Izzy: Alright, the cream will disinfect and heal the wound.

She looked at the unconscious Fang on the floor*

Do something with him....

Lumine thanked the other for the treatment, already feeling a definitive decrease in discomfort compared to before.

"Thank you very much."

She then looked over at Fang, who was still laying knocked out on the floor besides them. What could have gotten into him earlier? Was it truly the effect of the alochol alone, or did something else play a part in this violent behavior as well?

CEBU CITY, March 12 (PIA) -- The Department of Health in Region 7 (DOH-7) advised the public to stop panic buying and hoarding of alcohol amid the COVID-19 situation.

DOH-7 Regional Head Dr. Jaime Bernadas said those who are panic buying are misinformed.

¨Mahadlok sila maubusan, maong mamalit sila ug daghan alcohol (They are afraid that supplies will run that's why buy a lot of alcohol)," Bernadas said, saying this is the common misconception.

Bernadas said if there is no alcohol, people may use soap or clorox to disinfect.

¨Daghan ang pwede nato gamiton so kay wala siya kasabot abi nila alcohol ra gyud (There are many others that we can use and not just alochol)," Bernadas added.

Bernadas also explained that sodium hypochlorite solutions are effective disinfectants against the virus.

He asked the public not to deprive others of availing of disinfectant products and to give others the chance to protect themselves from the disease.

Bernadas said people would still be likely at risk of COVID-19 even if they have a lot of alcohol at home.

He explained that when they hoard, their neighbors who do not have disinfectants since other people are hoarding it, can start the infection and still put them at risk.

"So, palihug bahini usab atong mga kaigsuonan ug dili kay ikaw ra ang may alcohol," Bernadas said. (fan/PIA7)
