Ok so I might by chance be dumb? But um.. Volo as Barry's ancestor?? Idk if I haven't seen other people mention this because it's a stupid idea, or i just have missed it somehow. But like you can't tell me these two hairstyles aren't even a little similar.

And then there's the whole thing of Volo kinda acting like a rival how he just sorta pops up to talk with/fight u from time to time.

I mostly find this idea amusing cuz imagine if Barry ever let's his hair grow out it would continue to do the stupid reverse gravity thing Volo's does.

Who fell for the other first?

-brainy fell for me first. he was pretty enamored by me at first. it was a little odd though, because around the time i fell for him hard enough he ended up being with nia for a while. we ended up together in the end of course and nia supports us lots !! but i think i should have made a move sooner haha.

Who said "I love you" first?

-brainy did !! and when he did, i was pretty emotional, because brainy takes being in love very seriously and of course his confession was super heartfelt and meaningful, whether he meant it to be or not. he didn’t fully understand what love was, but he knew he wanted to be with me and that i was special to him, and thats all that really mattered to him. 

Who is more affectionate in public/private?

-brainy is just ... not affectionate like that. not in public, at least. he has a hard time showing affection in general, which i fully understand because of his experiences, so im def not upset abt it !! im usually the affectionate one both in public and in private!!! and he doesn’t mind, i’ll hug him randomly and hold onto him while he does his work and he lets me haha. brainy shows his affection in non-physical ways and hes always a big nerd about it, he’s trying his best and i love him so much for it !!!

Who initiates cuddle sessions?

-me for sure!! almost always !! EXCEPT at bedtime. brainy just ... refuses to sleep unless hes snuggling me in some way or im holding him. he gets cuddly when hes sleepy and i lowkey look forward to it every night, not gonna lie ?? he is baby ... my baby.

How do we cheer each other up?

-brainy rarely gets upset, to be honest. sometimes he can get agitated or frustrated, but it tends to resolve itself before i even get the chance to try and cheer him up. that being said, when he does get upset, he gets REALLY upset. i will usually sit with him for a very long time and let him vent to me. I often have to explain to him that its okay to feel upset and to let yourself have a good cry every once in a while -- after what lena told him, he really likes to bottle his feelings. I also know that for whatever reason, coffee really helps him calm down, so i’ll bring him a coffee before i go to sit with him. :)

-when it comes to brainy cheering me up, he’s usually the ‘motivational speech’ kind of guy. he’s pretty good at it, because it always comes from the heart from some way. and he’s very reassuring on whatever i’m feeling upset about. if its something out of my hands, then he will try his hardest to solve it himself if he knows it will make me feel better. sometimes he carries my baggage and i feel guilty about it but at the same time i love him so much for it. 

Who is more likely to plan a surprise date for the other?

-brainy, definitely. not even just surprise dates, but surprises in general. like i mentioned before, brainy is very different when it comes to how he shows affection. if he notices i like something, he will make sure that i get that something almost everyday until im sick of it haha. unless its coffee -- in which i could never get sick of it. he also knows that i rarely eat breakfast or lunch for whatever reason so he’ll surprise me with food and we’ll take our lunch break together. 

Who suggests the more creative date ideas?

-neither of us. we’re both squares who find way too much joy in simple dates like coffee runs and movie nights. SO SUE US. 

Who steals the other's clothes?

-brainy has these sweaters and coats he hardly wears so they’re basically mine now except they absolutely do not fit me. but he’s always wearing his legion suit or DEO uniform and when he’s not he’s wearing dress shirts and whatnot, SO THE SWEATERS ARE MINE.

Who is more likely to leave cute little sticky notes for the other to find?

-Brainy, always. he’s always leaving me little reminders about stuff. dont forget to do this, remember we have this today, if you want this then let me know, etc. etc. i literally would not function without him !! also, he always puts a smiley face next to his name and for whatever reason ??? it absolutely melts my heart.

What our favourite thing to do during the summer is?

-brainy is not huge on stuff like swimming/going to the beach. HOWEVER. camping. me and brainy LOVE to go camping together, and sometimes we’ll invite our close friends like kara, alex, nia, mon-el, etc. and make a big trip out of it. its hard to find time with national city always being vulnerable to attack, but when we do its SO FUN. i’ll never forget the first time brainy tried a s’more.  👀

What our favourite thing to do during the winter?

-okay so something i didn’t know is that brainy is apparently not bad at ice skating. either that or he’s been practicing because i absolutely CANNOT ice skate and he always has to hold me up and guide me. which makes sense, because i can’t rollerskate either. but hes a natural and he’ll hold my hand while we do and its always so fun just getting to do that with him. until i slip, at least. ;)
