This was my first big repaint! I can't really stand her original face mold. It's so un-Ainsley. So I wanted to make her look more like the cartoon.

This actually took months to do because I kept messing up lmao I first took her eyes out completely and did her face that way. Ruined everything I did when putting the eyes back in. Then wiped her clean and did it again with her head off her body. Completely cracked the layers when putting her head back on her body. So with her eyes back in and her head back on, I used air-dry clay to reshape her eyes and used an xacto to reshape her lips. Then redid her face for the final time...

I also gave her Miss Direct's skirt and repainted a Barbie closet to be Shadow High inspired.

ainsley looks so much more shadow high with this lip color and she actually looks decent without the smile painted between her lips. i don’t think i’ll keep this color on her forvwe because i feel like it limits the amount of outfits she looks good in but i’ll see what else i can put her in to make that purple pop!
