non-straight couples into het boxes (that don't even apply irl, so really...what the f). "this character is strong so HE CAN'T BE A BOTTOM" yeah right...uke-seme dynamics should JUST DIE.
3. Pick a favorite character from your current fandom and write at least one headcanon about them.
okay, Levi, this is from yesterday night at 3 am: Levi hates mold (and unsanitary objects/dirty rooms) bc the room he lived in with his mom was really dirty and humid and there was mold everywhere and that's why she got really sick (idk, maybe it started as a really bad cough and escalated in pneumonia bc of the poor condition of their room). the stench of mold evokes really bad memories, that's why Levi is so adamant that the places where he and his squad live be perfectly clean.
4. Which movie universe would you like to place the characters of your current fandom in?
I AM LAUGHING BUT PRIDE AND PREJUDICE AU. Levi and Eren as mr. Darcy and Elizabeth, mr. Bingley as Jean, Jane as Armin and...yeah...can't get it out of my head recently
5. Enemies-to-lovers or Childhood-friends-to-lovers?
ENEMIES TO LOVERS
6. Who would you switch bodies with, and why?
just bodies, not life: Zara Larsson. because she's beautiful and body type goals. or Alicia Vikander for the same exact reasons lol
7. Favorite book genre?
everything with problematic/morally grey topics, sci-fi maybe like with dystopia themes and/or magical stuff
8. Which video game universe would you like to live in, and why?
odin sphere, maybe? I want to be a fairy! or a valkyrie! NO WAIT POKEMON!!! the reason should be obvious... why is real life so boring? :(
9. Where would you like go on a first date?
I think the aquarium would be really romantic and fun...or a really funny and noisy place where we don't have to talk much bc I'm super awkward until like the third date, so the amusement park? yes, I'd like that!
10. For you, what is the right age to get married?
never get married, my children, it's a waste of time! jk, I guess when you feel like you've found the person that looks at you like you're everything they ever wanted, and you feel the same about them. so, your age doesn't really matter. just...don't get married just because you think you're running out of time.
11. Favorite ice cream flavor?
hazelnut and chocolate and yoghurt and nutella
im not tagging anyone bc I can't think about interesting questions ;-;

CLEAN BANDIT & MARINA - DISCONNECT [6.30] Hooray for Marina!
Claire Biddles: As soon as I heard that Marina Diamandis was guesting on a Clean Bandit track I was ready to hit that all caps button and give it a big fat [10]. Clean Bandit are kind of only as good as the feat. company they keep, and Marina is such a coup -- she's got pop sensibility and the charismatic weirdness that brings out the essence of what makes Clean Bandit a worthwhile pop prospect, like a level-up of previous guest vocalists Anne-Marie and Zara Larsson. But "Disconnect" is so... ordinary? It makes sense: Gentle, mid-tempo beats are appropriate to soundtrack switching off your phone and going on a yoga retreat, but it's a bit too gentle, a bit basic, and it ends up coasting along rather than sticking. It's nice, like a browse through a self-care article in Grazia on a Sunday, which isn't what I want from Clean Bandit or Marina. The muted rave piano way out in the distance is taunting me, a poppers-wielding ghost of the all-out banger that this could have been. I know it's unfair to judge a song based on your idea of what a song should be, but I can't help thinking my fanfic Marina/Clean Bandit song is much more exciting and weird than the reality. [6]
Katie Gill: Holy shit, Marina? Marina like Marina and the Diamonds Marina. Is this 2011? The electronic backing's perfect for a song titled "Disconnect," giving the song a disjointed computer sort of feel that fits the also slightly-disjointed and frankly pretty basic lyrics...and then those violins kick in. Clean Bandit really can't help themselves, can they? [6]
Alex Clifton: There's something really pleasant having a song about disconnecting from technology also be a very electronic/techno-friendly number--I'd probably loathe this if it were acoustic, as that'd beat the message into the ground. Clean Bandit's production here is pretty and muted: it gives Marina's voice what it needs to shine without clouding it unnecessarily. Marina's discography is no stranger to anxiety ("I want to erase every nasty thought that bugs me every day of every week") and her vocals here are polished yet vulnerable. Together, they make a good team; the sum of their parts elevates this above much of the EDM on the charts thanks to their toned-back approach. [6]
Alfred Soto: The anxiety of unplugging from technology by submerging in a quietly throbbing dance track -- these are dialectics I can move to. [7]
Iain Mew: Marina's versatility means the fact that she proves great at sounding immaculately unhappy over a dark synth pulse is no surprise. It's the latest in a run of smart new choices for Clean Bandit, though. And even if I would love them to have used the tools at their disposal to step up the intensity more (I'm thinking the middle 8 from Robyn's "Indestructible,") the way that "Disconnect" curdles into restless exhaustion is a great match for the topic, a series of phantom phone notifications played out into a sigh. [8]
Joshua Copperman: I like that a song about needing to escape is itself restrained, especially for the usually-extra Marina, but there's not enough energy to compensate. The ambient, folky oohs are pretty, as is the reverb on Marina's voice, but I wish they didn't mask the distant house piano and the canned-sounding strings. (Clean Bandit's whole thing was incorporating real strings into dance music; shouldn't they be more prominent?) Things lift up toward the end, but considering Clean Bandit is capable of songs like "Symphony" - which has grown leaps and bounds on me - as well as more laid-back but still effective songs like "Dust Clears", it's a bit underwhelming. Not bad by any means, though. [6]
Will Adams: Despite the similar premise, "Disconnect" reads as an inversion of "Telemiscommunications" -- where Imogen Heap longs for connection in an age where that is (counter-intuitively) quite difficult, Marina finds the constant interaction overwhelming. She saves the song from being a trite "Technology bad!" message with a simple plea for self-care: "Need to look after myself," at that very moment sounding like she will. It's a sentiment that works well with Clean Bandit's signature sound: feather-light house that could blow away at any moment but has the resolve to carry through. [8]
Adaora Ede: The Bandits' modus operandi on "Disconnect" is prima donna oriented disco, feeling quite far flung from their last major pop output by decades, locales, sentiments. For me, despite the daintied EDM that makes this different, this rings a bit like Dua Lip singing along to an ABBA remix at karaoke. The lyricism in this track is perhaps too literal of an interpretation of the overconnectedness of our time for someone like Marina Diamandis- I probs tolerate "Looking at the screen/ glowing in the dark/ I just wanna dream" a lil' more coming from the oeurve of Hannah Diamond or someone else from the PC Music void- but it's a good example of how modern house music can be not gaudy at all times. [5]
Stephen Eisermann: A Black Mirror episode in song form, this song suffers the same fate as most episodes: very slow build up and a not entirely worth-it payoff. Still, the premise of needing to disconnect from technology played against an electronic staging is interesting, but it's no "San Junipero." It's the weird "we're watching from your webcam" one at best. [6]
Thomas Inskeep: A house track shoehorned into a pop single that's fine, but only fine. [5]

im new to hockey and hockey rpf what do i need to know?
also i read your vince/adam fic in like 26 hours and im in love it almost made me cry so many times so soft and amazing !!!!
Hello, anon! Firstly, I'm glad you liked the fic! Thank you for giving it a read. Secondly... I don't even know where to start lol.
First thing, I don't want you to think you need to know everything about hockey to be into the hrpf fandom. There are a lot of us who know very little. Secondly, (and this is a thing for most forms of rpf fanfic, if not all) please do not ever share rpf stuff in a public space where the actual people can see it, especially if the author hasn't consented. That's, like the biggest no-no.
Other than that, have fun! The way I see hrpf is that these are characters with the names of real people attached, and we can mess around with the characters as much as we want. Do I like to say that Vince Dunn would be a good boy for Adam Larsson? Absolutely. Do I mean the real, actual guy? No, because I don't know anything about him.
There are a lot of fun pairings in this fandom. Like, a LOT. You can have enemies to lovers (Leon Draisaitl and Matthew Tkachuk or Sidney Crosby and Claude Giroux), teammates in love (Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin, Alex Ovechkin and Nicklas Backstrom, Patrick Kane and Jonny Toews, Vince Dunn and Adam Larsson, plus like seventy others lol), and lots of other fun stuff. Explore and find the pairing you like! There are plenty of incredible fic authors who have lots of gorgeous works written for all of these.
There are some parts of hrpf that I believe the fandom actually made up (and are therefore pretty unique)! There's goalie nesting (goalies collect teammates' gear and make a little nest with it, kind of like bower birds), rookie kneeling (rookies kneel for veterans, could be sexual or nonsexual), winner's rooms (winning team gets to choose a player from the opposing team to do anything with, usually pretty sexual, good for enemies to lovers), and plenty of other little tropes. The folks in the hrpf fandom are wonderfully creative!
If you're looking to write hrpf and find yourself bogged down by all the lore behind various pairings (a specific Tweet from nearly a decade ago, a room shared at the Olympics, a comment made in an obscure interview, etc.) don't be intimidated! Beautiful hrpf fics can be written while knowing very little about the players. The hrpf community is super positive and doesn't hold it against you if you don't know everything about two random players and every interaction they've ever had. Those are fun little details, but they're not necessary.
I could go on and on, but I think I got most of what I can think of right now. I'm so glad you decided to give the community a try! We're happy to have you. :)

I’ve literally read of all your writing, and I do genuinely want to know, how are you so good at writing? Like what?? I had so much brainrot over your sunshine collection, and all of your Vince Dunn/Adam Larsson fics are to die for. Blows my mind
You are so, so kind and you made my night. :) I'm certainly not the most talented writer out there, and I don't know if I would call myself super good, but I can definitely say I've come a long way since I first started. The secret isn't so secret, of course: you have to practice! I've been writing fanfic and posting it since 2019, and I've been writing for much longer than that. I also read fics and books that I enjoy, and that's helped me emulate some good writers, I think.
