You obveusly know what your doin but is it cool if I give you a little constructive critisism? Shes your charactur so you can name her whatever you want but if you ask us, wed go with Gum Girl. Studies show that comics with alliteratative titles sell 4000% more than comics that dont! Thats a tip from us to you, free of charge!!

You know, our comics have a funny way of spreding. Weve herd theyve shown up at Stubinville and even at some of the junior highs! So who knows - maybe some of your comics will make it to our school!

Si Kecil yang Tersembunyi

Kamu pernah menemukan yang seperti ini? Ia kecil, terselip-selip pula, tapi mempunyai pengaruh besar bagi yang menemukannya.

Ya, ini tentang sebuah buku yang aku temukan beberapa hari lalu. Buku ini sudahlah kecil, tipis pula. Panjangnya sekitar 15 cm dan hanya menghabiskan 105 halaman saja.

Buku ini terletak di antara buku besar dan tebal yang berjilid-jilid. Seperti tafsir Ibnu Katsir, Nailul Awthor dan yang lainnya. Tapi kenapa aku bisa menemukannya?

Itulah cerdiknya si kecil ini. Ia sengaja menjatuhkan dirinya dari rak, sehingga tersangkut di celah antara rak dengan dinding. Hingga ketika melihat buku yang besar-besar itu nampaklah buku kecil yang menjatuhkan diri ini.

Judul bukunya tak panjang dan tak pula susah, hanya saja membuat darah muda menggelora. "رسالة إلى شباب الأمة" itulah judulnya. Atau dalam bahasa kitanya "Surat Cinta untuk Starla" Eh, bukan. Maksudnya "Surat Cinta untuk Pemuda".

Surat cinta ini ditulis oleh Duktur Raghib As Sirjany. Kalau kamu penyuka sejarah, maka tak kan asing dengan nama ini. Tapi buku kali ini tak bercerita tentang sejarah.

Di awal buku, beliau bercerita tentang ketika ia mengisi seminar di Cairo University bertemakan "masalah pemuda". Sebelum beliau memulai seminar, para hadirin yang tentunya pemuda diminta untuk memberikan pandangan, apa masalah terbesar yang sedang dihadapinya. Hingga di akhir beliau menyampaikan langkah-langkah yang mesti dilakukan supaya menjadi pemuda harapan umat terwujud.

Tapi sekarang aku sedang tidak membahas isi bukunya. Sebab terlalu panjang dan alangkah baiknya kamu, pemuda jaman now yang langsung membacanya. Percayalah, setelah membaca buku ini, pandangan hidupmu sebagai pemuda akan berubah. Dan insyaallah akan lebih baik.

Jadi jika tidak membahas isi bukunya, lalu apa? Aku hanya terpikir suatu hikmah dari penemuan buku ini.

Ya, jangan menyepelekan sesuatu dari bentuknya. Atau jangan menyepelekan pekerjaan kecil yang bahkan tak semua orang mengetahuinya. Bisa jadi, pada waktunya, pekerjaan kecil itulah yang memberi manfaat sebesar-besarnya.
