The fact Chris is hard-working and diligent (authoritive too) like directors give him a thing which could be a fighting choreo, a song to learn (like in PH) etc. last minute and he learns the whole thing on the spot beautifully, is due to him having Saturn in his 10th house which is related to career/job - also meaning he does care about it, or other aspects or he's just the way he is?
Saturn is a part of it. As I’ve said before, nothing exists in a vacuum and Saturn is conjunct Jupiter. Everything one does, the other participates in. This means he is an exceptionally hard worker, because Saturn rewards hard work and Jupiter is expansive. Jupiter will bring him luck in the work he does. A Saturn-Jupiter combo in the house of career is going to make work karmicly hard but very rewarding. He will easily get opportunities because of Jupiter but they will require a lot of him because of Saturn. In Libra beauty will be highlighted, because Libra is ruled by Venus. So yes, his dedication and ability to learn quickly is from this double placement in his career house.
If you look at his chart, this placement is connected to almost everything else. It ties into his Sun and Mars, so he is very driven in that area and personally identifies with his success there, even though he feels it pulls him away from who he is personally. It ties into his Uranus-AC, so it feeds his self image, it ties into his first house and Neptune which means it has a problematic relationship with the image others have of him or how he wants others to view him. The squares to the the Cancer placements are the hardest. Those placements, being Venus, Athena, and Mercury, will help him with his creative side. He is a very creative person, but it's hard to put so much of that into his work. A lot of what I see in his chart is a push and pull between his talents and self-identity and the pull his career has over everything.
So to answer your question, his whole chart speaks to his work ethic and natural ability. He also has North Node in Leo so he's meant to shine. He does care deeply about his image, both his self image and his public image, and those things are not the same. There's a part of him that doesn't like how much of himself he pours into his work, but everything he does brings him rewards. It's almost too easy, while at the same time more than he's able to give. This is why I keep talking about his transformation. It started out easy, it was supposed to be easy, he needs to learn how to put the work, and the luck and rewards it gets him, into what he wants to get out of it.
So yes, it's just who he is, but he also leans into it.

REPOST FROM YOUTUBE SPRING DAY MV CR:  Jin I know Annyeonghaseyo so date me OPPA!
To those ARMYs who are complaining about Hobi's line in this song. Please read this beautiful passage. I hope after you read this, you'll stop complaining and just trust and believe on Bangtan, whatever they'll gonna give us
CREDITS FROM: Phương Mai Trần
this is gonna be long but I'm gonna attempt to reason this out. namjoon did say that bighit has sort of a push-pull strategy with each members. they're gonna push certain members to the front and pull certain to the back for one comeback, then switch it up in another comeback. I think bighit knows what they're doing so just have a little faith.
the truth that we all should admit is, jin started out from scratch. he knew nothing about dancing or singing before debut while other members had been involved in music in some sort of way, even taehyung having learnt musical instrument when he was small. So inevitably he was weakess in singing and dancing in their debut days and that's why he had so little lines in the beginning. but he improved so so much and so the fact that he started from scratch up to where he is now makes him all the more admirable and proved that he is indeed talented. but bts' style, even up to bst, had been heavily hip-hop, and that style does not suit jin's voice. yes his voice is great and beautiful and full of emotion but placing it in bts' style of music, you don't get the full effect. however, ballad is his strength, thus we have the glorious masterpiece called awake. now if you look back at their albums throughout the years, you're gonna realize that in slower/ballad songs like house of card, love is not over, rain, let me know, the line distribution between the vocal line is much more even than you'd thought. so in the end it's just down to whoever voice fits which song and jungkook just happens to have a voice that works with most styles, which is why he has most lines in most songs. just imagine a voice that's meant to sing jazz singing pop and you'll understand what I mean. for me personally, in bts, jin has the most unique voice and thus is a little hard to work with. tae's voice is pretty strange too but because his range is wide, it's a easier than jin's. that's why I always admire yoongi's mad production skill because most songs that showcase jin's voice was produced by yoongi. now fastfoward to this comeback, spring day is the exact style of song that fits jin. it's not ballad, but it has a mellow, melancholy feel to it, so maybe bighit decides that it's time to push jin to the front and pull some other member back, resulting in jin having many more lines this time.
another thing you need to remember is that line distribution is decided by the producer team, mostly. marketing and business have little to do with it so you can't blame bighit for wanting to promote only certain members. and yes bighit is essentially a business, but making music is still their focus instead of making money. we've seen bighit handling several unfortunate incidents concerning bts until now like scandals and members' health issues and stuff and honestly, one of the reasons I believe bts can be a very long lasting group like shinhwa is because they come from bighit. company support is a big thing if you want to keep a group together and i can say bighit knows how to keep their artists satisfy and really care about them. if you follow pdogg, slowrabbit and bang pd-nim on twitter you're gonna realize that they treat each others and bts like family. they've worked together for so long, some of the producers were trainees with bts even. so there is no way bighit is doing anything to purposefully mistreat a member by not giving them lines. which brings me to the main point of this video
hoseok was really pushed to the front in the last comeback while namjoon didn't have as many lines as usual in bst. if you look it up, hoseok is like 36% of the song and namjoon only has about 5%. but namjoon did take part in producing almost every songs on the wings album and I have a feeling that starting from now on he wants to get more involved with the behind the scene stuff and leave the stage to other members. now, rap line has been writing their own verses since the beginning, but only yoongi has been in producing since debut and even then he was not involved that much until hyyh. namjoon started producing in young forever and hoseok probably around that time too. bts rap line has been writing lyrics, making melody, producing, involving in all of their songs, wouldn't it seem strange that one of them does not appear at all, and in their title track too? bighit has been smart with everything they do so far, and they know fans are gonna realize something as obvious as hoseok not having any line on their title song. they could've at least squeezed in a few rap lines for hoseok even. but they didn't.
bts rap line only rap what they write themselves. if hoseok doesn't have a verse in spring day, there are only 2 possibilities. either his verse didn't make the final cut and was taken out, or he didn't want to write one. the 1st is unlikely. if the song originally had 3 rap parts and hoseok's verse was on it, it is still much safer to include his verse in the song than to completely take it out, completely breaking the norm that in bts song each rapper has at least one verse and making fans question and all this drama. it is impossible that his verse was so bad it cannot be used, because he can rewrite it and they can use the best version of it. the 2nd possibility is the one that, though makes more sense to me, I'm kinda hoping is not true. this is only my opinion but maybe hoseok voluntarily stay out of writing/producing spring day and that's why he doesn't have lines. if you watch their preview show on vApp, namjoon said hoseok carried the wings album for them. he did the intro, which was no small feat because he's involved in writing lyrics, producing and there's choreo. he did a lot in bst, his solo song, other songs and even help writing parts of the melody for jin's solo. he's been working really hard in the last comeback in conjunction with promoting and touring, so hard that I think it must've took a toll on him and kinda stress him out. and he must've been focusing on his  mixtape because he said he wanted to release it early this year. and while all of this happens, they've been working on these 4 new songs in this comeback. for hoseok to stay out of spring day, this must've been discussed with the company and the producer team because again, it's a risky move, and for them to agree to his request like this suggests that he must've been very very tired. so why does he still have parts in the other 3 songs? outro is basically done, adding only a little remix and one small verse, even with that one verse he had something to go from, as opposed to spring day being completely new. plus spring day is the title track. the amount of time and effort must be spent on writing and revising is more than YNWA or not today, so if he wants to stay out in one track, it make sense that it's spring day. and perhaps the other 2 songs are just easier for him to write or they just happen to have finished those 2 songs way before this stressful time for him. if you haven't realized, he was very stressed by his solo intro. he had it a little harder than yoongi and namjoon when they were doing their intro because he had choreo in his, he's working on his mixtape and back then, rap line was not that involved in pruducing yet. producing is very hard btw because it also requires engineering knowledge.
all I'm saying is, it's understandable that you're upset because hoseok doesn't have lines in this. it'd been nice if he had. but this doesn't deny all the talent that he is, a great rapper, dancer and producer. so before making a big fuss about it and blaming bighit, think what if it was his decision. think how much pressure you may be putting on him. namjoon might be the one who thinks a lot but at least he let it out by going to fancafe and tell fans. yoongi doesn't tell fans he's having a hard time but at least he doesn't attempt to hide it. hoseok though, you're never gonna know what's truly behind his bright smile. and doesn't bangtan often tells us that they want to be 믿듣방? for anyone who doesn't know, this is short for 믿고 듣는 방탄소년단, which just means that no matter what they put out, bangtan want people to trust their music and listen to it. we all know how much freedom bts has with their music. what they're giving us is wholeheartedly them. so guys let's just trust in their music no matter how they choose to present it.
