I’m sorry we haven’t been talking much as of lately(in my opinion idk) I’m tired lmao bit uhh

sleep has been alright, the usual! i'm not tired all the time, so i guess that's something

I don’t picture jisung as someone who gets jealous easily

like it takes a lot for him to confront the person who’s flirting with you

with that in mind

this one cashier who works at the grocery store the two of you usually go to doesn’t seem to understand that the two of you are a couple

at first, jisung was ehh about the situation

they chatted, mostly directing the conversation to you, and just talked about whatever

it was small talk, they’re just being friendly

but as the two of you continued seeing the cashier, they progressively started to get more bolder

they asked more questions about things you like and your interests, paying no mind about jisung

jisung trusts you and understands that you’re being nice by conversing with the cashier

but the cashier doesn’t understand that

which is why jisung gets bolder with his moves

he starts to hold your hand more or wrap an arm around you, especially when the guy is around or looking

he also starts kissing you more

like holding up a bag of chips out of your reach and only giving it to you when you give him a kiss

he does this, specifically in the cashier’s line of sight

and other times when he wants a kiss buh that’s not the point

he started to address you as your cute nickname (whatever you like to be called) in front of the cashier hoping that it’ll hint that the two of you are in a relationship

but idk the guy’s like ignorant or something cuz he continues his flirtatious banter whenever it’s time to pay

at this point jisung’s kinda like

‘why don’t we just go to a different grocery isle?’

and you would agree but you guys always do late night groccery runs (it’s more fun) and he’s the only isle open

so he sucks it up and deals with it

after about a whole two weeks of this boi not getting the hint, jisung cracks

on this night, this very special night, jisung had no patience

all he wanted to do was cuddle with you

buh you was hungry and so was he

he trailed behind you as you picked up whatever food you wanted

admiring how cute you looked with half done hair and in his sweater

he loves you and honestly same like boo you perfection even tho I’ve never seen you before

just thought about how cute it would be for him to back hug you while you’re trying to get ice cream cuz he’s cold

his mood drastically changes upon seeing the same oblivious cashier guy

he watched with sharp eyes and a clenched jaw as the guy quickly finishes with the customer in front of the two of you

jisung scoffs when the cashier takes his sweet time scanning your items tho

he stands by the bagging area and starts putting in the items in the reusable bags you guys brought (helping the environment yay)

“so, are you free tomorrow?”

jisung pauses his movements

“no, sorry,” you smiled, looking briefly over at jisung

“oh, well then can I get your number?”

“um-”

“listen, buddy, I don’t know if you’re blind or deaf but they’ve been rejecting all your advances since day one. they’re clearly not interested.”

the guy opened his mouth,, jisung cut him off

“oh I’m sorry, was I supposed to introduce myself? I’m their boyfriend. that’s why they wear my hoodies, hold my hand, kiss me, ya know, do couple things with me.”

“now, do everyone a favor and stop embarrassing yourself. we have 15 items for goodness sake, it shouldn’t take an hour to scan. the person before us had 25 and you scanned them in no time.”

he’s tired and he’s jealous

can’t tell if that’s a bad mix

the cashier was red and he couldn’t look at either of you

for the first time ever, his mouth was shut, only speaking when he told you the total and wishing the two of you a good night

“I’m sorry,” jisung stated once the two of you entered the car

“for what?”

“for losing my cool like that. I knew you had it handled but he just got on my last nerve and-”

you placed your hand on his, “hey, someone needed to tell him.”

he sighed, “I guess, but I feel like I was harsh.”

you shrugged, “it was kinda hot, not gonna lie.”
