I Am Sorry But I Am Not Sorry. Enough gifs of Henry Cavill and Dua Lipa in Argylle. They're technically not even real characters in the film and overrated. Give me more gifs of Sam Rockwell looking scrungly as fuck. That is all. Goo bye.

Just watched Argylle. I really enjoyed it. Without spoiling anything, I ship Argylle and Wyatt. That’s all folks.

Spoilers about Argylle movie, be warned.
I'm just obssesing about those two so much. And I'm just love when Aidan said
Tumblr media
"when I tell you the second I saw you on that train...that's been toughest part...."
"what has?"
"pretending not to love you, kid."
Because it was too OBVIOUS, not for Elli, I suppose, but for the people who watching it...because in every fighting moment, he flirted with her and tried to look as cool as ever. And after the train scene, he shaved and cut his hair! He's just so in love!
If you know some books with the same trope - lost memory, partner tries to you remember them and your history with them, and just remember your past! Let me know!
I guess, Lisa Frankenstein and Argylle are my top movies so far, can't stop thinking about them!

glad to see that folks on tumblr are appreciating argylle (2024) more than critics are, cause sometimes it feels like people don’t actually want movies to be fun anymore??
like, must everything be dark and gritty nowadays? is it not enough to have a silly, ridiculous spy thriller with approximately one million bonkers plot twists, featuring Sam Rockwell killing people and then making out with Bryce Dallas Howard?? or have we truly lost the spirit of cinema???
10/10 most fun movie I’ve seen in theaters in literally years, please go see it

I saw Argylle a few days ago and I have not been the same since. I need to go see it again. I am so not normal about this movie it's insane. I went into with the thought process of oh the trailer looks good but I'm not gonna get my hopes up and holy shit was I wrong. I was sitting there with my friends practically the entire time just like :O

I already know that if the Argyle books were real like in the way they are in the movies universe, soooo many people would be shipping Agent Argyle and Wyatt.
Agent Argylle switching sides to work with Wyatt. Wyatt not wanting to fight Argylle on the ship. The way the author describes their future as them living their lives together bc they are “partners”.
I Know the fan space has gotta go crazy in their universe 💀💀💀

Argylle is a corny, cliche spy movie full of predictable plot twists, campy humour, and unrealistic over the top CGI fight scenes.
It’s silly, ridiculous, and honestly just so much fun. An absolute disaster of a movie and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it.
I’m convinced anyone who didn’t is severely lacking any sense of joy or whimsy.
